Evie was awesome. I've only ever came one other time and she recognized me right away. Provided great customer service, updated me on upcoming recommended maintenance for my vehicle(didn't even know jiffy had that info as i've never received that in my life from them). I was in at out in under 30min!

Duane was really nice and helpful. He listened to me and responded in kind. The shop works fast and provides honest work and feedback for the vehicles they work on. Evie was also extremely kind, offering me savings on my oil change. I'm glad I gave them a chance and I'll be back for oil changes and any additional work needed. Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness. It really reassures customers that honesty is still out there!

Had an excellent synthetic oil change. My car was running fine but it's old, and a couple of technicians found a couple of things that I should address but weren't emergencies by any stretch. I'm going to be addressing each of them soon, and of course the excellent mechanics at Jiffy Lube are going to take care of them. At all times, I was treated as a valued customer.

Been coming for years. The crew are great. But they try to stick me with a big charge for my water pump 730 dollars. Thank Goodness I went somewhere else. And paid 400. And told me my heating air-conditioning works. Wish I was going to be charge like 1000 dollars. No more jiffy lube for mechanical work. Just oil change

This location is awesome. I came for an oil change and the service was super quick. The employees were very nice and professional. They even helped me put my new plates on my car. Definitely will be coming back!

We came very close to closing and Kenny was very welcoming and wanting to help us regardless of the hour. Allen and Andrew were also fantastic, and we didn t feel pressured to services. I can tell this team was passionate about their careers here. They took their time to explain the repairs we needed and provided options for scheduling and discussed cost. I usually feel uneasy going into repair shops because I always feel I d be taken advantage of. But not here! Great team and service!

Duane was very professional and took good care of me. The services were very reasonably priced and the free diagnostic was great. No services were pushed on me which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back for future services.

My baby decided to throw a tantrum right in the middle of the oil change, but Eva stayed calm, patient, and understanding throughout. Beyond her kindness, Eva was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The lady with the dirty blonde hair (this is just describing her hair in a good way non hairstylists don t be mad) she was awesome! She helped me and allowed for me and my dog to be serviced without any issues. My dog is a service dog and was fine. I am grateful that the did my oil and stuff in a timely manner. Will definitely go see them again

I m pretty blown away. I didn t have high hopes and was in a pinch, but the service was seriously fantastic. They had me in and out in 15 mins (even though busy) with an oil change, new air vent, and coolant top off. They bring you any parts needing replacement for complete transparency. I ll be going back to avoid ridiculous dealership service fees on oil changes.

Just moved to Jacksonville and needed to find a new place to get my oil changed. I couldn t have picked a better spot, Evie was amazing and made me feel right at home in a new area. Service was incredible from the guys as well. If you need any kind of service you have got to come to Jiffylube on Baymeadows!

Never got oil changed before, and had a great experience here. Evie gave great service and informed me about everything that was being done for my car, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I know where I'm going next.

Evie and Andrew are fantastic. Very transparent, helpful, and the service was friendly and timely. I ve gotten my radiator changed here, just had my oil pan gasket done.

They provide good vehicle service, and the staff is nice and professional. Current military and veterans get a discount, but even if you're not one the staff will help you find a coupon to bring costs down.

This is my preferred place to go to for my oil change from now on. I was immediately impressed with the services. Love the vibes especially with Eve being the lady there makes it less intimidating lol. The air pressure check and other maintenance info defly made this place more top notch than any other places I've been to. Great services, friendly staff, and informative.

My experience at jiffy lube was awesome today 10-30-23 1500hours. Bay meadows, Jacksonville FL location.Eva greeted me very professionally and friendly. It was a sudden rush hour for them so Eva notified me I could be waiting the better part of an hour but it got done in under 20 minutes. Tammy came into the waiting area to speak about the reads and findings. They didn t pressure me to get all the extras as I am a disabled veteran on a budget but they gave me information and coupons to come back and take care of a few things I will need. I left with having paid a price I could afford and had pleasant interactions and polite conversation with the two women working that day. I love seeing and working with women in these industries as it just goes more smoothly. There were many things going on in and around the shop from semi trucks rotating around their shop and the neighboring shop, customers, one of which had a car of screaming children and the ladies here just kept calm and handled things fairly and efficiently. I would go back to this location just for the customer service. Bravo Zulu JL ladies and thank you. A ten out of ten.

10/10!! The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and respectful. Eva was a great help and even through in a discount!! This location went above and beyond. Oil changed in a timely manner. Prices are a steal and staff was not pushy, just informative!!

Duane and his team were efficient and honest Duane gave great customer service, clear explanation on the entire car and recommended services he educated me on what was recommended with the right balance of not appearing to sell items that were necessary felt his honesty from the beginning will easily be choosing them for my car needed- well done team

Ms.Tammy and her team is awesome, I called to see if they had an oil filter for my vehicle model, she asked have I been to Jiffy Lube before, I told her yes she looked me up said she found me, I asked to see if they had the filter Ms.Tammy stated they had it and I told her I would be there today, never gave an estimated time I pulled up an hour or so later she greeted me at my car said my name and gave me and the other 4/5 customers in the lobby waiting nothing excellent service she went over everyone s vehicle inspection without pressing them to pay for extra things needed her team was also knowledgeable and patient.Thanks for making me feel at ease

Absolutely horrible experience. Pulled into one of the queue lines. Waited close to 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. The one lady screening incoming customers starts roaming around as if looking for someone. Then she passed by my car (I still hadn t been acknowledged yet) and then stares in the garage bay and screams, IS ANYBODY WORKING??! Then she passes my car again and goes to a jeep parked in the lot and just looks inside it for a few minutes. That was enough. I started my car and drove away. Well done Jiffy Lube. You ve lost a customer for life. What an embarrassing establishment.
