Overall would not recommend. Poor workmanship and okay customer service. Goods: Jessica is an excellent customer service rep that was able to successfully negotiate with the insurance company and track down where the paperwork error was between the collision center and adjuster in regards to repair quote and payment. Bads: The original customer service representative at the collision center handling my case did not properly follow up with the insurance company causing a two month delay in completion of the work. When asked what I could do to speed up the process I was told I could call the insurance company and tell them to pay the difference in balance or I could pay it myself.Upon picking up the truck, I found that the body lines that were repaired did not line up at all. UPDATESo, I have had to take the vehicle up twice to get a little fix on the repair, nothing major, just a minor adjustment. The repair is still great.The customer service was way better both times I had to take it back. The repairs were in and out and the service all around was great, thank you.-----------------------------------------The work on my vehicle was excellent but my customer service from my service provider was horrible, this is why it's 3 stars. He communicated with me when he received my car but nothing after. I called left several msgs, no return calls. I had to physically go up there to discuss my situation with him and get an update. Then after the fact it still didn't get better all the way up to the end.So, if you don't care about the customer service you receive during the process and only care about the bodywork of your vehicle, then they are the place for you. However, if you care about the whole experience, use someone else.It's a shame really because the vehicle maintenance department is exceptional. I've been taking my car there since 2019 and they keep my vehicle running great. I haven't used anyone else since.

They did body work through insurance as I was inclined to used the Chevy dealer since my car is a Chevy; my paint job is terrible they put a recycled door on my car the rear quarter panel and the rear bumper was mis-aligned and sealed together with clear coating; the seals in the door and certain parts don t align properly... The painter left my car looking like orange peels and not very good quality of work done. I m very unhappy with the work that was done

Nimnicht Chevy Collision Center is A++. My two-month-old Tahoe was hit and damaged. Christian and Tujuana took care of me every step of the way. They day I picked up the vehicle, Christian went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They restored my vehicle to brand new condition. No shortcuts, professional in every way. The quality of body work done on my vehicle was great. It basically looked new when it was done. The people in the office were so nice and helpful and I know my vehicle is in good hands there. If you want perfection, you won t find it in any body shop but these folks are pretty close! The actual body work that was done on my car was quality work. My car was vandalized badly, and you can't even tell. However, Nimnicht put a nail in my tire and I had no choice but to take it to Discount tire if I wanted it fixed in a timely manner. Nimnicht told me my car was ready and so I had to return my rental car before picking up my car. I could have left my car at the body shop for who knows how many more days for them to fix, but I would be without a vehicle to get my kids to school and get to work. I already waited over a month to get ny windshield and hood replaced, I couldn't wait any longer. Tire was brand new and in perfect condition when I went into the shop. WHAT A HEADACHE!! Do not use this collision center if you can avoid it. Poor communication and they don't inspect vehicles before releasing them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I accidentally ran over a tire shred on the highway, and called Nimnicht Collision. They were able to get me in right away, and fixed my back bumper within 20min. Thank you so much Steve! Best customer service ever.

Had the bad luck of having to take our 2020 Acadia here several times they made the bad experience of a car accident a much better experience over all. They are super helpful and will do everything it takes to get you back on the road as soon as possible with your car looking brand new. 10/10 would recommend using them for your auto repair needs

Tried to come in for an estimate but within the first 3 minutes of me in the door, the estimator was very nasty. Advised me not to even try to get my car fixed, without even knowing the situation. Do not recommend. It s too many other body shops located around them for him to be acting like that.
