I took in my 2007 Toyota 4Runner to the Maaco at San Juan and Lakeshore because the hood and top were looking a little bit worse for wear with cracked paint. My car is low miles and Maaco s best paint job with clear coat was a very worthwhile investment. We were not disappointed!Manager, Brandon Daniels, and his oversight of our job made our experience one to brag about. He makes phone calls to keep you apprised or progress and makes you feel like his most important customer!My car is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this Maaco!!!

Great experience from beginning to end! We had our Budget Blinds van repainted, and it turned out amazing. Lloyd and Brandon were phenomenal to work with, great customer service, communication throughout the entire process, and best prices in town. Highly recommend

This would have been a great paint job, but I was frustrated by the time limit. I drop off my truck at 0800 Monday 22nd morning and didn't get it back called till 0910 the following Monday the 29th. Then I get in my truck radio is on a station I don't listen to ( so I guess while working on it they were playing my radio) and my battery was so low it wouldn't start. They did jump it off. This was a new battery. Then when I looked at my door handle white paint on the inside. So made me look at the truck again now I see over spray all over on the chrome side side mirrors. The front lower fender had the tape still on it I had to pull off myself and on the rears lights not all tape was off. The black hooks in the front had white paint and tape on them. The driver door had been touched while the paint was wet so it let dirty rough spot. I was told paint was still we to put the emblems on but the only one was the GMC put back on the Sierra was thrown in the back floor board. It's my fault for not looking more carefully but I was frustrated because I was told I would have my truck back by Friday and had to rent a truck to run my business that weekend, which cost me another 150.00 dollars. Sorry can't recommend this kind of service.

Did not expect much because of what I had heard about MACCO. Needed car painted due to excessive sun damage. Spoke with three other locations and was give $8K-$12K estimate. This is a 2014 Chrysler 300 and need it to last another 3-5 yrs. Macco quote was to repair ALL sun damaged areas (no body repair needed) and complete car repaint at a price 1/3 of other locations. When I picked up car I expected to be less than happy with the results. Thought I would have a lot of over spray and numerous drips and runs. You can imagine my surprise to find a WONDERFUL paint job with NO issues. This was not the MACCO I have read and heard about at this location. If anyone asks me about a place to get a car painted I will HIGHLY recommend this MACCO site. Pictures attached to show before and after.Service: Painting

My husband and I decided to it was time to get our truck painted and we talked to a gentleman Brandon. He gave the colors samples to put against the truck so we could pick the color blue we wanted. Him and his team had it painted in 4 days. My husband and I were in aw in how the job went it made the truck look so great. We just love showing her off when we drive. We had few questions on how to take care of our too don t put a truck cover on the truck because the heat humidity will ruin the paint hand wash it and no graphics applied for a month. They also told us what to use for washing and waxing her to. We re so happy we just happen to drop in and talk and within an hour we were getting our truck painted for our 34th wedding Anniversary it was the best gift we could have done. This is by far the best Maaco in all of Jacksonville, they truly care about the work they do, and they give great prices as well. As a dealership that has many paint jobs, I trust this Maaco with all of my cars thank you guys so much for the great work you do. Brandon is also great to work with and you can tell he truly cares for his customers

I took my vehicle here for repainting on the side after another body shop left wet paint on my vehicle. This shop made it worse. The color they put on didn't match, they didn't paint the entire area that was buffed, and they painted the black rubber on my vehicle the color they painted the car. After two attempts to fix my car, of which they refunded the shoddy paint, I'm having to escalate for a further resolution. In addition, they charged to remove parts of the car that were never removed. Best advice I can give, go elsewhere or you're sure to find yourself in litigation eventually.Service: Painting

Great experience. I had contacted another company in Jacksonville that I have used in the past but they were months out from being able to help me and they didn t wanna give me an estimate. They wanted me to go to a website and take pictures. I stopped in and immediately was helped and they took the car on the spot and headed back and three business days as promised. Car looks brand new and I would highly recommend these fellas. Very nice.Service: Body & Trim

I'm not certain if it's common practice but there ended up being paint on my mirror from another car I presume because it was white and mine was being painted yellow.i don't know if maybe I was supposed to pay extra for proper taping off or whatever but if so I gladly would have.i would have even taped it myself it meant I'd get a professional paint job.also not really into the way they painted over my key holes.what should I use to get all the over spray off?I've never had a car painted before and was wondering if it's normal to have to fix the paint job myself after you guys are done.

Paint is great, but I've always asked them to check roofrack parts after paint. I have only driven vehicle home & both side pieces of rack are missing. I had my tahoe painted not a yr ago & all emblems fell off rear decklid. I would rather them put new ones on that have this to happen. & possibly glue side pieces or any roof rack parts that may fall offService: Painting

This was one of the best experiences ever! The Manager provided impeccable customer service and the specialist Tony rocked! As a woman, it's sometimes difficult going into these type places without feeling like you're going to get taken advantage of. Well, NOT from this place.
