Raul helped me trade in my f150 and got me the deal I was looking for which was to have a lower payment. Put me in a beautiful Audi A7 that I couldnt be happier to be in. Definitely recommend Jax Exports, be sure to ask for Raul, hes the man!

Update: They ask you to leave positive reviews for a free tank of gas. As of now, I m actually uncertain if some of the reviews are even truthful. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in February, they were supposed to order and repair the driver s side of the armrest. I was given a signed letter stating they would repair it within 30 days. Prior to the end of the 30 days, my husband and I called multiple times even visited the lot and we keep getting the run around and lies. Bruce blatantly lied to my husband s face. He said the first part they ordered was broken and the new part should be in next week (this was 3 weeks ago). I was told I d be called to schedule the appointment for the repair. They are NOT honest people and the owner likes to tell people he s the manager or just the parts guy. It s April, almost two months after purchasing the vehicle and my husband and I have not been contacted about this matter. They called and made every attempt to make the sale as shady car salesman do but failed to honor the signed written agreement. If I had a chance to do it all over again I definitely would NOT purchase anything from Jax Exports.

If you like your money don't risk it on this guy. Bought a 2009 Toyota Venza here in June and since then they've had the car for a total of about 4 weeks for problems. Leaky roof, they somehow stained the paint and won't take responsibility for it. The brakes were spongy from the beginning. I took it in, he never responds to texts, never answers the phone and then tries to make it look like he's doing you the favor.This is the OWNER too! This kind of business practice is the reason people stop buying from local small businesses. I will never buy another vehicle from a small dealership again. I moved here from Canada back in June. This was my first car experience here and it has been terrible. I'm out about 18k and have a boat anchor.Your customer service skills are the worst and you do not deserve people's trust.Your response is typical of someone who takes no responsibility. You quote policy and try to make it look like you've done everything you could. Many text messages and calls unanswered and when answered 2 or 3 days later you again make it look like you've done me a favor. After the fiasco with the leaky roof I had a hard time even considering letting you look at it again. How could I trust you to fix these problems when you don't respond with updates you promised?AS IS or not. YOU proffered to me to bring the car back with any problems and you mostly jerked me around! I made a deal on YOUR handshake and then you hide behind a policy.PATHETIC! You have ZERO integrity and fit the used car salesman stereotype.Pathetic service!I decided to tackle the repairs myself. Check out the attached videos of the brake bleeding. They told me they did the brakes on this and he bragged about how good his mechanic is. Well he didn't bleed the brakes on this car! Can't believe we drove this a few weeks like this!

I purchased my car a month ago and when I drove it back home two hours from the dealer I noticed that it was leaking coolant. I contacted Jeremy and explained and he stated that the owner will get in contact with me. Never heard from the owner to date and they keep avoiding my calls. I purchase a vehicle only for it to sit in my driveway for three weeks until I had it towed to a local shop to have it fixed. I spent over $1,600 to fix the coolant leak and replace two front tires before I made my first payment. I have never experience this kind of customer service in my life. I do not recommend.

I am editing my review from Saturday 09/02/2023. I would recommend and would purchase another vehicle from this Used Car Dealership. I purchased a 2014 VW Passat TDi SEL Premium with 104K miles. This poor car was not in the best shape to sell. Lots of little things need to be repaired or replaced. (Wipers, small plastic dash components, head light, marker light, etc.) I feel these types of items should have been repaired and or replaced before putting a car up for sale. The interior was extremely filthy. They used a cheap commercial grade cleaner and didn't wipe it off which left a black-oil-ish residue on everything! They need to improve on interior care. We took this car to O'Steen VW for a mechanical inspection.Disappointments:I can't prove this but, I believe they erased the check engine code history. A check engine light came on during the test drive. The code that came up was for the Diesel Patriciate Filter replacement. This should be covered under VW Warranty "Diesel Gate". (This is something JAX Imports could have had VW preformed for free while they had it)They used a diluted tire wet solution or oily substance to wash the car just before we arrived. This very shiny wash was so bright in the sun, I didn't see the hail damage that was all over the car. (Hiding or not mentioning damage is not honest)(I had to clay bar the whole car to remove said substance)The cabin air filter was completely clogged. $20 for a new filter. (Inexpensive to replace just like the lights that were out)The car needs all of the tires balanced and an alignment. (Should have been done before putting up the car for sale)There were other issues with the car. Some big mostly small but, it is a 9 year old car with 104K miles on it. I have to be fair in my review to JAX Imports.With all that I have mentioned, I feel we have a good car. The buying experience was not ideal and JAX Imports needs to improve on a few things before putting a car up for sale. I am at fault for not negotiating better and sticking to good buying practices. They have so many nice vehicles for sale on their lot. I feel they take better care of the more expensive vehicles with lower miles.Good luck review reader.

Jax export has great service quick to get you in a new car. I like how they was up front with me and helped me through any questions I have, Raul helped me get into my new car and was an excellent person to come to I would recommend Jax export and talking to Raul about anything.

Secondly, this is your typical buy here pay here dealership. They will give you the run around, my attorney is looking into the matter closer for me as i have a written and verbal contract.
