As usual, it was a pleasure having my Mazda6 serviced here. I had my spark plugs changed, tires rotated and an AC checkup. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate the video inspections from the techs. Joe at Mazda city really took care of getting my CX9 bumper and front camera repaired. He didn t let my insurance company try to be cheapskates. They tried to get him to reuse my damaged bumper but he set them straight. I m sure if I took it to the recommended body shop by the insurance company. They would ve done what they asked instead of getting a new bumper. I appreciate it very much. My car looks as new as the day I bought it.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great service staff and some of the best coffee in town! I brought my 2015 Mazda 5 to have them check over the air conditioner. They did a thorough job and even loaned me a really nice car so I wouldn't be without transportation. I will be back when my car needs service again.

Hello,My experience was just ok because the mechanic left my air filter cabinet open.The representative that waited on me was wonderful and I give him a five star.Thank you.I want to add on that apparently the mechanic did not check my battery because my car keeps saying that my battery needs to charge because it's low.This have me wondering if my fluids have been checked and filled also. I hope I'm not bringing my car in for nothing and it's not properly being looked at and taken care of.People pay to much money to have transportation from this dealership not tohave their car service correctly or treated fairly. I am now concerned because this is my only means of transportation. I was told that Mazda's are very dependable cars I hope I was not told wrong. Thank you.I hope management or someone responds to me.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Fast and easy process, unlike other dealerships service departments I did not have to wait for hours, inspection was recorded by the service tech and sent to me over areas of vehicle inspected as well my vehicle was cleaned inside and out which was unexpected going in for the service. Service manager was friendly, helpful and answered all questions that I had.

First time owning a Mazda and the first time I took my vehicle to a Mazda dealership for service. Mazda City was exceptional. The service person, Ms. Ruberio was very informative and pleasant. I ve never experienced anything but excellence since owning a Mazda compared to the other manufacturers and dealerships. Mazda City of OP, you guys ROCK!!!!!

Jennifer in service was very professional, caring, compassionate and helpful. I was having the most traumatic experience with my car and she turned it all around. I m beyond grateful and thankful she was my service advisor. I recommend you see her if your car needs to be service OR you need a new car. She helped me with both. She deserves a raise and a bonus.

Service advisor Jennifer is always pleasant and helpful. Perks of this location is the video from the technician and the variety of coffee, soda, water and snacks. It s always nice taking a stroll through the showroom.

Had some issues with my new Mazda CX50 and dropped it off and a loaner car was provided to use while being serviced. The car took a little longer than expected but was finally fixed. Kathryn was good at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle.

For my first time coming there they did a great job of service communication. The video from the Tech to show me that there is no problems underneath the car perfect they were very fast for the first time using this company I recommend buying a Mazda. Although my car did not make the noise it originally went in to get fixed, because cars, I had my Mazda CX 5 serviced. Paul was great, very patient with the bit and I appreciate the fact that they did everything they could in hopes to make it do the noise from hades. The tech who inspected my car, wish I could remember his name, sent the inspection video explaining any issues and showing the problem. I've never had that in a garage before and I was impressed that techs have that patience nowadays for that, and the time. Over all this will be my dealership when I need to get service. Its my 3rd Mazda and it goes to show why I may choose a 4th next time.

Like always Mazada City of Orange Park always takes care of me. Brought my car in for 26k service, was met with a friendly face and Excellent customer service. Plus, they were done within 30 min!

I took my car in for an oil change because I had a coupon. The service was reasonable (with the coupon). They did a good job inspecting my vehicle and even provided a video. The service was done in under an hour and I was out the door. Great job Mazda of Orange Park.

I was treated so respectfully. Everyone at Mazda City of Orange Park was a pleasure to work with, particularly Neil and Cole. I never felt pressured or belittled, and feel so confident that I got a great deal. Just a great experience overall, which is not something I've ever said about a car dealership before! Five stars!!

The service department at Mazda was phenomenal. My car is 20 years old Mazda prot�g� I always take my car in to be serviced and they treat me very special. I was given a loaner car while they did the service on my car.Also, I like how while they re inspecting the car, they send you a video of the inspection and a walk-through of what is going on and what they are going to do.

I have been taking my cars for maintenance and for any necessary service for at least 7 years. For the past 3 years Jennifer is the only person that I trust my cx5 and mazda3. She always meet me with a big smile and her knowledge and willingness to understand my questions is no par with anyone that I've worked before in any of the dealership that I've been to. Recently, she arranged that I could leave my car until the technicians could find the source of some unsettling sound. Jennifer is very good communicating the progress, and my car is always washed and vacuum after every visit.

Good work and they had a loaner so I could still work. And they stay open late enough for you to work all day and still be able to go pick up your car. They were very helpful. They perform a video log of the inspection they do that will get sent to you once they finish. This way you can see how truthful and honest they are. They helped me with additional questions about the manufacturer extended warranty as well

The service department was amazing. I live 3 hours south. My wife had a bad accident, I told them the circumstances and the gave me a loaner car for the afternoon so I could return to the hospitals whileWaiting on a brake job.Thanks again.

Speaking from experience, ALWAYS 5 stars top notch service everytime I come here. I bought my car in 2019 and have been coming back since. I don t look forward to getting the car serviced anywhere else. Every time my baby goes to the back I can trust she is being taken care of.

Mazda City at Orange Park always has the best and most courteous service one could ask for at a dealership! Every 5,000 miles I bring it up there for my usual checkup and the techs always make sure that my car is running properly. Jennifer was very kind, made sure I knew about the complimentary drinks and snacks while I was waiting and made the checking out process really smooth! She really made my day with her bright energy! Mazda City of Orange Park Service Department doesn't disappoint!They are fast, efficient, thorough, and friendly. And above that, their prices aren't exorbitant!It is a pleasure doing business with them.
