Nissan cars and trucks are well made vehicles. I have bought from this dealer twice. Andrew Limbrick is an awesome salesman. He cares about his customers. Financing was easy, service department is great. I won't go any where else when servicing or buying a car. For weeks was trying to purchase a vehicle was upfront about the trade I had sales guy wouldn't reach out to speak with us only texting saying he was busy with clients sending emojis and everything was a go until we go there and talk to sales manager and he wasn't upfront about anything with him or us so sales manager put us with another sales person and she was very helpful but we were told to tow vehicle there $250 later they say car won't start (so the mechanic says) so another $250 towing vehicle back car started right up. Out 500.00 and they didn't even care.

Where do I start? .I was called three to four times a day about coming in to trade my vehicle in. I explained to Joe cowboy my situation. I was guaranteed I wouldn't need a co signer or a downpayment. LIES!! I went in on a Saturday at 10 am, didn't leave until after 7pm without a car that I purchased. I was asked to return on Monday and the car would be ready. I go in Monday they gave me the keys, but then asked for the keys back because the rear brakes were out on the car. Two of the associates drove me home. I was called on Saturday to pick the car up, got the car and three days later the check engine light came on. The car sounded like a mini 18 Wheeler. I took the car back and left it overnight, I asked to be put in a rental or a loaner and the car salesman Jake said his manager said they couldn't offer me that service. I later found out the muffler needed to be replaced. I picked the car up AGAIN and a few days later the check engine light came on, I took the vehicle back and asked if they could put me in a better vehicle or give me my money back. They stated they would fix the issue and make sure everything was inspected before giving me the car back. I got the car back and this time it was the rear o2 sensors that needed to be replaced. I received the vehicle for the third time, two weeks later the check engine light came back on, I took the car back and the right side motor mount needed to be fixed. The bank called me to do a welcome call and I told the back that I was having issues with the car and I was told to not close on the deal and take the car back. I reached out to everyone I had dealt with at this car lot. Joe, Jake, Jimmy as well as Frank and nobody responded to my text or calls on taking the vehicle back. The day before Thanksgiving Frank called and told me to drop the vehicle back off that evening around 7pm and that he would put me in something else, I explained that it's last min and the holidays and I would come on Friday. I made it to the lot on Friday, when I got there Jake handed me my keys to the vehicle I traded in and asked for the keys to the car I purchased from them. I asked him questions, that he couldn't answer and he directed me to their lead finance guy. He stated that they couldn't put me in a vehicle because the bank said they no longer wanted to do business with someone like me! Woahhh So at this point I'm frustrated and I asked for my down payment back of $2500, I was told it would be mailed to me. No, I need my funds before I leave this lot. They refunded me my money, took the tag off the car that I purchased, and lost the tag to the vehicle I traded in. Gutted out pieces from the compartments at the top of the car and stated they would glue them back together for me. I was literally talked down on and insulted by 4 different people that day. My time didn't matter, very insensitive, threatened to have the police called on me. They thought they would sell me a lemon and I would just walk away, I'm not that desperate. Please know that this doesn't end with a review. Stay far away from this place.

Good afternoon wanted to leave a review went into service and has always had a Great experience I like to thank everyone in service I had to have my car towed and the roadside service was awesome as well. The guy was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend them. Went her because my daughter recommended. She was right. Very good service and informative. They even text you a video when they check you vehicle out. Complimentary coffee, snacks coffee or tea. Whitney is outstanding and an asset to Nissan. She should be considered for a pay raise indeed. I would keep her on board. Very involved with each customer.

My first time going to Nissan and Josh Champion was super helpful and very courteous, he explained everything they were going to do for my service, I was blown away from video the service tech sent me to my phone. 1st class service! Will definitely be coming back!

Great 1st time experience!! Samantha M. At the service department was so attentive, understanding and helpful. She explained everything to me and helped me so much. I previously went to Nissan of Greenway on Casset Ave. about 4 different times for my engine light and the issue continued. They were not helpful to my situation at all and gave me a lot of run around. After going to Nissan of Orange Park, they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner, no more engine light and provided additional service that I wasn t aware I needed because I wasn t advised from the previously dealership. I want to give a special Thank you to Samantha in service, the tech who serviced my vehicle and the manager who made this all possible as well, Thank you!!

This Nissan services all makes and models. I dropped my 2000 GMC Sierra off for new tires and an alignment. They had my truck done in less than 3 hours. Great tire pricing and service pricing as well.

