Went in to have a few issues on my F250 sorted out. The team a LaMondes knocked it out in no time! Quality work and fair honest pricing. My trucks never ran so good!!! I will continue to use Lamonde s for any future automotive needs!

I brought in my 2010 jeep bc it wasn t cooling properly. They easily diagnosed the issue based on some tests and found that it was the HVAC housing unit then patiently worked with me to get the parts and made sure I understood everything.They worked quickly, efficiently, and with great experience as they had to take apart the dash and replace multiple parts. After spending hundreds of dollars elsewhere for A/C leak in my Tahoe, LaMondes was able to pinpoint the leak in my A/C fix the root cause and charge me a very fair price. They are very reputable and honest.

Had other shops told me would take 3 to 4 weeks to do compression test on motor. called him. Got my truck to him the next day, that morning had the engine compression test done. new plugs and wires and coils in in the afternoon picked up my truck the same day. it s amazing to find a real mechanic who stands by his word does what he says, and charges a fair price.. most definitely will use him to do other repairs on the truck since it s being head down to my daughter.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had been held hostage by the dealer for 6 months for a part they said was on back order. In frustration I called LaMonde's and not only were they able to get the part but they also fixed several problems that the dealer could not seem to fix after numerous attempts. They even kept my car a couple of extra days to drive to lunch to make sure all problems were fixed. I can't tell you how many times I have not even made it home from the dealer before I had to turn around and go back since the dealer did not fix the problem or created a new one. These guys really know what they are doing. An answer to prayer. Good byedealer. I will definitely be back. Thank you LaMonde's.Service: Engine repair

Took my 2005 4 Runner in. They replaced the alternator, head gasket, plugs and a brake job. I just went to their shop as my old mechanic retired. I'm fortunate that they are close honest and Will knows cars like no one else. Owner is a great guy nice to talk to but the work done was not the same. Another guy was assigned to do the work. I dropped my truck of for a passenger widow motor replacement. I got a call shortly afterwards asked if I wanted the back passenger motor fixed also. There was nothing wrong with that window when I brought it in. They fixed the front window but it still cannot be operated by the passenger only by the driver even though the window lock is disengaged. My truck was left sloppy and dirty. The mechanic did not replace the screw cover or wipe of his grease and grime. I still have not fixed my back passenger window. I will not be returning.

This shop replaced my fuel pump, as soon as I drove off the lot my engine light came on. They said it must have been air in the lines and reset it. Not only did the engine light come back on, when I went to fill my tank, gas was pouring out from both sides of my car. I made at least five trips back to the shop... the last one included a smoke test, I was told that charcoal canister needed to be replaced, another $600. I took my car to Euro Spec since this place obviously could not help me. Turns out the fuel pump was put in incorrectly, was at an angle with a big gap causing the engine light issue and I'd been leaking fuel all along... thanks for putting my life and my children in danger. They did give me my money back I paid to have the pump replaced how ever they damaged the pump during the installation...it ended up costing me double to fix their mistake. Not only that, once I paid for the initial repair every time I came back I was treated more like an annoyance than anything. I would recommend Norman Brothers or Euro Spec, never this place.

If you are looking for quality service and want your car running right, this is not the place. It sad I can only give 1 star. I had them "fix" my car a few times and every time I got the car back it was in the same condition and they still charged me. When I asked them to replace my oil pan gasket I pick my car up with the same bulging gasket leaking and they took $700 dollars for it. I could go on all day about my bad experiences here but they aren't worth my time. I'm fixing my car on mt own now, and I suggest no one ever goes here again.

I just moved to Jacksonville and needed to find a reliable mechanic to do honest work. Took my vehicle in to have my power steering line replaced due to it rupturing. Dropped the vehicle off on a Wednesday night, received a call the following day to tell me what work all needs done, and then got my car back that Friday. They are a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, family owned and operated, and will not shortchange you on anything or try to sell you something that your vehicle does not need. I plan on taking my vehicles to them for any maintenance work I may need.

This was my first experience with Lamond's Auto and it was AWESOME!!!I have had another mechanic and even the dealership try to pin point my problem with no results - spending a few hundred on diagnostics and now obvious fixes that were not necessary with no results. Took it to Lamond's and it was diagnosed, repaired and running better than ever! Thank you for your prompt, friendly, professional services! Will totally recommend you to anyone that is having car troubles!

LaMonde's is the best shop around. They are efficient and honest mechanics who can be relied on. On a few occasions now they've quickly identified the solutions to problems with my cars when other mechanics were stumped. Highly recommend their services.

I have known Craig for many years as a neighbor and a friend. Craig runs an honest business. I really like his work ethics. He is a very good technician. Same goes for Will. He has a ton of repeat customers so he must be doing right by people. Dave

I them! I brought them 2 vehicles (1 with a timing & water pump issue and 1 with a fuel pump issue) on Tuesday. I got the 1st back Wednesday and the 2nd today *Thursday. Excellent service!! Also, the company I work for uses them for all of their trucks.

They took advantage of my parents both in there 70s one in a wheelchair. One who had 4 back surgeries. They said they would fix there A.C. and quoted them a price of $590. Then it was another couple hundred up front for dye and Freon. Who uses dye anymore?Then had to take it back to find the leak they suposily fixed. Didnt last a day. We took it back 4 or 5 more times spent over twice what was quoted and after them just keeping it longer and longer so my mom missed more and more dr. Appts. They gave up arguing with there mechanical mechanic.And got a lawyer working on it. they dont know how to fix it they just kept saying my computer says it should be fine. They told them what the problem was when they droped it off. There either to lazy to pull the dash and fix it or too stypid to put it back together. They were smart enough though to take advantage of two disabled crippled seniors. Who is now getting it fixed else where after saving up the $ out of there disability checks. So my mom thats also on oxegen can ride in it this summer. God willing because shes been in and out of the hospital for the last couple months. Please dont make the same mistake my trusting parents did and think they were going to keep there word and knew what there doing.

Professional and honest. Went to LaMonde's for second opinion on repairs to our 2008 Buick Enclave. Dealer wanted over $4,500.00 to start repairs. LaMonde's gave it to me staight and repairs were less than $400.00. Thank you for years of service.

I have never seen a place as dis-honest as these guys. Do not leave your car for a "free" estimate or they may dismantle your car and ask for $$$ to put it back together. Overall I lost money and received my car in worse condition after "repair" .

Not sure what the other folks are talking about. I brought my truck in with a bad oil leak I couldn't track. They easily could have said it was more serious but instead showed it was a minor problem and fixed it for under $100
