Took my vehicle in for brakes. Was up-sold at every step of the process. Repair took much longer than necessary as shop techs spent time going over the vehicle searching for other repairs to sell. Car was returned to me with a 10 scratch on the rear bumper that looks like it was caused backing out of the repair bay. $1000 for the brakes. Then I got 3 separate requests for surveys and reviews. Well here s my review: this place stinks and you should avoid it.

We ve been taking both of our cars to this meineke for a while and have had nothing but good experiences! Super friendly customer service, Bo and Shawn are always great to work with. Communication and prices are good. And I don t feel like they ve tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge haha.

Awesome mechanic. Quoted me far below a local competitor s estimate for a relatively significant repair. They were honest with me regarding the actual urgency of getting the repair done on an older car that I was hesitant to spend so much money on. Very pleasant experience and kind people working there, will definitely be back!

Needed tire repaired. Just went no appointment. They had my car up on the machine in 10 minutes and done in 20 after saying it ll take about an hour. Only cost $17. Great service. Bo, the mgr, was very personable. I will definitely use and recommend my friends use. Thanks Meikeke!

Everybody does a great job from Management down to every staff member. They do great work and are very accommodating to my busy schedule. I've been doing business with them for years and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I stopped by Meineke on Beach Blvd., JAX to have my vehicle checked for oil and discovered that I had leaks due to the broken gasket. People at the shop were very helpful and kind enough to let me come back to schedule an appointment to get my car repaired with very considerable care. The visit was very pleasant and the cost of repair were very reasonable and I was very impressed with their knowledge and detailed analysis.I would like to recommend to anyone to stop by their shop to have your any concerns with your vehicle get a second opinion from the people at the shop. You won t regret it just like me.

I like how they explain and showed me what was wrong. I got an HONEST and Professional explanation about my car!! I will be returning at least I know the work will be done RIGHT!!! Bo is a great employee he took the time to explain to me my problem with my car explain the best solution and show me the problems with my ride. I am grateful I got the service I received!!

I would highly recommend this shop for your vehicle maintenance and repair needs. The owner & staff are very responsive, honest, and transparent, which is very hard to find as a single female with little knowledge of car maintenance. I really appreciate the staff's communication and excellent customer service.

Literally will not go anywhere else from now on. Been here twice already and everytime Bo and his staff are so nice and the best around. I love that they send you an inspection report and explain any critical concerns I should consider fixing(my car is a bit older), allowing me to decide without feeling pressured or being confused. 12/10 recommend these guys!

Great job, Meineke at 8605 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216. The shop is made excellent by the employees that they hire and the owners attention to excellence. I ll be back there when I need them, and you should use them as well!I m becoming a regular customer here at Meineke. Two days ago I called to get an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 Subaru Outback. The service I received was excellent and they did the job within the time they had specified. I can t see enough good things about this particular shop. as long as I live in this area, they have my business.Because they are so good they are always busy. Make sure to plan ahead and call to make an appointment. You won t be sorry.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

Good deal. Good Service. Came in for a Veteran's day oil change discount. Wasn't at the right location for a free one as advertised. They were also booked for the day. So they gave me a rain check for the service into the following week. That went well. Thank you for the Discount and your services too.

Great place to take your vehicle for any issues. This is a honest and trustworthy place to take your vehicle for care... Very Professional. I have used this place for years and they have always taken great care of my two vehicles without any issues. Not like most places that are all about $$. They care about you and your vehicles. always go to mieneke for my oil change! Both Bo and the other front desk person are wonderful! I always drop my car off for my appt and its usally done within 1-2 hrs! and they give me a call when its ready, they also always let me know of any routine maintenance that needs to be done soon and give quotes on what they wld be! very helpful and happy to go there!

So impressed with the service I received! Just dropping in and having pressure checked to discover a metal shard piercing my tire to setting up my appt and then the actual repair...every interaction was professional and welcoming! I Came In For A Service To Get Done. I Don t Feel Like It Was Done. They Were Very Friendly And I Was In And Out. But I Dont Feel Like Anything Was Done. I Received A Code For 140 Dollars That I Can Get From Autzone. But With That Being Said I Was Recached Out To And Things Were Explained Better To Me. I Appreciated That The Owner Took Time Out To Get Back To Me And Try And Help Me Solve My Problem.

I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. They took pictures of what needed repair on my car and were clear with their explanations. I felt like they were honest and didn't try to get one over just because I don't know much about cars. Honest Mechanic, brought truck in for svc engine light and a couple other minor things I wanted them to look at due to it being a 20 year old used vehicle that I just recently acquired . Left the keys with them and went to work. I got a call few hours later explaining that it was a simple issue, the gas cap was a little loose causing a sensor code and that I could come pick up my keys. Been here twice now for substantial repairs to my 4Runner! Each time the people here have been very polite, professional, and have gone above and beyond in customer service incl the owner, himself, giving me a ride up to Starbucks while I waited on my repairs to be completed!Newer here to Jax and it s a relief to find a reliable shop for car maintenance and repairs! I walked in without an appointment and they took care of me very quickly. They told me I didn t need something I had asked about, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price. I will bring my car back to them for all the work it needs. Thanks, guys.
