My car buying experience at Key Genesis was wonderful from start to finish. Don Shiver was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the vehicle and answering questions. He made sure that the car was perfect and the delivery was smooth. The entire staff at Key was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I traveled many hours to purchase my new car from this dealership and am glad that I did.

Worked with Josh to put me in the car I was looking for. Really funny and professional guy, easy to work with the entire way. Happened to drive the same model I was buying, so he had some extra knowledge and tips to give me on this one. Mike made the final part of the deal a breeze. Overall a much better experience than the other dealerships I was talking with this time around.

It was a pleasant and stress free experience acquiring my new GV70. Don Shiver, my salesman was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The entire Key staff I dealt with always made me feel comfortable during the process. Their honesty and integrity was outstanding. Thanks Don and all the others I met at Key Genesis.

This was our first experience with the Genesis brand. Our family has owned many high end automobiles over the years. Our salesperson, Josh made our visits extremely pleasant and was very responsive. He was also very knowledgeable about the vast array of options on each car. I usually dread the car buying experience, but this was one of the better experiences we have had.

That's the best dealer you can find around. Sales folks are super fast, know their stuff from A to Z, responsive and polite.Don is the best! Helped us all the way through, provided clear guidance and never tried to upsell anything we didn't need.

I would like to thank Don Shiver and the finance staff for all of their help during my purchase of my Genesis. I own businesse(s) so I am generally reluctant to post a negative reviews unless they are completely warranted, and in this case they are. I don't feel compelled to go into great detail just like they didn't feel compelled to return my calls after leaving 6 messages. With that said I will never take my Genesis here again nor purchase anything from this dealership.

I went to have my Hyundai serviced. The service was normal all of the reps were kind as usual .I have been coming here since 2011 when I purchased my first Hyundai. I feel like coming home when ever I come. The person I have been dealing with, Patti is like a sister that always has time for me even when she is busy with others customers. She takes out that kind of time with all of her customers. Although, through the years I have had different salespeople there each one has made me feel like family. I have purchased five vehicles from here and each time I have the same experience even in the sales departmemt. I like Hyundai vehicles and I am looking forward to going into the E-world with them.

My salesperson Don Shiver did a very good job. He in an asset to your company! I bought the first car I looked @ he brought it from the lot. Only regret that I sold my Cadillac xt4 with the check engine light on but that was on me, I had been waiting close to a month for a back ordered from Cadillac & it was missing me off so I sold it with the light on. Feel that cost me about 4,000. with the trade in.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Key Genisis Un fortunately I have been trying since last Thursday to get a maintenance appointment with 3 phone calls and one request over the internet. Nobody gets back to me I spent $80,000 there and cannot get a date for a siimple maintenance call

Love, love, LOVE my new Genesis GV70! Maurice was our sales rep, and he was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and located the exact car of my dreams! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maurice and this dealership.

Although I live in Allenhurst, GA this drive was well worth it. From Terry the Internet & Customer Care Director, to Josh the salesman they made sure that my needs were met before I got there. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Key Genesis, this was by far one of the best experiences car buying wise. Josh did everything to make sure that I was comfortable from the time I got out my old vehicle to when I got into my new one. Thank you Key Genesis and a special thank you to Josh and Terry.

We had an appointment to buyout our auto lease. Josh greeted us at the door when we arrived and the process took less than an hour, as promised. All staff members were friendly and professional. Definitely a dealership where we would use to make a future purchase.

I have to take a minute and share my experience with Key Genesis' Service Dept. Within a few minutes of sending an email requesting a service appointment, I received a text from Roy. In a little over five minutes, he scheduled my appointment, arranged to pick up my car in St. Augustine and offered a loaner. I am still waiting for another dealership's service department to return my call. I should have started with Key Genesis, because I received excellent customer service today...prior to go there! Thank you!

A great car buying experience from start to finish! Don S was very up front and courteous from the very first handshake. He was very thorough in explaining the vehicle and going over the features. During delivery he made sure everything was perfect with the car and got me over the business manager super quick! Mike N, the business manager was very efficient in going over the paperwork and getting me out the door to enjoy my new car! Super personable staff throughout the entire dealership that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the dealership.

Eric Thompson and Nelson Caballero are THE best!! Handled repairs on my Sonata and found the perfect car for me. Personalized service and delivery. Great tutorial on all the amazing new features on me GV70.We will never buy a car anywhere else

One of the worst experiences I ve had with a dealership! I wanted to schedule an appointment for an oil change! It took me a week to get ahold of the one person that could schedule the appointment! (Genesis representative)

Haven't bought a car there.... yet. But their combination of knowledgeable and attentive sales people. Plus reasonably good inventory. Makes them an appealing choice. Look forward to updating this based on their actual service after the sale.

From the start, our experience purchasing a new vehicle at Key Genesis was outstanding. From sales to management, there were no "high pressure" sales, or high profit dealer add-on items. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the various feature options. We had an overall pleasant experience. We will definitely visit again for our next automobile purchase.

Not sure how they do business. I've tried to call and schedule our Genesis for service. They do not return calls. Called Genesis to complain since its a lease. They tried to get in contact with no response. Bought in St. Augustine but they can no longer service.

I would like to take this time to recognize all the staff at Key, especially Don Shiver (hoping I spelled correctly) ..welcoming and .. very professional, My total experience was a great one ..I absolutely love this car and Don took the time to be patient and put me on the road with a A+ .. he definitely is a great teacher.. I just wanna say great job to all the staff not to good with names but thanks to all of the staff that played a part in helping this process move successfully what a blessing this experience has been and of course I absolutely love my GV70 !
