I can't rave enough about this shop! Norman Bros Auto Repair are an amazing group of guys that do great work and are very timely! They take care of all 6 of my vehicles and have never ever tried to take advantage of me! I know cars, and have even compared their prices with other shops when I first started dealing with them. They are honest, fair, and even explain the causes of all my car issues when I inquire. Thank you guys for being so awesome in what you do! You have a customer for life with me and I encourage others to use them as well for your car needs. You won't be disappointed!!

Quality work. Honest prices. Friendly and professional. Most of the time, you will need to make an appointment. But they will start working on your vehicle that same day and have it ready for you fast.I highly recommend Norman Bros Auto Repair.

Trust worthy shop. Ryan is my mechanic, has been for years and he is the best. I bought a new car and thought I would take it for service at the dealership since they "know my car the best". They told me I needed my brakes done when in fact I did not. Tried to charge me $500 for a brake light BULB change. I'm done with the dealership.... I am happily going back to Norman Brothers where I know I'm not gonna get screwed over.

Nice, genuine gentlemen. Appointment at 10 and was out by 1045 for a brake check/pad replacement. They have a waiting room with a TV or a Starbucks nearby. Will definitely come to them again for any car maintenance.

Had my brakes replaced. Very accommodating and reasonable prices. Even tied up my loose bumper cover. :) Small gestures like that go a long way. Thank you!

Their always extremely fair, fast and treat you like your family! I've been coming to them for all of my vehicle needs for 2 separate cars for over 7 years now and I've never been let down or been treated any different. I totally have all the respect for this mechanic shop.

Yet again, Norman Brother's to the rescue! My battery was basically dead and due to the age of my car, I thought maybe the alternator was going bad. Norman Brother's thoroughly analyzed the battery and alternator. Only a new battery was needed. Very affordable, nice and professional staff! My sister was heading out of town and had a problem develop with her car. She asked me for advice. I looked at auto repair places near her and Norman Bros popped up as having great reviews. I was pretty sure what her problem was from the description she gave me. I suggested she stop by and see if they could take a quick look at it. She pulled in, described the issue, they diagnosed it and repaired it and she was on the road, all within about 10 minutes. They didn't even charge her. This is a place I would definitely recommend based on that experience. Some places might try to take advantage of a situation like that, but not these guys. Finding a good mechanic is worth it's wieght in gold. I have taken 2 different cars to this shop for 2 separate issues and both times they diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs for a very reasonable price and in the time frame quoted. They have never tried to tell me that my car needed an unnecessary repair. They were accurate and professional. As this is a very good shop, they are very busy and typically the wait to get your car in is at least 3 days. Despite taking a few days to get your vehicle in, they repair the vehicle in the timeline quoted and I have been very satisfied with the results.

Great, honest work and fair prices. I will always bring my cars here. Kia dealer on eastside Jax told me I needed work that I did not actually need and Norman told us instead of doing the work. Very trustworthy.

These guys are the best! They're the most honest and real mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to. Over the years they have helped me fix things as well as honestly shown me things on my vehicle to show me what needs repaired, to show me what I could maybe repair myself. I cannot impress enough upon people that they are a worthwhile business to take the time and bring your vehicle to. It's worth the wait!

I forgot a critical step after doing a repair on my vehicle. Thankfully I still held an appointment with this business the next day. Raymond and company quickly procured the needed hardware and repaired my vehicle. They have always been friendly and helpful. Best shop I have ever personally encountered. Just like the mechanics of yesterday when a handshake was a guarantee your car would be running well when it was returned based on the terms agreed on. Completely impressed with the work ethic baselined on kindness, honesty, transparency, and respect. A model for customer service, timely feedback, and on-time delivery. Went for a remanufactured transmission replacement for a 4WD SUV. The job was completed, and I immediately took it on a 600-mile trip. Perfectly ran the whole time. As others have mentioned, they are very busy, so you need to book ahead, but they plan well, get to your needs as scheduled, and make sure the job is done right! We are new to the area, looking for a honest, reliable mechanic. Took the car to a couple others first. One was too busy, the other was ridiculous. Raymond was straight forward and price was fair, actually lowered the final bill because the job went faster/ easier than expected.

The best thing I can say about Norman Bros Auto Repair is that I trust them. I avoid taking my cars to the local dealerships because I can t trust that they have my best interest in mind.Norman Bros has been amazing! They ve earned my business for life.

This place is beyond honest, brought my 2011 Lexus in with an electrical issue, Raymond found it to be an easy fix, got my car back on the road and did not even charge me,I was not even a customer but I will be for life!!!I think if I went anywhere else I would have ended up shelling out a lot of money.My wife and I are so grateful to find this place,Whatever brand you drive, take it here first!!!Don't overpay, know your car is in great hands with very friendly neighborhood service!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

It is so refreshing to happen upon an honest business, I took my truck in for what I thought would be a $300 repair and even told them what I thought it was, as it turned out it was an easy fix. They could have done what I expected and charged me and I would not have even thought twice about it but they didn't. I move around for work but as long as I am on this assignment if I need anything done I will be taking it to them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was quoted $850 from the dealership to replace front and rear brakes and a valve cover gasket. Ramon replaced my brakes and checked the gasket to discover there isn t a leak. $200 later, and I m very satisfied with their honesty and quickness in getting my car in and out. I will return should I need any more service completed. Highly recommend.

Was researching around for a shop to help fix my undoing (rounded a bolt for changing my rear brakes, thus stuck with a dime size left of brakes) and came across Norman Bros Auto Repair, reading the reviews was only seeing good things about them so gave it a shot. Not only did they help take out the rounded bolt (probably had to cut out the bolt), they were able to order and replace same day as well since might as well as I was there; flushed out/replaced fluids (diff, trans, oil, oil filter, clutch/brake), all for a great/fair price too. Oh and able to bring your own fluids and parts was a big plus versus other shops not allowing. Would come here for future jobs that I may not be able to handle. These guys came highly recommended and I see why. My alternator completely died on me right as I made it to their shop. They told me they were booked solid, but could work me in between work orders. Our first experience using Norman Bros and we were very satisfied with the job! Not only did they do a great job Raymond's service was prompt & courteous.. Had front passenger window motor replaced. Very happy with everything and we will definitely use them for any future car repairs.

Great! Great, just great,They love what they do and it shows up in thier services. Friendly, honest, and they truely care. I have taking my cars to them for 4 years. Would not trust my cars with anyone else.
