Excellent customer service. The care and concern was genuine. They were even nice and inviting to my fur baby Bailey. (A Pitsky) I was comfortable living my car with them. And they only offered services that I knew were overdue for service. All and all it was a great experience and I will be back to have my other vehicles serviced as well.

Excellent customer service , care a concern was genuine. Service was timely an updated me an issues that needed attention with no pressure. Thomas at front desk was very welcoming and provided refreshments. Took advantage of their online special for a good discount ,Will definitely be returning.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. I thought the price was great and the service provided was done in a timely matter. The employee I spoke with to get the service done was very kind. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, was patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Midas branch to anyone based on the experience I had with them.

I can't speak highly enough about this location. They're so accommodating and go over the top to make sure customers are taken care of! I missed my appt time and Thomas made a way to fit me in! He was full of jokes and kept the customers smiling! Best money spent!!

Awesome Customer Service! I went there 3/20/24 after work to get air put in my tires. To my surprise, Brandon Stapler came to me and offered to provide me with a estimated price for 4 tires and a ligament. I've been to somany other tire places and had to basically run down someone to put air in my tire. They got me in yesterday 3/22/24 and out with no problem! I highly recommend the Midas team to work on my car anytime. Thank you guys for your great service!QT

Brandon and Daniel were amazing. I went in for a brake fluid flush and came out with a problem I had with my vehicle resolved. They even stood a little later after closing to finish another repair for me which I truly appreciated. The mechanics were awesome too. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure you are in good hands before you leave, any problems they will fix immediately. I highly recommend and will be going back.

I just had the most painless oil change I've ever had in my life. In and out in 20 minutes and it only cost me 9 dollars with a coupon. I'm not sure if this is typical, but they're definitely getting more of my business next time I need an oil change.5 stars well deserved

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change! They were so kind and fast, they don't try to upsell you or anything, I didn't have a coupon when I came in or even ask about them but they gave me a discount anyways from their website I am so so happy with their work ! Coming back for my next car needs !

Brandon was so nice to work with. He knew I was running late, much later than my appointment, but he still got me in. He knew I was stressed and worked with me. Midas provided Quick and efficient service. They even let me know about an issue that is not critical, but will eventually need repair and they took the time to show me the issue and explain it to me. I really appreciate their 5 star service. Daniel and DJ were helpful and nice as well. DJ did my oil change. Thanks guys!

Highly reasonable prices. Both Daniel and Brian are amazing. Got tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I will say that they need at least 1 more very seasoned tech besides just Kyle but all in all I've made this my go to place for most of my car needs.

At 10:10am March 12th 2024 a person who works at midas took a customer's black dodge challenger after the customer left, and drove it down lem turner reving it the whole way. Well I don't think thats normal because my car and every other car has not been driven like that or at all. Felt the need to report this because that's messed up. They waited for the guy to go for the person working here to take it for a joy ride. Lesson to the person who's car it was don't leave your car unattended. I know he was doing it for fun because he sat in the parking lot having fun reving it. On the other hand my car has been driven to and from the parking space and that's it. Sorry to the guy who owns this beautiful vehicle.

Customer service was top tier! Anytime I need a new tire Brandon helps me out and he is amazing!! This is the only place I go for tires. 10/10 would recommend!!

10s 10s10s!!! Brandon and the gentleman that fixed my car were amazing! I went to just get my tires checked for a leak and turns out the tires I had were the complete wrong tires for my car and were actually a hazard for me to drive on in this rainy Florida weather, especially with the way I drive But they were very sweet, quick and concerned with my well-being and safety. Definitely recommend
