Key is so big, that it should have its own zip-code! Seriously, it is huge! But the service I received was exceptional. My car looks great! Plus being able to use Hertz right across the street made it easy to get a rental card while my car was being repaired!

The staff are fantastic here and helped make a difficult time very positive. Communication was excellent and the work was finished to an excellent standard. Would absolutely recommend all of them anytime. Kenny was instrumental in making this process great with constant feedback and great commitment to the details. 5 out of 5 stars.

We believe Key Collision Center did the best job possible even though the staff kept getting changes from Allstate. First Key Collision thought the adjuster told them the car was totaled. Then that changed, Key did a great job once they finally got the "go-ahead to fix it!"

Glenda and John are the real MVP here! I had a huge delay not only waiting on parts to come in and the paint-less 3rd party repair company was booked out. This made me run over my 30 day rental coverage with my insurance company and didn t extend my coverage but Glenda and John worked with me to make sure I still had transportation to work while repairs were being complete. They worked with through the delays and got things done the right way despite the adversity we all had to overcome.

I feel like they over charged for this little damage $2,607 I read a review where someone said they price gouging and they definitely are kept my car for 3 weeks costing me $975 in rental car fees I will never ever take my car to them again

Overall my experience was good. Folks that work at Key Collision are friendly and helpful. The work on our Tucson was done efficiently and in the time frame specified. Our car looked good and was clean when returned to us.

This is the 2nd time I used this shop to repair my vehicle and let me tell you all I love it here, quality in the pain and the service is always great. Shaun is the guy to go when you have a claim and the insurance company refuse to pay for the proper steps to repair your vehicle. This shop doesn't work for the Insurance Company they work for his customers. Eventhough for Geico this wasnt their prefer shop, it was for me. Never let me down always exceeding my expectations. If you ever need to repair your vehicle after an accident, this is the right place to call!!!

Chose Key Automotive Collission because our insurance recommended them as one of there preferred places. My wife and I researched around and found Key Automotive Collission to have better reviews than other shops near by. Had our vehicle repaired here and picked up the vehicle. It had a couple of things that had to be addressed, (turn signals not working, fog lights not working, proximity sensors, etc) so we took it back. After picking up the vehicle and driving it around and after checking the work, I can see and say they did a great job. Not giving 5 stars because I had to take it back to solve the few issues. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle!

At first I didn't like how the body shop manager treated me, the girl at the front of the counter of the same place has been a charm at all times.. the repair of my vehicle was good, so far I have not noticed anything unusual. Only that a 2-week arrangement took 2 months, a lot of bureaucracies of both the diller and the insurance.

Key Collision fixed my vehicle due to insurance claim, and everyone was amazing. Very helpful, initiative and attentive. Mr. Kenny called and provided me updates on my vehicle as it was being repaired and even pulled me to the side to discuss another repair he found that needed to be fixed. DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This is absolutely the worst place ever I would definitely not recommend, First of all, I had a Geico adjuster recommend this place and I should ve just went Kia. My car has been at this place for over a month, they have the worst communication skills, no sympathy, Just the worst customer service. I had a window that needed to be replaced, and they placed an order in twice for that same window, and they were sent the incorrect window On two different occasions. I guess the manager of this location is just rude Listen and talk over people. I literally could Not continue to communicate with him so I had my fianc� do it. That s how bad he was. I had missing items in my vehicle, sweater and my floor mats! I called to let them know they were missing and the first thing he says there was no floor mats in your car and we have proof. I also have proof that there were formats in that vehicle But decided to hang up in that go back-and-forth with an inconsiderate person like Kenny. I would never in my life go back to this place, I ve experienced the worst customer service ever. And I mainly think they re upset because I want And they couldn t get the job done. I have an appointment on Wednesday to get their window replaced that took over a month to get replaced.

Terrible company terrible service and unfriendly staff. 2 times I went here and both times the experience was terrible.....your car is likely to come out with more damage then it went in. Save yourself the frustration.

