Talked to Reese a couple of times through Google and he was very guick to get back to me and answer all my questions about installing a vicrez aftermarket steering wheel. I felt very comfortable going to him, and he didn't disappoint. Very perfessional and took care of my dodge challenger with white glove service. The steering wheel turned out excellent. I got my car lowered with them, very satisfied. Would recommend & will probably be back for the next project. Staff was very friendly & personal. Being a girl other shops have tried to belittle me or scam me over, not like that here. UPDATE 7/10/23So now, I m at Jax Spec and two of their employees have asked me who installed these? Apparently neither of the spring rates were properly adjusted so now I need to have BOTH FRONT COILOVERS REMOVED, ADJUSTED AND REINSTALLED. ANOTHER $500First time having a car modified.Had coil overs installed, asked for the car to be lowered and leveled. They told me they drove it around the block so the coils would settle . They weren t settled, when they did settle both front fenders dented.Brought the car back due to a loose nut on one of the front coilovers, they fixed it, but managed to lose a lug nut.Went for an alignment at Firestone and was informed a camber plate was incorrectly installed.Brought it back and they fixed it.Brought back to have rear camber arms installed (benefit of the doubt) and the charged $100 more than stage 6 and jax spec quoted me.Icing on the cake, we charge more because we are meticulous. The gentleman in the office/mechanics... ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Truck had quite a bit of damage done due to Ford not doing there job properly & these gentleman took the truck in, in a heart beat & made everything back to perfect. Joker is nothing to laugh at, it's a nice shop, with a professional atmosphere. Quality diagnosis, reliable parts, reasonable rate, my car is running smoothly. Joker performed a multi-point inspection, diagnosed two different issues that were causing the engine to run roughly, after replacing the fuel pump, and knock sensor, my vehicle runs just as well as it did when it was brand new. If you are looking for a quality repair facility I highly recommend them

Joker Auto is by far the nicest shop I've been to. The office area is very clean and the front desk assistant is very pleasant. The staff is very kind and do great honest work. If you're looking for an autoshop that will give you an incredible price and have it done quickly, then I 100% recommend Joker Auto.

The crew at Joker Performance is thorough and intimate with you as a customer. They provide excellent service at a great affordable price. We used to go to World Imports USA/Lotus of Jacksonville for our Foreign cars, a little pricey, although legit, we've found a new home at Joker Performance LLC. Your service is greatly appreciated.

This is a place is a joke don't know where all these five star reviews are coming from must be friends,I had them replace my clutch terrible job, my gauges on my turbo system they ordered the wrong gauges now im stuck with them 600.00 and some change for those,they replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced sensors that was another 400.00 ultimately this place is the pits they get high working on your car I witnessed that myself I would never do business with this place ever again ever I'm out twelve hundred on stuff didn't need to be replaced I would like my money back for the gauges since they ordered the wrong ones and now I'm stuck with them

I had my car at 2 different shops in Tallahassee and the couldn't figure out the vibration in my rear of my car ... I had my car towed to joker and those guys figured it out and got me squared away .. now I can drive my car again ! Thank you to Jared and the whole crew !