Had my 2020 Altima in their shop three times in the same month for the same issue. Every time they gave it back, I would have the same issue a few days later. I was charged $228.71 for a diagnostic fee, and to this day the vehicle has not been properly diagnosed. I requested to be refunded for a service that was not performed and of course they have now gone ghost! Stay away!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

One of the worse experiences that i ever had, due to the service center lack of competence to do what I originally asked for when I got there, once I left the Niaasn establishment my car stalled on me and the only answerI received was "you originally came in here talking about the battery so thats all we checked for "..later which I was told the if I can get my car towed there they will see what's "really going on with the car and we can figure this out" I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN "

I will start with positive great job vacuuming my car they never did that and my car wash beautiful. Service not so good. I had a 5pm appointment for an oil change and as usual they were slammed busy which I understand and always expect a wait with these guys but twice now they pull my car out without giving me an option if I want to do work. This time it was for a tire rotation I would of paid for. Just cause I had a free coupon means nothing. Than to hear sorry we are just so busy we are just getting the basics done. No video this time. Also got my brake fluid done some where else due to cost and they still say it needed to be done. No option to change filters no tire rotation offer after two hour wait for oil change don't feel like going back for these services with such long wait times.

Listen, if you re looking for a great experience buying a car, go see Jason MCcune at Orange Park Nissan. He s young but, he s sharp, he s been honest and straightforward as well as the finance and sales managers. If they can help you they will and if they can t they ll let you know without the dramatics.My family has purchased four vehicles from Jason since April and every experience was positive!

Had us come from green cove springs all the way there after telling us they had a special event going that required zero down. But it's a lie, can get financing however they required 2000 down. And we're very clear that we didn't want to put no money out of pocket and we didn't have a trade in they let us walk down the road me and my mom and the finance it wasn't the problem it was they wanted the job payment y'all better look cuz they had a lot of one Stars too by the way it's a shame that they have advertisement zero down and they don't stick to it that's a shame false advertisement making appointments

Went in for an alignment after work being done on my rear suspension. Their Tech advised for "larger eccentric bolts", which anyone that understands how alignments work on suspension knows that wasn't going to work what was needed was offset bushings. Afterwards, I found either.1. they missed the factor one of the bolts to my shocks was missing. Which was in the immediate area they was working.Or the more likely factor because I KNOW that bolt was in there and torqued to 130FtLbs WITH Loctite.2. They removed it. which BTW is EXTREMELY dangerous and causes stress and wear on ALL of the new parts that was just installed.We replied to their survey and haven't gotten a response back about the undue stress and damage done to my vehicle and the potentially DEADLY consequences that could have happened.

Do not due business with this location. Claiming all new service department but it s still the same excuses. Bought my Nissan from them and it had problems that were suppose to be fixed and never were. Also ther advantage plan warranty is a joke. We were lied to multiple times and nothing that they said was covered has been. Buyer beware. Just go somewhere else!

My husband purchased a new Nissan and we were having problems setting everything up. Julea Kanouh set everything in vehicle up including the Nissan App on my husband cell phone in a matter of minutes. She did an awesome job and we truly appreciate everything. The customer service she provided us was awesome.

After they sell you a car, don't expect anything from them! They won't return your calls or anything. I've been waiting on a GAP refund for months now. They refuse to issue payment or communicate with me and my lender.

Scheduling an appointment is fruitless here, your going to sit for HOURS on end. Also, if you have a simple service, i.e. tire rotation, oil change, courtesy ride share isn't offered to you, only if you have other services add on. So basically, make an appointment to just sit and wait. It's been over 2 hours already.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

It's been a hell of a year..time to review...I was sold a car that needed many repairs..motor mount..I was showed how the motor moved when you push car back n forth..told..motor is designed to go under car in collision..from "sanchez"..Had to be towed 2 times ..needed axel..tie rod also..front end clunkes since I got it..Service looked at it..tried to fix it..still clunks..1 headache after another..went in for oil change..missed my apt..No one has a smile.(the man in the bay was very welcoming)...I felt like I was bothering them..they have a 2 hr wait at this point..And I'll be charged..ok..I have a morgan card..like I was being discouraged to stay for the oil change..Biggest mistake I ever made was getting this car..They will encourage reviews right after purchase..(buy 2 free tires get 2 free)..they only had 3 so I got the walmart specials..I'll take my clunker somewhere else..I don't want to feel like I'm a bother to the lady in the service department..Oil changes can be bought all over town..Be nice..it don't hurt..BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER..and that's why I won't be back to this location..

Service was good but the customer support is what separates this place. Had an issue after a brake install and the crew and manager took care of me. I was actually beside myself with the level of customer support they gave and was a happy customer. Highly recommend, even if there's an issue just talk it out as they are more reasonable than you would think.
