I don't normally do reviews, but after yesterdays experience at Keith Pierson Toyota, I just had to write one.My wife and I were greeted by Adam, who showed us Highlanders, and my wife fell in love with the Grand Highlander limited, which was initially was out of our price range, so we were going to settle on the regular highlander LE.That was until Michael, the sales manager took his time with us and even took us on a demo ride himself, which I thought was pretty amazing in and of itself, for a manager to do this.After returning, he took the time to get us approved and different payment and down payment options, and my wife and we knew we had to give them our business, even if it meant going way over our budget.So we left, went home and talked about it, and an hour or so later, we went back and bought the Grand Highlander Limited, and it's because of the time taken by Michael, along with his knowledge of financing and the options he gave us. He just made us feel special, and we couldn't be more pleased.So if you're looking for a great way experience, go see Michael and Adam at Keith Pierson Toyota!!You won't be disappointed.

Was just there last weekend, the most quick and painless new car visit I have ever had. The warranty is for life on powertrain, I end with a new 2024 Camry SE, 6 year maintenance plan and I ended saving. Paying the same as before but the maintenance worry free and lower insurance because it s a new car. I highly recommend giving them a call over at Keith Pierson Toyota. Contacted online then after no progress went in to the dealer. Since I live closest to KP Toyota I wanted to buy here but just as in 2003 when I shopped a Tundra I bought elsewhere. The dealer installed options are pricey and there is no help to secure an inbound vehicle with the options you want or need. I was there on a Sunday and told I d be contacted Monday and never received a call, text or email. While waiting for over a week, Alan at Coggin called to tell me the Grand Highlander hybrid I wanted was inbound and was able to get it at MSRP with no dealer installed options. I ve bought many brand new cars and can still claim I ve never paid over MSRP out the door. Shop around and ask for total price, never talk about monthly payments or you re going to pay more. Good luck my fellow buyers.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my new 4 Runner! Allison was my sales lady. She was very knowledgeable about all the features of the models I looked at. Allison was beyond helpful and the entire experience was one I will never forget. I will never go to another dealership. The facility is amazing. It includes 7 days a week service department and a Cafe to grab a snack in while you wait! 5 stars isn't enough!! I am recommending them to every one I know who is looking for a new car!

The experience was very good. It was easy to Schedule. My Rep went over all of my concerns in great detail and discussed the quote. The technician did a lot of work very quickly and efficiently. The communication was pretty good. I would ve given five stars, but I asked them to rinse my car and they put complementary auto detailing on my bill, but the car was returned to me dirty.

I went in for regular maintenance this past Monday for my truck. I did not have an appointment but when I called the week prior they told me to come in after 1:00 as a walk-in due to no time slots for an actual appointment. Aaliyah was my service rep. And she was absolutely fantastic! Many times. I have been in there in the last 5 years and it really feels like a boy's club. So it was nice to have a gentle female that was also assertive and understanding as well as knowledgeable about my needs. She was very thorough and we talked about the services available and how things are done and the quality of the vehicle that I have and she gave so many details that I was overly impressed and it made me love my truck even more, if that's possible!

I have been to this dealership twice for service recently and was impressed by the professionalism and updates regarding my vehicle. I had looked at vehicles here prior but circumstances left me buying elsewhere because my old vehicle left me stranded. I hope to build the business relationship so if/when the time comes I can get back into a truck , I will know right where to go. Their sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Trust with the service department is part of building the foundation to an eventual sale

I would leave zero stars if I could. This place advertises to be a local family dealership That is here to help out the local auto needs. Not only did I overpay for my vehicle. I was hassled during the extended warranty process. My Toyota has 3000 miles on it. I bought it brand new I have not even had my first oil change on the vehicle. Started hearing clicking in the motor So I brought the vehicle to the dealership. They told me they ve had this problem before With other vehicles and the noise is normal And since there is no engine light, they can t put anything under warranty to do any repairs. After receiving my truck, they did not use service mats. There was mud and dirt all on my floorboards. My glove box has been completely emptied my cards and everything was all over the floor. It was very unprofessional. After the dealer pretty much Telling me to get lost I did my own oil Change there is metal in my oil, With all of that being said a truck with 3000 miles on it has a blown up motor and the dealership wants nothing to do with it and is not holding any accountability for the warranty. They don t want to help me out or put it under warranty. At the end of the day, this dealership makes so much money off their business and All they have to do is do the right thing. They are not concerned and they do not care and This is the reason I m writing this to Warn future Potential customers from buying anything from here.

