Napa is usually my go to place when that odd part is needed and nobody else carries it. This time it was a bust. They not only didn't have the part but the associate didn't even know what I was talking about. Long gone are the days of the counter guy knowing exactly what you needed just off the top of his head. Now if the search bar doesn't find it it must not exist.

Best quality among the rest of auto parts store but not that affordable. At least cheaper than the dealer most of the time

Went to get plastic undercarriage rivets. There was one worker visible quite a few in the back laughing it up. When someone did come to assist, we were told they can't look the part up by vehicle. She answered the phone then we were on our own. She realized she had a book containing them so she gave that to us and we moved to the end of the counter... Like we know what we're looking for. We picked something we thought was close in length and went on a hunt. We hunted through racks of them with NO luck. Many were out of order!!! What a way to treat a customer. My dad use to by pass that one and go to Haines St but I think I'll take a pass on that too. I may just zip-tie it till I can get the right thing. Of course the guy at Advance Parts did almost the same thing today after the young lady looked the part up for me a week ago. Auto Zone was no better because the guy told me to but one and try it until I find the right one.Goggle reviews are not as efficient as they once we're cause there are a lot of missing places in my timeline. Those three stores are on Atlantic Blvd between St Johns Bluff Rd and Monument Rd

I placed an in-store pick up for wiper blades on my wife's car and it said it would be ready same day. I get a call from the store 15 minutes later saying they are missing one but will have it in the afternoon. I never got a call back but I called at 4:51 when I realized they closed at 5 and it was still not ready. I said I am on my way to get the stuff that was available and was rudely told "You know we close at 5 right?" I said I am right down the street and on my way. I walked up to the door at 4:59 and it was already locked. The same rude girl told me they are closed and that I had to come back later. Now we have to drive to South Florida with bad wipers and this store has terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs if customer service is important to you.

I purchased two front rotors from Napa. Unfortunately my car starts shaking after 6 months. So I called napa on Atlantic and I 295. Told that the tire shop told me my rotors are not smooth. And if it's possible to exchange it because it's damaged. Napa worker told me that it's not covered under the damage. It doesn't say specific damage.

Was told part was in stocks. Paid for it online. Went to pick it up. Two employees said it was on its way. 2.5 hours later, they never went downtown to pick it up. Lying is not the way to do business.

I bought a battery here a couple of years ago and was very pleased to find out it had such a great warranty! They were able to test and replace it under the warranty and I couldn't be happier with the service and help. I totally recommend this NAPA store! Great experience!

I visited the Napa store on Friday for a Carco inspection for my insurance company.Bill helped me with the I inspection even tho it was close to quitting time. Bill went out of his way to make sure I knew about the different services available. Very happy I went there. Would recommend to all my friends.

Got to say I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. First time doing the struts on my vehicle and had to get a spring compressor. Easy to rent and was able to return it anywhere. The returning equipment here was super easy. High5

Had my tools ready waiting as well as the part I needed. Reasonably priced and was able to replace a pulley in the parking lot without needing to be towed. Some of their tools are really expensive but they have budget options that also get the job done.

I am a long time ( over 40 years) NAPA customer. It is my go-to place for auto, truck and marine parts and supplies. Quality, service and support have always been top notch. I will go to NAPA even if an alternative is closer.

I had to return a compressor for my AC that had went bad and it was still under warranty went in showed it to gave my receipt in and out in 20 minutes people are friendly and very helpful

Bought over $300 worth of brakes and rotors for my 2013 Honda have a pulsating with the discs after 1 month and they will not replace them says it is not a manufacturer's defect?!?! Very poor customer service they came and made their decision after a conference in the back room and blamed it on a poor installation which my mechanic buys most of his Parts there he'll be thrilled to hear this!

I was in desperate need of a vacuum hose but apparently NAPA lock the doors 8 minutes before the close time stated on the door. AutoZone was open with welcoming, smiling, helpful employees.

Very knowledgeable, good parts, good service, are you tired of going to the other automotive parts places and they barely can work the computer or answer the phone, or give you that deer in the headlight look. Check these people out, no worries.

Call the store with the part number they confirmed they were 11 in the warehouse So rather than wait an hour or two to get I decided to go ahead and drive the 15 miles crosstown and just go pick them up myself lo and behold I get there and parts guy tells me no they don't have any zero in stock It's a special order from them typical Napa So I just drove 30 miles because some idoit doesn't know how to do his job and look something up correctly at the store last time I ever use Napa for anything. I wish I could remember his name so I can tell everybody the moron was stay away from Napa They're overpriced anyway

Terrible experience, overpriced parts, lazy workers take their time to come to the register when there is a customer, I waited at the desk for almost 8 minutes waiting for the guy behind the register to even acknowledge me. Will not return to this location anytime soon, they guaranteed that the part I purchased was the part I needed, got it home, it did not fit, went to return the part, I was told because I already tried to fit it in my car and broke one of the clips in the process I could not return it, not my fault the part didnt fit

Was able to find the parts that I needed on the shelf. I tried explaining to counter man what I was looking for but he was trying to find by model and P/N. Being a workbody truck I knew it would not be listed that way'

While I was broke down on the side of the road, the counter person who answered the phone was extremely helpful in providing inventory and pricing for a new battery.I wish I still had this gentleman s name, however, give this location a try.

I called them at 5:15pm they close at 6pm and they had my part. When I got there and told him what part I needed he already had it on the counter waiting. Had a good chat with them

After waiting several minutes watching Bill behind the counter gorge a powdered jelly doughnut in an empty store. This place by far has the crappiest service in the industry and upper management should really look into providing a revamp in training customer service. The result in Bill's inadequacy deferred a purchase at this juncture and allowed its competitor across the street to earn a new customer and references. Your employee Bill made NAPA "NAPPY". And should be kept in the far corner of the store wearing a NAPA Dunce hat!

I arrived Jacksonville Florida from Virginia. I think my crackedy radiator took out my alternator went to Napa to replace both parts. sales and service was exceptional.

I asked for a certain kind of oil and it took three employees a catalog and a computer to tell me they dont carry the product so i went to the shelf just to see about 40 bottles how does this location make a profit with such a useless staff and that was just motor oil imagine if it were a car part you'd be sc#@%ed
