Had the best experience with Jax Express! 10/10 would use them again. Called and was able to get super quick service and the dispatcher I spoke with was patient and incredibly helpful with me trying to figure out where I was located. Out of the 4 companies I called, the gentleman at Jax Express I talked to (didn't get his name) had the best pricing and was able to get someone out to me in a much faster time frame than the other companies.

Justin was super cool, quick response and got the job done quickly. His driving was really good and I was super impressed with the price of the tow. If I ever need anyone again I know who to call.

We were the red Chevy CruzeJustin, our driver, was great. A cool and polite dude who did a great job and.. he was just a chill dude and I think he did a great job. It was awesome and timely.These people and Justin deserve your money.

Called for emergency towing this morning and came across the must inconsiderate and rude individual that also bragged of the years he has been in the business when ibead trying to give him a simple explaination of my location that even a child could have figured it out, but he got very technical and raised his voice and not letting talk to clarify what he apparently did not understood regarding my location!if he is the owner of this towing service he had slot to learn about treating customers with the utmost respect! I will make sure to post in others forums so people think twice before calling this company!

Anthony the driver came within an hour's time. Explained everything he was going to do when he slid skates underneath my tire with the broken bowl joint I backed car out easy enough with his help explaining what to do from the parking spot. He was able to hook the tow truck up and I did not have to wait for a flat bed. He brought me to tuffy's Auto service center and equipment a great big shout out to Jax's towing service. I highly recommend Jax's as a first choice

I called and Justin was able to come within 35 minutes. I called two other towing companies before you guys and took longer than 3 hours. My car was not switching gears and Justin was able to fix the problem very satisfied I will be in touch whenever I m in need of a tow and I will be requesting him!

Wow .what a great company with amazing people! OH!!! a MUCH better price than ANY other towing company I called (and I called several!). Not even close on cost - not like a $10-$20 difference. One competitor was $10 shy of DOUBLE! But cost only goes as far as the people working there ..and Ahkeem (I apologize if I misspelled!!) was AWESOME! Very professional, very friendly and helpful and fast! I ran upstairs just to grab my laptop for work and my to go coffee .and he already had it on the flatbed! Seriously like 3 minutes! But wait .it gets even better! I had scheduled a Wednesday AM pick up from my place to take it to my mechanic, so I called late Tuesday afternoon, and when asked what timeframe did I need, I replied between like between 8 AM - 9 AM. They had said they typically do wider timeframes - which is completely understandable - when dealing with, in most cases, cars that are not under their own power, so absolutely it can vary on some pickups. The range was 8-11 AM which was totally fine, and they said they would call in the morning when they are on their way. To my complete amazement, Ahkeem called me at 7:45 AM, that he was on his way and would be there in 15 to 16 minutes. He pulled up at 8:01 AM. Super nice guy - so I really do want to say Thank You and I really appreciate everything this morning, Ahkeem. From how much time I spent calling around because I have no idea what is even fair do yourself a favor - just call Ahkeem and Jax Express Towing first - and don t call anyone else! But you can rest assured, you re not only got it for the best price, but you got the best company and people in town! Thank you guys!

Jax Express Towing were our heroes this evening! When our AAA Premier could not find any available contracted tow truck companies in the St. John's/Flager County areas that wanted to take the call (was declined 3 times because contractors didn't want to travel), Jax Express Towing came to the rescue from Jacksonville (over an hour north)! The driver communicated the entire way and showed up on time- if not before! The driver, Nabob Akim, was amazing. Use this company, they care!

I gave them 5 stars.March 23. - 3 stars nowI took their service for the third time because of great experiences from the past two towing service but this time, i gave the service 3 stars.

Had a Ford F150 that had locked itself up, couldn't open, was in park, wheels turned, in a circular driveway. Two other tow companies came out and said no way to move it. Jax Express came out, ahead of scheduled time, got the job done, and rate was extremely reasonable. Kudos! Will call again if the need arises.

Excellent service and appreciate the prompt tow. Your competition (AAA) said they would not tow the car due to the impending Hurricane Nicole and a 350min wait time. I will recommend this service every time in the future! Great job Jax Express Towing LLC!

Saved our butts. Aaa left us for 12 hours on the side of the hwy and after 50 calls these guys showed up the next morning. Great service and if you do need a tow. These guys are pros. Fast ! Had our 2500 HD truck and giant camper safe in 10 minutes. Best tow ever. Thanks again guys. You are awesome

JAX Express Towing was the only company that had the equipment and expertise to tow my car out of our small garage. My car had an electrical failure and I could not release the parking brake nor put the car in neutral and it had to be moved with dollies. Jason, the driver sent by JAX Express was very personable and professional. He arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation, calculated the correct angles to position his truck so that he could get my car out of the garage without damaging it or my garage. It was an extremely tight fit but Jason was able to fit the dollies onto my car and tow it out with 1.5 inches of clearance. He did an incredible job and I highly recommend both Jason and JAX Express Towing for their professional service.Service: Special vehicle towing

My first experience having any kind of car trouble and it was a sidewall blowout driving down 295 on a Sunday afternoon. I started down the list calling towing services near me. JAX Express was the fourth one after being told 3 hour wait, no answers, and no one available. I made the payment over the phone. Super reasonable and easy!! The JAX Express tow truck was there in 30 minutes! Including the wait, we were loaded up and home in pretty much under an hour. The driver, Justin, was helpful, friendly, and above all, professional and respectful.When in a jam along the side of a busy highway, I want fast, reliable and trustworthy service. I can t say I have any experience to compare it to. But I would say the bar has just been set pretty high. I hope I never have to call anyone again for help. But if I did, it would definitely be JAX Express.Thanks for getting me and my car home safely.

Andrew, driver, was very professional and was quick to arrive once he received call. AAA sent us to wrong place to fix car and Andrew drove us to 3 different places and made sure car would be repaired before he left. Cannot say enough great things about Andrew and Jax Towing. These guys rock!! My stepson is stationed at Mayport and was involved in an accident last night and I called them to assist us since we are 1200 miles from him and we have no contacts down there. They quoted us an extremely fair price, were courteous and and professional, and they had his vehicle picked up within 30 minutes and were in communication with us from start to finish!! Give these guys a call...you wont regret it!
