The team made efforts to say hello and recognize me with quality and kind conversation. They were quick, well-informed and made this the easiest hand-off maintenance experience for me. They even checked for other services advised on my car that I had not noticed yet.

I've had four oil changes so far. I usually arrive by 8 am Saturday morning. I get Great quick service and able to use the $15-22 off coupons. I highly recommend this location

Got an oil change before heading out on a road trip. Next morning I noticed a puddle of oil under my car. The drain bolt was loose and leaking oil I could hand tighten it tighter than what it was. Checked oil level and even after it leaking was completely over filled by over a quart!Luckily got to my destination safely and then fixed all the issues myself. Will never go back. Very careless.

Fantastic experience at this place. Super fast service, the shop looks great the guy at the counter Zack was super helpful and informative. I won t go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

Normally, this place is fairly consistent, fast, and friendly, but I m just a little confused and disappointed .me and another car showed up right at opening time. 7 am on a Saturday, which is what the website states opening time is, waited roughly 15 minutes in the parking lot and the doors never opened and an employee was never seen. Had to go somewhere else

A great place for a oil change also Jiffy Lube offers headlight restoration. I ve already recommended the headlight restoration services to my friends who seem very interested in getting this done they didn t know Jiffy Lube offered this in about 15 minutes.

Their customer service is terrible. Manager Lester, and assistant manager don't know what they're doing. Paid $100+ for a synthetic oil change, and they couldn't even put the cap back on. Oil got all over my engine and I had to buy more oil to put in myself. Came back asking for a refund, said they couldn't do, they had to call their manager, said that he would get back to me and never did. Been over 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service, rude, didn't acknowledge their mistake. They literally left the cap on the dash by my wipers. I'd suggest to do it yourself or find somewhere else cause this place and their service is a joke.

Fast and friendly service. In and out in no time.Well, a month later, I have to change my review. Started smelling oil every time I stopped. Looked under car and oil everywhere. The oil filter was loose. It took 3-1/2 quarts to fill back up. I see these guys working hard, making double checks to make sure something like this doesn't happen, but somehow this one got through.

The team there was amazing. Some of the friendliest people I ve ever met.The actual oil & filter change that I went in for was done quickly, properly, and without any mess. I drove 30 minutes to this location since they had my special oil filter in stock.After my excellent experience with their team I will happily drive 30 minutes again anytime I need general service done on my vehicle.Keep up the awesome work!Service: Oil change

Got there at 0800. Walked in and asked the young man if they were open for business yet because the garage doors were closed. He looked at me and stated I m opening up now but I can t work on your car by myself I asked, so what does that mean? he said my assistant manager isn t here yet and I don t know when he will be .I said, ok, I ll just wait in the parking lot a few minutes About 5 minutes later the assistant manager rolled up looking like he did not want to be there. I waited a couple minutes to go in and greeted the assistant manager with a good morning , which was met with no reply and him shaking his head while changing into his filthy work shirt.I guess they didn t want my business and after this encounter, I surely was ok with not giving it to them, so I left and went to Take 5 on San Jose where I was met with a smile and a bottle of water.

Mike and Eddie went ABOVE and BEYOND with demonstrating EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm new to the area and they answered every single question I had about my car. They were both very patient, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I'll continue to come back to this location for "ALL" of my vehicle maintenance.. I'm a HAPPY NEW CUSTOMER!!
