I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion from Joe, He gave me an amazing deal, he's very kind, he works with any credit situation. I had an awesome experience with Mr Rawls and I would gladly refer anyone with any credit issues to go see him. I am very happy with the performance of my purchase and will go see him for the next vehicle I purchase.

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment on December 22. It was shipped from Georgia and I got it on January 1. I drove it from the lot to my house which is not even a ten minute drive. Once I got it in my driveway the engine started making a loud noise. I immediately called Mr. Rawls and let him know. He said we needed to send the car back and that he would arbitrate it and let me know when he got the money from the auction. He didn t have the car towed from my driveway until February 1 and then I didn t hear from him for about a month. At the end of March, after I lost my second job since I had no vehicle to get there, my parents decided to step in. He told my dad the car had been towed to a repair shop but when I went to the shop he said it was at they didn t have the vehicle. Finally a week later they finally reached out to me and said my vehicle had been brought in but they had no mechanic there to fix it. My parents then decided to have it towed to their mechanic who upon looking at it said the battery was dead and once he charged it the car would not even start. When the car was in my possession it was starting just fine so obviously in the two months Mr. Rawls had it it was damaged even further. Our mechanic has advised us it would not be wise to put any more money into it and to sell it as is. The most I can get for it is $500 which is a lot less than what I paid. I have communicated all of this with Mr. Rawls and have heard nothing back, nor did he ever give me any money he received from the auction after arbitrating the vehicle. The saddest part is I have been his daughter s teacher and volleyball coach for three years. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

I bought my son a 2006 hyundai tucson from KB&T and I am very satisfied! Joe was amazing and spent his time finding my son a reliable vehicle. He has any vehicle you are looking for.

My experience with Mr. J was amazing. I told him where I needed to be financially and he found me a car within my budget. He even included the "Gap" insurance. I ended up not getting the car but that is another story. I do know that I will need another car in November and I will be calling Mr. J again.

Worst experience ever! Very unfortunate to have picked this establishment for my first car. Joe used the fact that I had both little knowledge of cars and no one with me to his advantage. He sold the car I originally stated I wanted and told me he had an even better car, only to find out it was actually an infamously unreliable car that broke down on me just three weeks after purchasing. Then upon reaching out to him to help me out (which he said would) he left me stranded and avoided my attempts to contact him for several days after. His unprofessionalism and arrogant demeanor made the situation even more stressful, to say the least. -1 out of 5 stars, I would never recommend to anyone!

Worst experience I ever had. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL GUYS!!!!! All of a sudden round tax time he got multiple 5 starts from randoms to up his business stats on google lol! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I normally mind my business cause what that person going through I learn from it and take a different approach! Well ain t no different approach with this man and I m bvery well respectful! MAKE SURE EVERYTHING VERBATUM AND RECORDED AND READ! He ll start fast talking you into another vehicle then mention something bout a loaner car down the line and make sure you know once you car break down (cause it s going to) he is the only dealer in town that offers loaner cars and he s doing you a favor. He gone play with the numbers with the bank to tell you he got you on a good deal and let him handle everything for you !(watch that ) ITS FRAUD! . Your car gone break down down the line a you gone be wishing you read some reviews! I ended up getting all my money back and then some .. Told him I was legit but misguided so he takes advantage definitely ! I was got for a minute but I work 1 with THE GOOD LORD YA HEAR ME! AND THE BATTLES FOUGHT ALWAYS WINS! I GOT EVERY screenshot TYRING TO BE CORDIAL AND RESPECTFUL ALL WHILE GETTING IGNORED AND CUSSED OUT! I m telling yall run don t walk! Follow your 1st mind when u see the environment unless you love trap house type life! .HE REMIND YOU OF TRUMP with the arrogance I promise you! GETTING A CAR WITH NO WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMBOER WARRANTY IS AVSURD IN FLORIDA! DO NOT I know yall only got 1500-2000 to spend but it s not worth it but this post was worth the warning love I promise But GOOD LUCK OUT THERE!

I am so please at the service I received at KB&T. I purchased 3 cars in less than a year They offer easy financing, reasonable car payments with free loaners. And the customer service was Awesome. . Anyone looking for a car, stop by and ask for Joe. He will take good care of you. I will recommend all my friends and family to get it while they have it. KB&T I m a customer for life.

KB & T Auto Sales is the greatest car lot I've ever experienced. When no one else will help you get a car during a time of need KB & T Auto Sales will help you FAST! KB & T Auto sales in Jacksonville Fl is the only used car lot that will give the customers a loaner car until your car is fixed.

This place is great. If you need a good cheap reliable car go see Joe at kb&T autosales. Very honest and down to earth guy he will get you what you need for cheap. If I ever need another car this is the place I will be going.

Great service and I have been dealing with Mr Rawls for over 2 yrs . The payment are so low that that are so insane come on down and ask for JoeWhere everyone get low low payments and 0 interest
