Took my Nissan Rogue in for a synthetic oil change. I was very happy with my experience at Midas on Atlantic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great value for the money, and it very easy to schedule my appointment online. I will definitely return for my subsequent oil changes.

Awesome customer service and extremely informative. Not once did I feel like I was trying to get pressured into unnecessary repairs or uncharged. No nonsense, great business and prices.Angel was my mechanic and was 10/10 with the work. Went above and beyond his way to get my job done right!Thanks Angel

What a great small business!! Very well managed! and Gerard, their Mechanic is top shelf! They even exceeded my expectations when I paid the bill which was $50 less than the original quoted price! I Definitely rate this shop a 7 star and I think you will as well!

I am so impressed with the personal, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable but as I am not...they explained my mechanical issues in terms I could understand! They were fast, efficient and I highly recommend them! AND They helped me out with coupons without me having to ask. I am now a loyal customer to this location. My first visit & won't be my last.

Made appointment - I showed up early and they were able to accommidate me right away. Looked over my car showed me some concerns they had. They were legit I did not feel pressured to fix or not to. They were friendly, professional, personable. I would highly recommend this location. Mike made it an excellent experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! They lie and gaslight you about the problems with your vehicle. I was given the run around for a year spending unnecessary money when they already knew what was wrong with it. Chad in particular lied to me about a second opinion of my vehicle. I spent so much money and they finally decided to take responsibility a year later. What they put me through is so disheartening and I want to warn others to stay faraway from them.

I went here with break issues and the first guy I talked to quoted me a ridiculous amount, and when I asked if they would install outside parts so that I could get the cost down, he said no. As I was talking to him a Manager came and said yeah we can do that no problem. I got my parts brought them and everything was good. I picked up my car everything was good... The next day I started my car and it stalled out and my check engine light came on. My car was driving just fine aside from my breaks the day before. So now my breaks are fixed but I will not go back to figure out why my check engine light is on.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, we got no acknowledgement for several minutes. Second, they refused to do my paid for Groupon oil change without an appointment when they had half the place empty. Going to cancel my Groupon and go elsewhere.

I spoke with Jay on the phone regarding an oil change, energy was on point from the start. I got an appointment immediately. When I arrived he heard my voice an knew it was me he spoke with. Everything went smoothly, he applied my coupon, and was honest about what my vehicle needed. The technician Rickey came and spoke with me as well and made me feel comfortable about the issues with my car. I finally found somewhere that I can trust and know they aren't gonna take advantage of me. Service was impeccable and I was out in a flash! This is my spot now!

Midas on Atlantic is great. Every time I need something done, they are quick to get my vehicles in, coupled with how quick I m able to get turnover just to get another over and completed. Recommend this location.

Purchased oil change and tire rotation. Lied about tire rotation. When questioned a second time, he confirmed completed when I told him I was in parking lot the whole time and watched he said, well your tires on the front are better anyway. Never again at this Midas. No integrity, lack of honesty and a very poor representation for tour brandI will tell all I can to avoid Midas "The Trusted place for car care needs". What a joke. Going on Google and Yelp reviews too!

10311 Atlantic blvd. Line about performing services to get your money when you double and triple check they will perform services just to tell you "no" they won't do it after they got your money. Will be contacting the news and standing outside informing people thru freedom of speech.

Website offered online appointments. When i chose a time (6pm) the manager called and asked if we could come in earlier. We said it would be tough, but we would do our best. Got there at 5:45 and were refused service

Midas on Atlantic Blvd is second to NONE .!Use your warranty there if you have one . They have been lifesavers . Their technicians are tremendously knowledgeable and I only use them . I have a Camaro ZL1 !! And no one is allowed to touch it but Midas on Atlantic !!Jay the mgr is awesome . Gerald Se and Jr are great . Ricky and all of the other guys are very courteous and they know what they are doing !! This is coming from a 27 year Car Business veteran !! The manufacturer techs are NOT WHAT THEY USED TI BE !

I took my car here for an oil change because I had a coupon. They were courteous and thorough. They recommended an air filter, which I purchased because I had not changed it before. They also advised me that my tires were worn, I knew that because I purchased 2 , a few weeks prior and planned to replace the other 2 next month. The price they quoted was quite a bit higher than I paid, and it was a different brand. I want to have 4 of the same brand so I declined. I was satisfied with the experience except they neglected resetting my maintenance alert so every time I start the vehicle I get an alert for maintenance due.

I went in worried because I know a lot of places that work on your car will up charge you and rip you off but Midas you proved me wrong.The gentleman running the front desk was very helpful and kind. He even gave me a free tire rotation. And then the gentleman who worked on my car Erik was a Godsend, not only was he very understanding about my situation on my funds being tight but he let me know that I can always come up there and ask for help and they will do there best to help especially with my tight funds. I now know whom I can trust with my car and not have to worry thank you Midas for making everyday life just a little bit easier.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

I was very impressed with the service from the time I walked in to the time I picked up my vehicle. They notified me each time prior to fixing any issues. Met with the mechanic after work was performed and he went over what he performed and what he recommended that I should keep an eye on.Overall, outstanding service from the managers and mechanics. I'm late on this, but it's better late than never.The Guys at Midas are Awesome, well knowledgeable, and very helpful. Both visits I've had so far have resulted in my vehicle going from nearly failing me to being in way better condition. The crew has definitely gone above and beyond with reasonable prices and they look out for military!