I ve had family buy / trade in from Keith Pierson Toyota for a long time, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and trade in too! DOC was incredible, he was very understanding, personable and hilarious. Made the transaction smooth and easy to follow. After browsing a few cars and having the differences explained by Doc and Moe, I was able to trade in and maintain a reasonable monthly payment for a brand new 2024 Corolla!! Overall a great experience :)

They did the deal quickly but snuck in percentage points on the APR. Mildly accommodating to get the deal done but definitely had a hint of shadiness. I will be transferring my 10+% APR loan to my normal bank at under 7%. I have heard from other car salesmen that they get extra commissions based on percentage point increases and was never actually stated once to me what the APR would be. They did have the vehicle I wanted for the most part and did sell it to me at a mediocre price and didn't seem to gouge except on the interest rate portion. Mostly done through he sales manager, the actual salesman was extremely helpful and seemed to just be handling the paperwork the manager had prepared. If they have the vehicle you want, they were pretty efficient time-wise but just be careful.

Service advisor Danny did a great job. Kept me informed of what was going on with my SUV. Was polite and courteous, very professional. Very happy with the service dept. They managed to get the service done in less time than expected. Will take my SUV back when it needs service again.

This was my first time at Keith Pearson and the sales representative Coley Williams made the process smooth and less stressful. He was very personable and willingly explain everything to make sure I could make informed decisions. I walked out with a car i did not initially consider and its growing on me. I am a little bias because changing cars is a big deal and I loved my first car, but I ll grow to love this one too.

I LOVE Keith Pierson! I bought my 21 Camry from them and when I go to service my car they treat me like a family member. I love the little snack vendor, clean and comfortable waiting room and everyone is so nice! I trust them 100% and always go straight to them with any questions or service. My wife and I had a great customer service experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. Our salesman, Julian, and our finance expert, Scott, were professional and knowledgable. We understand that car buying has changed recently with supply and inflation, but we feel like we got a great deal and were shown a multitude of options before coming to our final purchase decision. We would definitely go back to Keith Pierson Toyota in the future.

Danny was the associate that assisted me and he was great. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. But Keith Pierson the company tried to charge me $179 to change a bulb for my headlight. And damn near $100 to change a cabin air filter. I highly advise everyone learn how to do simple maintenance and only take your car in for major repairs, because it s robbery.

I always feel well cared for at this location. I leave worry free, wait times are better than expected, and the waiting area is comfortable. I bought a new hybrid from this location and with the couple of things I ve needed help with (nail in tire, alarm going off) they have always been there to provide great service and care.

I would like to just once leave a car dealership feeling like I hadn't been taken for a financial ride. The service advisors should be advocates for the customer instead of salesmen for the dealership. I don't trust them. This trip was no different.

May experience at Keith Pierson Toyota was pretty awful. I went there to get an inspection done to then get told my car battery doesn t work properly. I checked my car before I got to the dealership and the only problem it had that I knew was the rotors were bad. I m fine with them telling me I needed other repairs but for them to grind my battery down was awful. I picked my car up and the car didn t want to start. I was told that they also had that problem even tho I drove my car that morning and the battery did not give me a problem and it worked perfectly fine. I would not recommend this place if your trying to figure out what s wrong with your car

Tom was very knowledgeable and had reviewed my car record before I came into his office to initiate paperwork work for an oil change. He reviewed the technician findings and concerns. We set a plan to correct what was needed and I was on my way in less than an hour. Looking forward to working with Tom next time.

Checked out several used and new car dealerships. The moment I entered, I knew I'll buy my car from here but still had to check out two more dealerships ... Long story short, I love the people there and their vibe. Ask for and buy from Margaret!! She won't do no numbers game etc. on you. What you see is what you get. She is super patient, answers all your questions and will make sure you'll leave with the right car for you. Buy from Margret!!! ^^
