Very friendly and honest. The tech mentioned rotating my tires. But then took a look at the tread and said it would be better if I did not right now. One of the techs also wiped the pollen off my back windshield so I could see out of it.

Had limited time for an oil change and tire rotation and this site made it happen. Randy asked a lot of good questions in regards to the service I needed and gave his opinion on when to change things and what to request when I do. James was also part of the quick service and changed out my air filter for free when I bought the part and brought the car back. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Life has been busy lately, so figured to get an oil change while I had the opportunity, and while I was in the area. Got that done, plus fuel injector cleaner treatment, and scrubbed and polished my headlights clean. They were also kind enough to give me $30 off, much appreciated. I don t live in this part of town anymore, so for those who are in the San Pablo area, I recommend giving these folks your business. Very professional, and my other family members used to their card here back when we used to live nearby.

Only went here after reading reviews. Now I am wondering if I went to the same location as the other reviews. Staff was polite and they did get my oil changed. Oil all over the floor. When I was told to wait in the sainting area, didn t know how bad the floor was. Now I have oil on my shoes, steps, floor mats, and pedals. Also, have oil hand prints on hood, door handle and seat. Will never go to this location again.Update- I received a call from the District Manager for Jiffy Lube. Very professional and interested in resolving this incident. After learning of some situations at that location this morning, I understand the obstacles in which the staff was dealing. James was very apologetic and made it right in my mind. I will give these guys another opportunity in the future and hope for a visit equal the the past reviews from other customers.

My visit today at the shop on Atlantic & San Pablo was the most professional and quickest oil change I have ever had and I am 67 years old! Thank you for the experience and will be back when the next one is due.

Think the Jiffy Lube at Atlantic and San Pablo must be under new management. Best experience I've had at that location. Service was fast, didn't try a hard, hard sell on other products that you KNOW you don't need and didn't tell me 30 things needed to be fixed as most places do. Taiwan is amazing he has great customer service!!!! And explained everything thoroughly to me! I had my baby in the car and the other person the manager told me to get out of my car rudely. But I'm so thankful for Taiwan my husband is deployed and he took his time to help with my car and even was making sure me and baby were okay and in the sitting area. I would come back just because Taiwan was sweet but the other man working the manger was rude.Service: Oil change

Oh my word!!! How much good can I say about this place... Freddy here is the bomb!!! These guys treated me like a queen... I came in for an oil change, wiper blade change, headlight restoration, and a new air filter... I thought the Middleburg location was great... These guys really step up the game here on Atlantic!!! I ll never go to jiffy lube again! This morning I went to a location next to my house. The tech greeted me then proceeded to tell me he wasn t able to change my oil because he was the only person working. And so I went to a this location which is a few miles down the road. I ve gone to this location in the past with my truck and they never seem to have my oil filter in stock, so I ve been turned away abut 5 out of 5 times. Ok so I m now in my little Mini Cooper (daily driver I just bought). I m greeted and asked what I m there for. (I need my teeth cleaned ) YES I need an oil change. So the man proceeds to let me know that he has a car they re finishing up in the bay (which I can see that) and he ll be right back to scan my vehicle to see if they have my filter in stock and so I waited about 15 minutes watching these two guys walk aimlessly around the bay. One trying to figure out how to pour a fuel solvent into the fuel tank and the other one scratching his head on how to change out windshield wiper blades. And so I waited about 15 minutes until the other guy proceeded to put me in their imputed system. That took another 5 minutes. He walks off and comes back a few minutes later and says okay sir, it s going to be $119 for the service I said for a 1.6 liter Mini Cooper??? Employee; Yes sir this car calls for synthetic oil .Me; I don t want synthetic oil what s the best price you can do? Employee; well we can knock $22 off and use a blend which is $20 cheaper Me; ok so $42 cheaper than $119 correct? Employee; that s correct Me; (reluctantly) okay let s do it Employee; okay let me make sure we have the filter Me thinking; you gotta be freaking kidding me Employee another 5 minutes later; yep we have the filter.Me about 25 minutes after arriving; great!And so I waited ANOTHER 5-10 minutes after I was told they had the filter. Both of them still working on the same thing they were working on 10 minutes prior. I saw this going nowhere fast and decided to leave. So for the record, I ve been to this place a number of times, been rejected because they didn t have the correct filter for my truck. I went with a different vehicle this time and it took me 30 minutes of waiting time and I was next in line. I was quoted $120 for a 1.6 liter engine and I watched two clueless people walk around like zombies trying to work on one car . And just before I went to this jiffy lube, I was rejected at one right around the corner from my house because he was the only employee that was clocked in. So he the first jiffy lube was open but they couldn t change my oil. That s like going to a Resturaunt and they re not serving food or drinks . But their open. Never again will I go to jiffy lube.

This specific location is my husband and my go-to spot for oil changes and more!! The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable, and they put the JIFFY in jiffy lube!! Very quick, quality service. They are a well-oiled machine, and are so attentive to make sure my car is thoroughly inspected even for just an oil change. They have a first responders discount as well! Today Taiwan, Freddy, and James did an amazing job at quickly assessing my vehicle and making all necessary adjustments. I always know I will be in and out in no time with top-quality service. These guys are great. Not only did they give me every discount possible, but also, by my own error, I brought in the wrong oil filter, and they went out of their way to contact the auto parts store and help me exchange the filter as quickly as possible, without me having to drive back down there myself. Really excellent service. Work was done quickly and correctly, at a great price, by very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Above and beyond expectations.Service: Oil change

As soon as we pulled in we were greeted with fantastic service! Darrell explained all the services to me with clarity and expertise. Lester and Wesley worked quickly to finish our oil change.
