Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Service and repair done correctly and on time. The costs are much less than the dealership and the quality is great. I highly recommend Mack MotorWerks for your vehicle needs.

Mike at Mack s is #1 in everything having to do with keeping our vehicle s up to date. He s genuinely passionate about taking care of all customers who turn here for honesty, and integrity. I view taking care of my vehicle like going to the doctor or dentist for hopefully preventative upkeep. A car is no different. We must budget for whatever our vehicle needs to stay healthy. It s common sense. Charlie, at Mack Motorwerks was awesome. He was prompt with the service, very polite, and explained everything well. Their high tech billing explained very well all of the repair items. They are a super repair shop.

My first visit ever and I will never take my car anywhere else for service. Charles was so kind and professional. Did what I needed and nothing more. Pricing is great. How highly recommend for any foreign automobile.

Truly a five star experience. Brought BMW in for some noise coming from the engine and the technicians were able to find out what it was and repair it. Very Professional! I highly recommend them!!

Highly reccommend these guys. Customer service is absolutely outstanding! Was a bit concerned about bringing my MB roadster to the Benz dealer over price concerns and honesty. Terry and the crew are amazing. If you have a Porsche, or an exotic in north Florida this is the place to take it. The shop is so clean and incredibly done, it presents more like a museum than an auto repair shop. Much more reasonable than a stealership, they are just as meticulous. If your contemplating a purchase and need an inspection, want some racing upgrades, or just need normal maintenance, this place has the professionals to get it done.

PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I went to MACK Motorwerks for what should have been a very common and uncomplicated repair, replacing the alternator in a 2011BMW 528i. The same day that I got my car back, it broke down less than 2 miles from the shop. The owner was very responsive, met me at the gas station and had my car towed back to the shop to look for what the problem was. The error I got was that the battery was not charging which led me to believe that something was not reconnected properly. Anyway, 2 days after I got the car back for the second time, I no longer have that problem but instead a new one. The car starts very hard and the check engine light is on. Keep in mind that prior to bringing my car here for a less expensive (cheaper) alternative , my car was at the dealership the previous week where the only issues identified was the need for a new battery, which was replaced at the dealership and they said I needed an alternator immediately hence how I ended up at Mack Motorwerks. I came to this shop because the quote I received was the best price, the owner was very friendly and more importantly all reviews were excellent. I m not sure how authentic the reviews are but I would not bring my car here for a more complicated service/repair since changing an alternator has proven to be too much of a challenge for them. So here I am trying to save a couple of hundred dollars, only to return to the dealership and now spend to get what was not a problem fixed and essentially end up spending more than if I d gone with the dealership to begin with. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is awesome but the actual performance of what I paid for sucks. PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I have used Mack Motorwerks for my Porsche and Fiance's BMW. MY daughter is taking her VW in this week for service. I have been impressed with the cleanliness and knowledge base of the shop. First rate automotive shop, they are the real deal when it comes to German vehicles! The price was cheaper than I expected and the work was completed on time as promised. Thank god because I was on a business trip and they were really good to me. Wish they were in Orlando.

This place has a customer for life. They were extremely nice. Terry is awesome. I had a wiring issue on my Toyota which they had fixed in less than an hour. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. In addition to taking my car there, I will recommend them to anyone that asks if I know a good mechanic. I would like to thank the guys over at Mack Autowerks for doing a great job on my BMW M3. Their quotes are reasonably priced and they do professional and quality work Terry and Scott are both very knowledgeable when it comes to car modications, tuning etc..... I'm always satisfied with their services. Every time I've visited the shop it is always clean and that's a plus for me. I purchased a 100k mile BMW X5 and brought it to Mack Motorwerks for a few known issues. Starting with the prompt communication (phone and text) for the appointment, the professional review of service requested items upon drop off, the quality of service performed, the effort Mack expended to find quality parts for this 12-year car, the workmanship, the integrity, the extra effort**, and the on-time delivery...I could not be more impressed! **An overall safety inspection and driving test revealed a minor suspension wear item that I had not detected. But their expert knowledge found this issue which was inexpensive to replace, but could have resulted in a costly (and dangerous) situation if not discovered. THANK YOU. Very happy with Mack Motorwerks and entire staff (including Linsey and Rose). Travis was a pleasure to work with. They really care about you and your vehicle and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my car with them. They did an excellent job at very fair prices and had outstanding communication. Travis text me pictures and a few videos as the install progressed. Between my wife s BMWX3 and my Cadillac CTS, Mack Motorwerk s has done excellent work on both of our vehicles. They were professional in all aspects from beginning to end and saved me money, especially on my Caddy. I m very satisfied and will continue to do business with these people.

Terry is amazing! I have owned a number of vehicles from an STi and a Mustang to an S4 and an M3. There is nothing that he can t do and has always gone the extra mile for me including calling me on a Sunday from his personal cell to make sure the car met my standards. I would never let another person touch any car I own. Thank you Terry and Mack Motorwerks for all of your hard work.

RE: F30 BMW 335xiMy tech's name was Scott and he was very professional and did a complete and thorough job in a timely manner. My OBD2 code was P00BD - Mass Air Flow Too High. I turn a wrench and do a lot of work myself, but this job was just a bit over my head. A boost leak was detected and repaired plus a couple of faulty sensors were detected & replaced.This business has a unique customer communication system in which they can send their customer a text / email with a report on needed repairs & costs than includes pictures from the tech. I have not seen a system of this kind from any other shop.I have not been to the BMW dealership to get work done on my car, so I cannot compare Mack Motorwerks to BMW's service dept, but if I need work done on my BMW this will be my go to place of business. I trust them to get the job done in an honest manner and at a reasonable price.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

These folks are fantastic! I have taken my Mercedes Sprinter, my BMW, and even my beat up 2001 Jeep Wrangler to them for service.You cannot beat their knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Mack motorsports installed a bigger turbo swap for me and they did an amazing job. Took their time and did everything perfect and even went out of their way to fix a few issues for me. Will definitely be coming back for any future installs and maintenance.

One of the only shops I trust with my car. They do great work, are always quick to respond to messages, and get work done quickly as well. They do everything from maintenance, to modifications, to selling cars, and even have an in-house dyno. I highly recommend.

Dave is the absolute best. Tuned my BMW 335 single turbo. Forget about remote tunes, go here. Dave will find a few extra HP, and best of all a MUCH smoother driving car than the off the shelf MHD or JB4 tunes. Absolutely awesome experience.
