I had a wonderful, positive experience at O'Reilly's on Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville FL today 1/14/24. Julio helped pick out and install new wiper blades for me. I hope you value what a wonderful man he is.

Great guys there they ALWAYS give this old disabled lady a little extra help. They helped me purchase and replace a steering wheel spinner knob so I could drive 1 handed. They were the ones who also installed the original knob 3 years ago. They are not supposed to do it, not in the job description but kindly young gentleman knows how to treat a old lady.

Air-conditioning stopped working on a long trip, Armando came out and checked freon which was good and in doing so made the Air work again saving me 100s of dollars. Both the gentleman working were very helpful and polite, I appreciate it so much. Thank you

Keenan and Rodney were very happy to help me and give me advice on doing a large repair to my vehicle. The associates are very helpful and one of them Armando even helped my install my wiper blades! The manager Steve is very nice and made sure I was receiving quality parts that worked for me. They even had one of the associates Jenny track down a hard to find part locally and got it to me in a very timely manner. I would be very happy to shop here again in the future.

After calling around to several Auto Part stores, I found the best price for my car battery that I needed at O'Reillys. They were considerably cheaper than the other Auto Part stores. I found their staff both helpful and professional. Once I purchased the battery, they then gently persuaded me to allow them to install my new battery which I appreciated. I was thoroughly satisfied with my whole experience and would recommend O'Reillys to anyone.

The customer service here is always stellar, but today in particular the manager Stephan went above and beyond for my mother. He helped her fix her battery problems and was absolutely personable about it. Totally put her mind at ease. Stand up guy for sure.

Walk into commercial sales in the last 10 minutes to inform them of a fire exit door blocked by a pickup truck (so much that you cod NOT use it) I was informed that I entered the wrong door. I asked for prices on a gallon of oil and he proceeded to tell me again that I entered the wrong door. So I am doing my law abiding duty, calling the state fire marshall...

I needed a battery and my issue was fixed within 10-15 minutes in total. I don't remember his name but the rep with the tattoos did the installation nice and neat, answered all my questions, and was super cool and polite, unlike most other auto part reps lol. Don't hesitate to come here at all!Update Jun 25 2023 - battery died on me again and came back here a 2nd time to get a new one. One of the associates Robert did a great smooth job in changing my battery! Will be back next time, keep up the good work!

Went into the store today on Sunbeam Rd. My wiper blades were awful. It was starting to rain. Ryan said, " no problem I can put them on for you ". Great customer service !!

I like coming to this location because it is close to home. My only recommendation is that the staff should always ask for your phone number so that the purchases are saved in the system. I know I sometimes forget but it should be their responsibility to ask.

This company is not to be trusted. I came in ask to test my battery and they told I need a new one that cost over 200.00. Went to another car place and they told me my batter was just fine and clean off my battery. I don t know if they was trying to take advantage of me by stealing my hard earn money or what. But if the quote you anything seek second opinion or JUST ADVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER.

It was raining in Jacksonville (hard to believe). The wiper on my car flew off on San Jose? I pulled into O'Reilly and told them I only needed one wiper for a 2012 Toyota. The assistant manager said that it was no problem. I asked how hard is it to install? She said she would go outside and do it for me. She went out in the rain and snapped it on in less than a minute. I asked her if I should buy their stock? She said yes. It was $529 a share - today it is $549 - I should have taken her advice on this.I will go here instead of Pep Boys around the corner.

Love this place and the gentleman that work there and their manager Steve. Guys don't try to sell me what I don't need and don't mind answering questions, even dumb ones. Been going to them for years and will continue to do so, fantastic customer service.

I always buy my oil for all three of my vehicles from this particular store. But whenever I go to dispose the used oil , It s always the same thing there oil can is full. Counting so far eight times out of eight times spread over a year. What s the point of purchase at oil from the store but I have to dispose of a used oil at a different store

O'Reilly's in Mandarin, is a great place to get your auto supplies. The staff always greet you when you walk in the door and they're always ready to help you find whatever you're looking for. What I find very impressive about the store is they will help you with minor test on your vehicle or even install windshield wipers at no additional cost. Will always have my business!

Came in for check engine light code reading. Gentleman that assisted me was quick to offer service. Unfortunately, he was unsure how you use the equipment and could not tell me a single code or diagnostic issue. Quick trip to next part store and 0 issues. I'd pass on this place.

SUCKS , never had a good experience. Staff is rude and unhelpful , they either don't have what I need or give the wrong part and when I get it home it's broken. Ryan "kid" behind the counter is the worst. You need adults who understand what being in the customer service business means. Whoever manages this store needs a new job.
