Great experience at this location! I bought a used truck down in Jacksonville and wanted new tires on it before the drive home. This Mavis location was one of the few places that had the size I needed in stock, and they had an appointment available for 30 minutes from when I called. The service was great and the prices were fair. I asked them for their opinion on the brakes and alignment, and several of the mechanics told me they were fine and not to mess with them. They didn t try to sell me any services. Very happy with my experience at this Mavis location.

I am a regular here. I get my oil changes, alignment, and other tire services done here. I've recommended them to all my family members and we all are very happy with the service and quality of work we receive here. The employees up front are always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about them.

Very friendly employees and great work! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Carie, who took care of everything for me. I will definitely be coming back here for any issues with my tires. I highly recommend this place!

Mavis always takes such good care of me! I always feel like I m a valued customer and I never feel like they use strong arm Upcharge the woman tactics at all. I went in yesterday for a headlight being out and they fixed something else completely free of charge.

Kody anticipated my needs prior to me even telling him the issue. Excellent customer service , I came in with a flat that I tried to air up to no avail. Dakota was able to detect the beading issue and get me fixed in record time. Really appreciate the hard work and service! Would recommend ! Thanks guys!

I recently had tires installed at Mavis, and also experienced some sensor issues. The staff worked HARD to figure out what was going on with my car because the sensor issues were just a symptom for the real issue - the computer. They had one mechanic look at it, brought in another to take a look too, and worked together to figure it out. Cody explained what was wrong in a way that was easy for me to understand, what to expect in the long run, and gave me options. They were very fair and honest, especially in regards to my car - a very beat up 2008 Honda Civic with mostly original parts that are somehow miraculously still in good condition.I appreciate you guys, thank you for treating me fairly! The stereotype that mechanic shops try to take advantage of women is REAL (I've experienced this firsthand!) but THEY DO NOT DO THIS AT MAVIS - they are honest and compassionate and take you seriously. Thank you!

After 3 failed total brake repairs by Tires Plus right around the corner, I took my truck to this Mavis place. The folks behind the counter were nice and were actually interested in helping my dilemma. The mechanics were all professional and actually came out and talked with me, they then proceeded to allow me to go into the garage and see the blatant missed issues (by Tires Plus) that caused the brake problem to occur 3 times over the course of the last year. I made an appointment to get it fixed, received an estimate/quote. I came back at my appointment and got the work done. Other issues arose during the repair, but the cost ended up being about the same cost as the estimate with a much-appreciated military discount added in. Kudos to this whole location. You have EARNED my business going forward!!!

This is a great place to take your vehicle for almost and mechanical and tire needs. I ve been a customer for years at this location and have always been treated great. Very honest and knowledgeable experts. Customer service is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!Tracy

Definitely the best place to go hands down for All your auto needs. Thought I needed front breaks because it s been awhile since I changed them and Cody said they are still good and don t need to do them. I love the fact that they are so honest! Which is the best part. They won t tell you that you need something when you don t. I ll always come here for all my auto care needs. Regardless if there is a place that can do it cheaper. Being honest and loyal to me, means a lot more than to me than finding someone who can do it cheaper. Thanks Cody & Carrie!

This location has the best crew and service advisors.I have a commercial sprinter van that needed brake and rotors and they made the entire process simple and cost effective.I will go to them for all my future brake needs.

Can t say enough words about my experience here. Got a flat tire on a holiday weekend. They took me in immediately and was able to patch my tire up in no time. So happy they saved the day

DO NOT GO HERE! Be careful about the good reviews, this place is notorious here in Jacksonville for scamming their customers. They will recommend work that does not need to be done nearly every visit. Get a second opinion once they recommend a service, (typically struts leaking as other reviews have also pointed out) and you can see for yourself that this place is a total rip off. They have changed owners 4 times in the last 2 years because of this reason. The mechanic turnover is unprecedented and they are known in the area for taking advantage of their customers.

Shoutout to Cody who drove over to jump my car so my battery could be replaced before closing. Also had someone run out that day to grab the aux battery I thought I needed that morning. This was the second time I went to Mavis; the first time I thought I'd need my brakes replaced but they were honest with their lifespan. Trustworthy and lifesaving!

Bad news: Came out to flat tire at work. Got the unfortunate donut put on and drove across town in search of a repair shop.Good news: I took my jeep to Mavis, walked in without appointment and was serviced immediately. Friendly customer service, transparent and speedy repair. All I can say is, I am a customer from here on out. 10/10, will always recommend.

Tire service was great. Got a flat tire on my cross country road trip and they fixed my tire within an hour. Easy and great customer service. If this happens to you this is the place.

The service performed on my truck was well done and timely. The vehicle was towed in after they closed and they had us up and running the next day. While there was initially an issue with the billing(system glitch), Alex was very quick to make things right. Accidents happen and what matters most to me is how a business responds when things don't go exactly as planned. My new mechanic in Jacksonville! Thanks Alex and team!

Just moved nearby, didn't know what car place to trust. Got my car towed after I got a flat, and they were fixing it before I even got there the next morning. They coulda scammed me, they coulda told me I needed a new tire. But instead, they patched it up and charged me twenty bucks. Can't be happier to get my car back for cheap.

Cody took great care of me and my vehicle. He came up with a plan where I did not have to wait for a long time and I was able to pick up my car with ease. As someone who knows nothing about cars. I fele like I was in good hands. Come to Mavis Y all! Ask for Cody!

Came here a few times in the previous year. They were great for tires/allignments and diagnostics. But earlier this week, my car started leaking oil and losing boost. I brought it in, and they wouldn't work on it cause the engine had oil on it, and they couldn't tell where the leak was coming from... yea ill leave it there. They're a tire shop. Get your tires and brakes. That's what they're good at. They dont like oil on there fingies here

This is the best place I've ever been! They helped me when my tire had a nail in it and they didn't up charge me. I was a walk in and they fited me in! They are my place to go to for tire needs, oil changes, or anything on my car. They are very informative and always have my best interest in mind. Cody is always helpful! The whole team always does a great job!

I am so pleased with this location. I had to come here for them to fix the problem that the other location messed up on. This whole crew here was absolutely great. Not only did they fix the problem in hand, which was a major issue, they also resolved other major issues that could've been life threatening for my family. I would recommend this location to any and everyone. I pray there cooperate can see this and if need to speak with me me can find away to contact me. We need more wholesome people that take pride in what they do. 10/10

Buy your tires and leave ..don't let them try to sell you anything else..get a second opinion if you are worried. They tried to sell me new struts and told me my current struts are leaking oil. I do 90% of mechanic work on my own including struts. They took me in the back showed me the "oil leaking" from the struts. On top of that they told me I needed rear brakes asap. I told them no and stood my ground I went home cleaned up the struts and monitored it for 30k miles and not a single drop of oil leaked from my struts. I recently replaced it and found out other people had similar experiences with mavis. Apparently they put oil on the struts and told people it was leaking and they needed to get replaced. Don't get scammed. Go on YouTube and learn how to check your car struts just by pushing down on your car to see if it is bouncy.

AMAZING customer service every time! I had a tire pressure light come on and they found a nail in one of the tires. Within 15 minutes I had a plugged tire and was back on the road. Highly recommend this location!

Had a tire that i knew was going flat, Took my vehicle to a different tire shop, they told me I didn't have anything wrong with it. Took it to Mavis on Touchton and they found the problem and fixed it with 45 mins!
