Took my car in for the recalls and had an excellent service. The person who helped me Brad texted me when it was starting, sent me a video of the work being done, and texted me when it was done. Didn't take too long so I just waited in the lounge and had some good coffee. Excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

THESE THIEVES TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS... $4K. Four grand. To replace my catalytic converter. On a Kia Soul. Are you kidding me!? If I could give them fewer stars, I would. First of all, Kias are garbage and I will never buy another. Nor will I ever let a friend or family member buy one. This service department has sold me ignition coils, spark plugs, spark plugs wires, replaced knock sensors and all sorts of other parts. On at least five occasions they charged me a diagnostic fee for warranty work. When I had the knock sensor replacement, the lady didn't charge me. She said it was warranty work and why should I pay a diagnostic fee?I've had this thing in for service every 3-5 months since paying it off. Nobody could fix it for longer than a few weeks at best. Regency Kia sucks too. So does St. Augustine.Just had a new catalytic converter put on my car by a local mechanic and it cost less than $1k. And it only took about 45 minutes. Car is running fine now. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Do not buy a kia. Bought one for the warranty. Maintained. Been to the shop 15 times in 3 years. Told the dealership I was losing oil. After 8bweeks in shop. They say they aren't honoring the warranty despite me giving them every service records. Apparently you must get oil changes at kia and not small shops. Total crock. Do not buy a kia

I thought this was the go to place but I was wrongfully mistaken. After being charged 1268 to have a fuel pump replaced on my vehicle . Just to find out after taking it to Kia Avenues that it wasn t properly installed it was unbalanced and fuel dispenser wasn t placed properly. But to make it even better for y all in reality I was getting a p1326 code before all of this. so of course they scammed me in so many ways by having me pay for a fuel pump then had the nerve to put it in wrong and charge me later prices of 628 dollars haha what a shame. After getting my vehicle back an the drive cycle reset my truck went into limp mode ENGINE FAILED so to try & look good they replaced a engine that already had a recall an warranty for. I was nice an patience with them, but sadly that wasn t the end of the deal for me. Catalytic converter went out do to the engine failure pieces causing it to fail . Ask for a good will due to the issue & running back in forward b/c of the check engine light kept coming on only for them to reset it and lie an say everything is working fine . Oh no Mr. Danny lied about kia customer service denied my claim for a goodwill but it was him & his lying department because I bought it from a independent seller you didn t turn down doing a wrongly independent repair on it though. Ask them to give me a partial refund for failure to fix my fuel pump now he goes ghost. So now that I have proof my services wasn t completed correctly an am now sick from the fumes of gasoline an gas wasted alone with being afraid to even fuel my vehicle because of this. an as a woman I was taken advantage of an mislead by this service department. I will be filling a complaint with the department of agriculture along with my proof my fuel pump was doubled the price and incomplete labor done . I advise anyone to never deal with a Morgan auto owned Kia Dealership they are crooks they are not trustworthy of services at all. Find a cooperative dealership and have your vehicles serviced there!! reviews doesn t lie read people before going through what we all have experience. Orange park & Southside kia are faulty. Double check recalls you have had done on your vehicle because they might not even been done

Buyer be ware, if you buy a Kia from them you will be back repeatedly. We bought one and six months later bought a second Kia. Their service department is top notch too. Never had any problems from them at all.

All the 1 star reviews are correct. I wish I would have read the reviews for Kia Orange Park SERVICE instead of Kia Orange Park. Their service department is a joke. Nothing but a bunch of incompetent, scamming idiots. I have taken my car in THREE (3) times to get my air conditioner fixed. It was still under warranty. They would fix it just enough to get it running again before it would go down again a month or two later. The last time I brought it in, my warranty was just about up. They did their usual half way fix to get it somewhat working again. When I went to pick up my car after it was serviced, it still wasn't working correctly. My service advisor Bryan R. had the balls to tell me straight to my face everything is good, there is nothing wrong with it. If it acts up again, text me. The air conditioner was not blowing ANY air most of the week and was just barely blowing air when I took it in. I've had this same issue for months. If you turn the air on to a high setting, you can not only hear that there is something wrong but can feel it too (not blowing at the correct speed). I left because they claimed everything was good. If everything was great, why didn't I have a working air conditioner most of the week and a barely working one the day I took it in? All these scammers were doing was waiting me out until the warranty expired and then afterwards they would miraculously be able to figure out exactly what the issue was (for a large parts and labor fee of course). I then went to the new Greenway Kia on Philips Highway near the Avenues Mall. Night and day difference. They immediately diagnosed the issue (it was a bad blower you idiots), ordered the part and installed it just before my warranty had expired. My advisor at Greenway Kia said they are starting to get a lot of Southside/Orange Park Kia's customers (both owned by Morgan Automotive group). Southside Kia is just as incompetent which is why I tried Orange Park Kia. Also, don't bother purchasing a car from anything Morgan Automotive (Kia Southside, Orange Park or Nissan Orange Park). They are all a bunch of scam artists and will fee you to death. I will NEVER do business with them again. Greenway Kia has won my business now. They have a clean, modern facility with no schemes and scams. Kia Southside and Kia Orange Park building are old, rundown and nasty. Not a good way to run a business. Yeah, you got the money but it is the repeat business and word of mouth that keeps you in business. I look forward to watching you slowly fail. You deserve it including your unethical staff.Service: Air conditioning

