My experience with Joe Hudson was great! They kept me informed throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed after my car was hit. I worked closely with Mario and he stood by my side throughout the process. He helped me with communicating with the at-fault s insurance company to make sure my car was fixed accordingly and in a timely manner. Mario made sure I received the best service possible! He was persistent with the at-fault s insurance regarding what services and parts my car needed in order to be fixed properly and to look just as good as it did before the accident, if not better! I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision - they are on your side and want to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible. Thank you for all your hard work and help, Mario and team!

Very satisfied with repair work on my Honda CRV. Joshua analyzed the damage, described the repairs needed, & communicated effectively & courteously throughout the repair process. My car got hit while it was parked. The insurance company sent me to Joe Hudson Collision. I was greeted by some friendly people there. Ashley the receptionist helped me to contact the insurance company to set up the rental car appointment, because when I gotthere to drop off my car. She called the rental car company to get me, and they said they didn't have an appointment set for me. Mario he's the man, he make sure I was satisfied with the job that was done to my car . Thank you !

Repairs were quick and correct. With my car being a little older I was concerned with the paint match. My concerns evaporated when I picked up my vehicle the paint matched perfectly. If you're in need of collision repairs I don't think you can do any better than Joe Hudson.

Great place to work with when you're in an unfortunate situation! Work quality is top notch and staff is great to work with. They keep you updated and finish the job when they say they will. Highly recommend!

Totally disinterested staff. I happened to be driving by and stopped in for a quick estimate on a simple repair job (windshield replacement and touch up some minor rust around the window frame). The receptionist wouldn't even ask if anyone was available. She first quipped "do you have insurance?" I said yes for the windshield but I'm paying cash out of pocket for the rust repair. She then decided it was worth wasting my time by splitting hairs and quipping again "we don't take cash, only credit cards." To which I was finally over it and said listen, I have a credit card that's beside the point, can I get someone to give me an estimate or not. She then said she could make me an appointment but no one would see me now. I said I'm here now and I'm not coming back, if you want my business, send someone out. She refused so I drove down the road to M&E Body Shop and got an instant quote and they will get my business as a result. This company is clearly phoning it in and collecting a tax credit as they are not interested at all in customer service or sales.

Dave the manger was very professional he also took the time to make sure my questions were answered he kept me updated and informed at all times went out of his way to make sure everything was great on my truck also Dave the painter did a very amazing job on my paint job they took care of all the issues there was a few issues afterwards that got taken care of fast I appreciate Joe Hudson I would recommend them 5 stars tryServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Joe Hudson because that was what the insurance offered me.I will be returning to Joe Hudson because of Joshua R.It was my first accident ever and I was hit , not knowing the process it was scary. Joshua made those fears disappear. He was kind and easy to ask questions. He even went the extra mile for his clientele. I will only be requesting for Joshua.I love how my car looks after the accident.Thank you to him as well as the lady in the front desk , you guys rock.Service: Painting

I love how my Murano turned out. Joe Hudson's Collision Center is amazing. The people are honest and professional and the body work and paint job is outstanding. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Hello, this is the 2nd time in 5 months that I ve been here due to somebody else negligence driving. Now I ve had to come back April 2023. This time my mechanic s name was Josh. He did an outstanding job on keeping me updated and ensuring I received great service. He explained all the parts that was damaged and repaired. I needed my front end being completed from the bumper, to the radiator to the engine mount. Josh did an excellent job as I got my vehicle back, it s running as if it was brand new!!!. Josh did an amazing job ensuring I was satisfied with the fix!!. Next time I have an issue, I know I will be back here and ask strictly for Josh. Great job!!! 2017 Pacifica was fixed.

They set me up an appointment and then decided after i had taken the day off that they didn't want to work on it because there was frame damage. So thanks for wasting my time.

Even though they wasn't able to fix our Jeep, due to the damage that was done. But these are some good people. Very professional and honest. I highly recommend going to them.

My car was at this shop due to damages obtained by a tow company and I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my car fixed. I was always kept up to date on the status of my car, was promptly informed of the damages they found, and their customer service is amazing. They were so accommodating to my needs, and surpassed my expectations. I ended up returning to them the following day after picking up my car because it was making a weird sound (which turned out to be a nail in my tire), and they immediately took my car back to assess for damages, no questions asked. They truly care about their customers and made me feel so valued any time I voiced any questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I recommended this shop! They go over and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top notch condition before they release it!! They keep you updated along the way! Mrs. Guess is one of my favorite people! She treated me like family, she knew I was stressed about my car but she made me feel so much better. She checked on me and kept me updated all the time!! I took my car to them to get an estimate on some body work that needed to be done thanks to a careless driver who hit my parked car. They sent the estimate to the lady s insurance company and at that time the insurance company sent them the check for the repairs and cashed the check like they had already done the repairs when I spoke to the claims adjuster he said because of this I couldn t get the refund. Then proceeded to set up the appointment for today took my car back today just to be told they refunded the insurance company so they could send me the money instead of having my car repaired. But the insurance company says the refund hasn t shown up yet and this was refunded last Monday to the insurance company. My problem is the lack of communication on Joe Hudson s collision centers customer service staff! Had they called me and said they refunded the money to the insurance company for me not to bring my car in I would have been fine. But because of this I don t recommend Joe Hudson to anyone!

Took 3 days to get an estimate. They told me the engine needed to be broke down because car wouldn't start. All it needed was a jump. Quote was 4690 dollars before tearing down the engine. 200 dollars later car is fixed. Runs great and we drove it off the lot. Beware they will try to rip you off! Or your insurance.

I got into a read end collision on March 21st. Took my vehicle in on March 30th - April 21st. They brought my GMC AC not working blowing hot air - with a weird noise coming from the dash! Remind you I had the vehicle for 8 days before I took it in to Joe collision.. I expect for my vehicle to come back in better condition - not worse. Completely disappointed! never will I do business with them nor will I ever recommend them or their services to anyone! Unfortunately you come out scammed some how. They tell you the oldest excuse in the book, that it s normal wear and tear. Yeah tell that to someone who didn t just have everything ln the vehicle checked 100% 2 months before.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great!!!!My insurance company recommended this place, so I came here for my $5800 repair on my car.Although the repair took longer then I expected the workmanship is good and everyone at this facility were very professional and friendly.Definitely recommend this body shop!

Had an unexpected interaction with my garage and lost a bit of trim off the door of my Infiniti QX60. Referred to Joe Hudson Collision by the Infiniti dealership, the team at this shop is truly not a team of today s society. This team is truly old school service, they are prompt, efficient, caring, and just down right customer oriented. I want to send my most appreciated thanks to Dave, Mandy, MarShell, Danell and the shop crew. You guys ROCK!! . Did a great job with my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq! Turnaround was only a couple of days and they had it finished a day early. One thing that impressed me more than anything else was the text message updates that get sent to you letting you know how close your vehicle is to completion. Couldn't ask for better customer service. You all have a great employee in Jennifer Guess! Thank you all so much!