Just picked up my SUV today after being repaired. So far so good. Took too long due to supply chain but not their cause. Very busy business handles everything for you. They service many dealerships nearby. They did an amazing job repairing my Kia Sorento after it was hit by a person running a red light. Jen was nice. I actually had a good experience with the people I talked to. So this isn't to say this is a bad place to do business. It was just a mix up on my insurance and lien holder that made me feel victimized. Again, not on Key Collision. They weren't in network so the cost to hold the vehicle was astronomical!!!!!!

How to locate the shop is at the end of review.My wife got in a little fender bender and the insurance company suggested a few places to take it to. We've never had experience with any of the options and so we decided to just go with the closest option on the list, which was Key Automative Collision Center. Since her car was still drivable we just drove it up there and was by Shaun who works in the front office.In collision repair I am sure they have to deal with a lot of people that are in a tough situation and probably are going though a hard time. Shaun worked with the insurance company and handled everything. So when we got there and dropped off the car, we went inside and Shaun had my wife fill out and sign a few pieces of paper, and that was it. Took about 5 minutes. We went outside and enterprise was there already with a vehicle waiting to pick us up.Only a couple days later we got a call from the insurance agency, which I'm impressed how quick the turnaround was. Unfortunately, even though my wife's vehicle was drivable, the amount of damage vs the car's value the insurance company decided to total it.I went back up there and Shaun pulled her car upfront so I could clean it out. He wanted me not to step in the parking space next to her car because they had just put down Oil absorbent down from a truck that was just pouring out oil the other day in that spot. Shaun proceeded to tell me the story of the truck. He's a really nice guy and a good conversationalist, someone that you definitely need in an industry where there's a good chance that your clientele is not going to be in the best of moods upon arrival. Shaun made the entire experience easy, stress free, and as enjoyable as it can be.The only negative thing I can say about Key Automative Collision Center is the location and the lack of wayfinding signs to find the place. The automotive lot where they are is easy to locate, it's where inside thos lot that is hard to find.LOCATING THE SHOP:After you pull down Gate Pkwy, if you take that first left you'll see a Key dealership, that is not the place, however you can take the first or second right next to that building. The second left you'll find a little drive that will take you between the buildings to the back and then you'll have to find your way through a bunch parked cars all the way to the back corner. Or if you go the first right (you'll probably pass this every single time) you'll see a road that goes straight and you'll just follow that all the way back as it curves to the left and you'll see the shop. Do not go further past that alley way past the Key dealership or you won't be able to get to the back because everything is fenced off back there.I do believe there's also another way to get to it if you just take the second left off Gate Pkwy it should take you straight to it. However I am not sure as we didn't try that route because, well google maps doesn't take you that way.

The auto body industry has been effected by The supply chain problems facing our nation. As a result our car was in the shop for nearly 3 months. This was frustrating and on one occasion I was less than courteous to one of the managers Angela Story. Throughput the entire waiting period she was extremely personable and professional. Even on this occasion her response was calm and composed. She is an asset to the Key organization. The end result is a car that looks like it just came out of the showroom. Had someone scuff my car at work. Brought my car to Keys Collision and they were able to examine, repair and return my car in less than two days. Quick service, and I can't even see the scratches anymore. They waxed, sanded and even cleaned my car before refurning. Before taking my vehicle to this shop I read the reviews and saw how great they were. This has not been my experience, when my husband talked on the phone with "J" (I will not use whole names out of respect) He seemed so disinterested in the conversation barely answering our questions. He is the replacement for "A" while she out sick. I just do not like how they're handling my husband and I. I do not feel like everything is being explained to us. I was told a small part would be in by Wednesday 5/3 and now my husband was told the car has been taken apart without an ETA of being finished. How is this even okay.It saddens me that our experience is not the same of the other customers when I am a customer I purchased my Palisade just like others purchased their Hyundai's so I am confused on why our experience is different.It is the lack of communication for me it shows lack of respect for me as a customer.
