Went to K& W to basically get a rotation on my wheel and get my spacers retorqued. I was in and out and they hardly charged me anything. Good spot for your rotation, mounting and balancing needs , plus if you need tires they gotcha on that as well.All around great service

These guys came to my rescue when I was traveling through the holidays with me two toddlers. After five hours of driving and ten left, they fixed both of my tires that had nails in them and were leaking fast. Walmart had a 5 hour wait! Fair pricing and down to earth guys - plus Deuce :)

K&W are very friendly and nice we bought all brand new tires 1tire went bad after 2 months and they took care of everything . No issues whatsoever we definitely recommend them ! For new or used . Their word is good ! 5 stars from us Thank you K&W Jacksonville needs more people like you

This is a very nice business if you need a spare tire it's very reasonable and they have good tires the ones we've been driving on now has lasted over a month and they was in very good condition when we purchase them as well my daughter also went and got three more tires from them and had all the tires change but the owners it's a lady by the name of Miss JoJo she's a very pleasant lady and then they have a son named Sam who undo us most of the tire changing he's very quick and efficient and he's he likes to give it the customers what they ask for so if you need to move if you need a spare tire please try this business you won't regret it

Don t do it, they sold me a bad tire and now it has me stranded on the side of the road. Plus the employee does not put everything back on the tire like he suppose to. As you can see the tire cap is missing. Also they will try and sell you the wrong size tire. Very shady don t do it.

Friendly guys, good service, fair prices. I needed 2 tires mounted that I bought online and while most tire places get offended about you not buying your tires from them the folks at K&W were happy to help. I didn't even have to wait.

Quick, easy, affordable quality work! Came in for a patch for 30 ended up needing a new tire and they gave me one for 50. Probably the nicest tire shop I ve been to. Easy 5 stars

I've done some work for k&w tire and they're one of the best in the tire business, and they not only do great job but these people treat you right and give you the best prices for new and used tires and they include the warranty on their work.... They charge a bit more if you pay with card instead of cash. And charge $5 to take your tire. Most places charge $3. But the tire was a really good tire. It was done quickly and the people were really nice

Great savings with used but good tires, great customer service with real people that talk to you, less than $200 out the door for 4 good used tires vs $500+ other fees and taxes at corporate stores for new tires that will have the same thing happen when you drive over a nail, leak air, it's a no Brainer, and no the road hazard does not make

I have a Mattress by Appointment mattress warehouse on Dunn Ave and I've seen this tire shop as I pass by all the time. I was on my way to the warehouse and my driver rear tire popped. Today is Sunday and they were open! I don't have a jack but they agreed to jump in their truck and come to me on the side of the highway. They happen to have a rim with them that got me to their shop and they gave me a great deal on a used tire. Who does that? Come to you? These guys. Thanks again.

I didn't buy tires from here but brought them to be mounted and balanced. They are very slow as the guy who I dealt with stops to laugh and joke with other people. If you are not in a hurry they are okay. I don't know about their tires so you have to figure that one out. I spent 2 hours here.

They were absolutely amazing! The only place we could get a tire changed on Sunday and we came from out of state. Costumer service was incredible and they were very genuine down to earth people. Wish there were more places like this!!!

Went there yesterday around 3pm. Got a tire out on all was good until I got on the highway and the tire popped. Idk if it was over inflated or what. But I was too far away to come back. Never again. I learned my lesson.Edit: getting the other fixed because it keeps going flat. Do not recommend.

Asked for a used tire and the gentleman told me he could patch my tire. I said ok. After he patched the tire he told me he couldn t save it then said we don t have a tire. Still charged $25. They are NOT HONEST! BEWARE!

Helped me out in a pinch! It was late and if they didn't help me out, I would have had to get a tow truck or someone to pick me up. They stuck around and help me get back on the road quickly! Great people! Give them your business!

DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT GO THERE! Horrible service! Workers have horrible attitudes. The morale here is bad! The manager is not any better. They have no clue what they re doing & I will never come here again! I live about 5 minutes from here & will travel further to get better service.

Went at 11 am on a Sunday for a replacement tire. Google says they are open but bays were still shut and no one in sight.

These people are scams, said tire was $100 they charged. Next day they adjusted the price to $225

I just got a tire put on by them and the tire came off the rim while driving no more then 20 mins after and I tried calling them and they haven't picked up the phone

Its not the best place it can be a bit shady if u don't know what to watch out for with used tires make sure u examine ur tires before u drive off

Good people..even gave me a slice of there pixza. Got i patch done in short time i was done n on my way
