Highly recommend! Excellent, timely service. Repaired and updated shower door hardware. Technicians arrived on time in spite of pouring down rain. They were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Very respectful towards me and my home. I have used Lee & Cates for many years for all my home's glass needs.

We had a window broken out one evening at our church. I called Lee& Cates Glass first thing when I discovered the next morning. They had had 3 other calls that morning of the same thing happening to their building.They came out , took measurements and replaced in an expedient manner.They are the best. Our technician was also very competent and di a great job installing. I would recommend this company fully. They are the BEST!

Stop looking through glass guys and just book L&C. Service was great, everyone was nice and communicative, scheduling was fast.John L. and Bailey installed a shower enclosure for me today; were friendly and professional to the letter. Did a great job and the price was right. Don t do what I did and get a bunch of quotes just get it done right the first time. Or get the quotes and still just go with these guys.

I called Monday and was told someone would come Tuesday and given a time window. The guy showed up and stated he would have to get me scheduled because he didn t have time that day to fix it. He had also said he was only there for a quote however he didn t even go up to look at the window he just looked at it from the downstairs. I was then told they would come Wednesday but then the weather was bad so they were going to call me to reschedule. They didn t call I had to call them then they said they did call and left a message however I had neither on my phone. I was told someone would come Thursday between 12 -4 I called at 1 o clock to ensure that the person was still on time. Overall it felt like a struggle just to get someone to come do something that took maybe one hour. I do want to recognize Riley because he was absolutely amazing and is probably the only reason I would work with this company again. I took one off for the communication aspect because that was frustrating but they finally got the job done. Thanks Riley for going above and beyond. I should also note he was different from the tech that came Tuesday.

Lee and Cates was recommended by the company that did our shower remodel. Their work was gorgeous, and they explained everything they did, with instructions on how to maintain the glass. Hire these people for a first-rate job!

Eugene and John did a wonderful job replacing several fogged windows at our home. They were on-time arrival and expeditious in completing the job! When they left my window sills were cleaner than when they arrived. Great job gentlemen!

Lee and Cates did a fabulous job of installing 10 new windows! It was a three story condo building and there was no hesitation from them to get the job done and on a timely manner. I would defintely recommend Lee and Cates.

John Ling installed a shower door in the downstairs bathroom we had remodeled way back in July 2023. The plastic shower curtain downgraded the look of our remodel. It took us a while to finally find a glass company we wanted to work with (after getting 3 quotes), make the appointment, and have the work done. John was professional and courteous. He worked unobtrusively, asked pertinent questions, and helped us think through our choices.

I absolutely loved my with experience with this company! Great customer service, and even greater results. I ordered four pieces of residential glass and it was cut quickly and perfectly. My order was ready the very next day! I will most definitely be doing business again in the near future, and also referring everyone I know here!

We had broken mirror in our master s bathroom and John L and Tiny did an excellent job in replacing the huge mirror. . Lee and Cates is a good choice for replacing vanity mirror, they sent the best workers to do the work so quickly. They understand what we need and provided an outstanding service.

Professional and beautiful transformation! Lee & Cates did a complete house and roof wash, cleaned and restore my 30 year old pavers. They look like new! Staff was courteous, professional and kept me informed every step of the process.I would definitely use them again and recommend you do too!

What a terrific customer experience I had with the Lee and Cates team. They replaced a large picture window in my enclosed porch area and it's perfect. The estimator, Paul, and all of the installers, John, John and Bailey, are nice, dedicated, professional and very comprehensive. They work around your schedule and make sure you are happy with the results. I totally recommend this company!

I ordered glass shelves to go into some new lighted cabinets in our remodeled kitchen and laundry room. They were cut and polished and fit perfectly . The order was completed in only a couple of days. They were packed in protective plastic with pads to prevent damage. Called and inquired about glass for an inside window in our office that needed to be mirrored to see one way when lighting is right. The gentlemen, named Paul, I believe, who came out to replace a broken garage window did an excellent job. I had a couple questions. He was very informative & took out some dividers in the other windows for me at no charge. Very happy with the service. Great job, Paul & Lee & Cates.

Inspector was up front and I felt honest in what was proposed. Installer was on time, performed his work quickly and correctly. He kept me informed of what he was doing, and how I needed to wait until use.

From quote to completion - each person I worked with @ L&C - Walter, Selina, and John - was friendly and personable. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told it would be two weeks for my parts and they were ready in 1 week. But the icing on the cake was meeting John and his partner (David?) on installation day. Friendly smile, quick assessment, all prep work done outdoors (no mess) and done in 30 minutes. No pressure to pay on the spot, but instead they gave me options. And just as quickly as they came, they were off to the next appt - with the same smile. Truly a pleasure getting something done / repaired I had been dreading. Thank you!UPDATE: Had another experience - as good as the first! They are my "go-to."
