Bad experience here.I'll get right to it. They tried to upsell me on synthetic oil which is 35-40% more expensive when I specifically asked for conventional oil as I've been using for 25 plus years as a driver.It really burned my biscuits when Antwann J. tried to give me a clearly wrong argument about "manufacturers recommendations."Nice customer service Antwann J.Jiffy Lube has been around for a long time they won't be if this type of behavior continues."The customer is number one Always!"- Sam Walton.

Jiffy lube wasn't able to do an oil change on my Audi. However the mgr (?) was very helpful in directing me to another service business who could. Now that's Real Customer service! Thank you.

Really Impressed!!!I went to JL on my lunch break expecting to be in a meeting within 45 minutes. I pulled up, never being there before, and was greeted immediately and Jaime explained they only have two people at the moment. I asked how long it would take and she explained 15 minutes per car. I was done in less than 25 minutes. Great service and she explained that if we go out of town, they will top off our fluids and air the tires up. Great job, quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you!!! We will be back.

It can be tricky getting in and out of the parking lot depending on the traffic. But I still recommend this location because it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They work well as a team which means everything moves quickly and efficiently. I feel like they care about what they're doing.I also like the option to stay in the car during the oil change. Damon was down below doing the work and he is FAST. I was done in 20 minutes (maybe less) My daughter's car needed a synthetic blend and Andrew help me figure that out and stay in my budget. He reset the mileage counter, and the little service light was gone as I drove away a satisfied customer. x5

This location does a tremendous job with customer service and care. Andrew and Jaime provide excellent and professional car and customer service. They help me to understand how to care for my vehicles and maintain their maximum function. This is the only place in Jacksonville that I get oil changes for all of our family vehicles. They go above and beyond, and I am always satisfied with the work they do to maintain my vehicles. Thank you!

I went with my girlfriend to jiffy lube because she was nervous about going alone and when I tell you this was the best experience we ve ever had I absolutely mean it! They were professional and efficient. I ended up coming back the next day and getting my car s oil changed! I will continue to choose jiffy lube whenever I need a service

I'm from out of town and needed an oil change, I searched and found this Jiffy Lube. I was surprised by the level of professionalism I was given by Andrew and Jaime. Lightning-Fast Service at Jiffy Lube! Just had an oil change and I am beyond impressed! The speed at which they got the job done was incredible. I was in and out in no time, leaving me with plenty of time for my day. The staff was professional and courteous, and they made sure to answer all my questions. I just received a oil changed from an employee that seemed incompetent the whole time.. He did not know what oil to use and asked his coworker. Then appeared apprehensive choosing it. After he shut the hood, and I was about to leave, he realized he forgot to put the engine cover back on.He also had issues removing and putting back on the engine cover.I will never come back to this jiffy lube again.