Service department is terrible! I will not be returning to this location. They are all rude and act like they don t know how to put their customers first. Zack the so called manager shouldn t even be in a managers position. They are so worried about ratings that they forget to genuinely take care of their customers. Only people I can thank at this location is Kelton and the mechanics. If you desire top tier service don t come to this location. I thought picking my car up would be a better experience than the communication I was having this morning.

Nobody answers the phone, people answer and hang up. Service is inept at best. Still waiting on a simple fix for months. Have bought two brand new cars in the last 8 months and they're no help after the sale.

I have a 2023 telluride that has had 2 issues with less than 5000 miles on it. The customer service of the people that answer phones has me wanting to get rid of the car. My check engine light was on and i was trying to figure out if it was safe to drive my car (without voiding my warranty) until my appointment that was over a week later. I was unable to talk to an advisor after requesting one multiple times (i had the code for the problem). I was told i would get a call back from one but never did.Fast forward to a few weeks later and i get a letter saying that there is a safety recall and i need to bring my car in because the airbags of the rear seat need to be checked because they might not deploy. (I have an infant). It took me 45 minutes of phone calls (including getting hung up on without a call back) to make an appointment and to make sure that my infant is safe until it can be evaluated. Tiffany from the scheduling line could not be more useless if she tried, she refused help me or transfer me to the person i was talking with for over 20 minutes prior to being disconnected . Kiya was able to get the appointment scheduled (which i appreciate but it took way longer than it should have). It s almost like she was setting the phone down mid conversation because she just wouldn t respond for over a minute at a time while i was saying hello multiple times. I have honestly thought of trading my car in and getting a different make because of how frustrating it is to get service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Went in for an oil change after I made an appt 2 weeks prior. Told me 2 HOURS. Took my keys and left. Wont ever be back here for anything. Not sure what appts are for if the wait is 2 hrs for a 15 minute task. Called to speak with a Manager and was told someone would call me. Never got the call.

The service department is HORRIBLE!! The advisor/ manager that checked me never touched base with me. After 2 hours I asked another advisor how long will it be on my son's car. His customer service skills are awful. He came back and informed me that the car was pulled in for an alignment and they're about to pull it in now. I told him that I was only there for an oil change and shouldn't take this long. He says, "I don't know what they're doing. After 30 more minutes I stopped another advisor. I believe his name was Sean (from Puerto Rico). He was very helpful. But then he was informed that he was assigned to me without telling him. The manager that originally checked me in was nowhere to be found. Now I know why he (the manager) is nolonger the manager at Hyundai of Orange Park. Very unprofessional!

I called for a quote on an oil change. The call center could not give me a price took my number and said somebody would call me back. They never did. I went on their website and it clearly states on their website in oil changing filter is $69.95. I made an appointment went in for an oil change and was told that it would be $89.95. Definitely scamming people! Be warned this business is a rip off!

I could honestly write a novel but all these other one star reviews summarize my experience perfectly. If you don't have a warranty issue stay away.

Bought a new car from them had it over 50 days ,then was asked to bring two more check stubs and re-sign contract. But when we got there waited an hour and a half to be told we needed a co-sign and only 15 minutes to get one. So I told no way I could get one in that amount of time, especially during this last hurricane. So I told them to take my wife and I home and wouldn't. So being I have insurance and tag in my name we drove home. Later they contacted us to tell us they were going to call the cops on us. I have several texts and threatening phone calls afterwards.

The salesman, Donald Hart, was very nice and professional. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was not pushy at all. I have walked from other dealerships because I felt the salesman was pushy. You will not feel that way working with him. It was a refreshing experience.

I have been a longtime customer with Kia of Orange Park. I have to say that Bryan Rojas is the best to work with concerning all your car needs. His customer service and professionalism is outstanding. He is attentive from beginning to end. He is truly an asset to the company.
