I've been coming here for 3 years for my oil changes and the staff always does a great job and are super friendly. I usually drop off my car in the morning before work and they give me a call whenever it's ready. They even helped me out for free once when couple bolts came loose under the car and the metal plate was scrapping the road. Thank you!!

My car wasn t running right. Brought it in Tuesday 9/5/23 and paid the $100 diagnostic fee for them to tell me it was a simple fix and its done. Drove away and as soon as I get off base and get up to speed, its still doing the same thing. Call them up and they tell me to come back 9/6/23 first thing in the morning and they will get it in right away and take another look. Show up 9/6/23 at 7am when they open (right when I get off night shift), they don t even get it into the bay until 8:30am and then a few hours later tell me its done again. Drive off and still not fixed. Call them back and they tell me I should bring it to the dealership because they don t have access to the onboard diagnostic computer to accurately diagnose it. SO WHY DID I GET CHARGED A $100 DIAGNOSTIC FEE IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOU CANT EVEN DIAGNOSE IT?!? Don t sit there and take wild guesses, charge me $100 for it, and tell me its done when its not. If you can t diagnose it, tell me beforehand and I will take it elsewhere! NOW Im out $100 here and still have to pay the dealership to diagnose the problem as well.

I needed air filled in my tires and asked an associate Mr. Tobe at the Navy Car Care Center for help. He quickly assisted me in filling air into tires. I appreciate the quick service and friendliness of associate. Thank you!

I was in for oil change, came in early to be first in line. My husband filled up the form, I approached the guy behind the desk if I can ask a question.His response was, "I am not answering any question not until 7am!!!". What a way to treat a customer, he could have said it in a nicer way. He is very rude!!!I feel discriminated, because he was nice with my husband, but rude to me, not realizing we were together.Service date 02/10/23

They dont take appointments for auto care. If you can t get your car there at 7am, say, idk, because you have a job, you can count on never being able to have any work done. I showed up at 9 am and was told they were full for the rest of the day. Absolutely terrible business model and the prices are comparable to REAL shops out in town anyways.

They turned it around and made things right. I was frustrated and annoyed by my initial interactions but I was very well taken care of after their hiccup. They have my business.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was quoted the wrong price on tires. Also they had the wrong tire too. They could not honor their tire package, because they don't have the proper equipment to even work my vehicle. On top of all of these issues, after doing business with them for 15 years. They never clean their database out of my old vehicles. I let them know at least a dozen times to delete my old vehicles out of there computer. Then the sales rep says it looks like I'm running a used car lot because they are too lazy to do their jobs. I got a better deal some where else. I would not recommend going here for service.

I called to see if you all fix transmissions. Who ever answered the phone, gave me my answer but laughed in my face! People come to you all sometimes, for life changing things. Laughing is not only inappropriate, but just cruel!! Welcome to NAS JAX! Called 10/25/22 @ 9:05am.

The service is very easy going and helpful. I have taken my 2001 GMC Jimmy there on a few occasions within the last year for routine maintenance. Every time I take it in, they always call and give me updates as to how much everything will be and if there is anything else needing to be worked on. The customer service on the car care side and the convenience store side are both excellent.

Decent service. Only issue is that they didn t have a lug nut wrench to remove my tires. But the price for an oil change is very competitive.

They have a decent selection of car accessories and the service associates are always friendly, however, the limited hours and good prices make it super competitive to get same day service. I d recommend an appointment if going in to get work done.

I bought tires from them few yrs ago, they won t rotate my tires, they always find an excuse not to, or do the oil change and totally ignore my tire rotation. I take it there for engine oil change only when I can t get into ford, I would rather take it to Walmart than to the Jax navy auto care center. It s the only time I come back with leaks from oil change. Been there several times trying to get them to duplicate a growling noise when turning leftWell they can t fix it! You would think is a bearing going bad or tires and rims. Well today I took it to AMCO TRANSMISSION and they said the shuddering was tires and rims took it to discount tire for tires and rims. NOISE GONE!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Not the best, bought tires there 4 mitchalin an get a rotation and balance every 5000 miles. Well had problems , tires were not wearing right. Went back, they had not balanced the tires. When I ask, they said you have to tell us that. Duh what's the contract for ? I went there because we have top notch personnel , commanders , their wives, children who use that place. Well , give it a second thought. If you buy tires there and go to another base , your warranty is not covered there. What a mess. It's all government. Something is not right there. Watch what you say and listen to their answers.

This place showed to completely useless. I had a flat tire on base on Thursday. They said I could not have a tire till Monday. When we took the car in on Monday they called me to set up an appointment for Thursday to replace the tire. That's a week on a flat tire.I also had problems with my alternator for a while so I wanted that addressed. I was told nothing was wrong and that is was due to "the weather"We took the car to pepboys and within the hour our tire was changed they looked into our alternator and fixed it for free. Place needs to step up their capabilities.

Mechanic fix my AC motor ExcellentTires expensive but excellent.I had my van tow said my van was broke down never to run again that was very wrong. The water pump stop but didn't kill the the van or destroy the Engine. My Carivan had a sensor it will not start without fixing the problem. Mechanic said could not fix I van.

They charge $80 to get a scan on your car. I just wanted to know the code. I ll go to O Reillys and get it done for free and just order the parts I need there. They lost my business the day I checked into NAS Jax with that load of bologna.$80....unbeilivable.

Very expensive, representatives are often rude, and will take forever on the simplest maintenance, no matter the day or time you go in. Gotten work done on my car at least 3 times there and it's never worth it.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This place does very good work. Everytime i take my vehicle here they are always able tp take care of the roblem and have my vehicles in tip top shape. I recommend NAS JAX CAR CARE CENTER to all whp are eligible to use it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys will do anything to get money out of you. $80 to read your codes,when AutoZone and O'Reilly's will do it for. Free $ 130 to replace a part that only cost $20 . To only find out that they put the wrong part in for your car. Save yourself the time and money. Find someone else!

Over priced my retired buddy after being over charged and waiting over a day to get a tire said they really take care of retired & military veterans they charge twice the prices its his cynical nature showing thru he was not happy
