Couldn't figure out how to find the problem with my coolant. Tried to charge me $3,000 to fix the throttle body which was unrelated to the problem (See UPDATE below). Kept getting side tracked by the fact that we had a racechip aftermarket part in it which was not contributing to the problem. Regan my service advisor was nice, he didn't charge us anything which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1* (I would have been really mad if they charged us the $265 diagnostic fee for doing literally nothing) but I don't like the way dealerships have it set up with a service advisor who's your go between, at the doctors office you get to talk to the doctor, at the auto shop I should get to talk to the mechanic. My car had to be towed away from here to another shop. Don't take your fiat here, especially if it has aftermarket anything.UPDATE: the other shop I towed my car to fixed my car for $400, the problem ended up being the thermostat on the coolant which is exactly what I told Jacksonville FIAT I thought was wrong but they said not they needed to do the $3,000 fix before even knowing if the thermostat was related - this validates my review, it's not that I didn't know what I was talking about because I'm not a mechanic, they were either 1) trying to swindle me out of $3,000 or 2) incompetent to diagnose the problem. I am lowering review from 2 stars to 1 star. (Even if you could give zero stars I would leave the 1 star because Regan was nice and they didn't charge me anything, I can see how a dealership might try and charge you for doing nothing.)The other shop I took the car to was nowhere near Jacksonville (long story) but I can say it was an independent shop. In generally I highly recommend independent shops over dealerships, time after time in multipule states with multipule different cars, different dealerships, and different independent autoshops, the independent shops always come out on top! (Oh except I did have a good experience at a Valvoline Instant Oil change, I'd recommend them and independent shops for oil changes, I'd never recommend a dealer for anything other than a recall fix.....dealerships lie, see attached photo which I took at the independent shop, aparently it's not even legal for dealships to require we use them for maintenance to stay in warentee! Who knew!?)

Great service and customer service! I brought a car from carmax a 2016 fiat with only 26,000 miles on it and the car was given me a lot of problems so I was told by carmax to take it to the fiat dealer and I'm so glad I did!!!

I've had a HORRIBLE experience here, and i will NEVER have my car serviced here again. Quentia or whatever her name is in the service center was very unprofessional. My car has been at the dealer for a couple of weeks for the service that needed to be done. She advised me that everything on my car would be completed for a specific price except for the oil compressor change which I declined. I've paid almost $2000 for service that was not completed for testing of my service engine light and possible exposed wires. I call last week and ws assured my car would be ready for pick up, which it wasn't. I waited almost 4 hours when I should have only been there to grab keys and leave. She also asked me to do a survey for her, if i completed it $100 would be taken off my bill. When I asked about it she acted delusional, thankful I have the text from the service phone she contacted me from. Asking to speak with the supervisor that was present was difficult, the sales team assisted me in attempts to have a higher up individual to assist me. Also excuses given about a staff member having a baby is unacceptable when my car has been sitting there 3 weeks. The fact that she wanted to become confrontational after I expressed I wasn't pleased with the service is ridiculous. She could have possibly assaulted me, I went through another service worker to exchange the paperwork that needed to be signed.I'm a working professional and a veteran of this country, I'm not going to jeopardize my career or well-being for an ignorant individual who looks to barely have a high school diploma and possibly 10 children. If i could give half a star I would, management here should invest in the professionalism of their staff and proper screening of whom they employ. She is bad representation of this company, and I will never recommend anyone to do business here!

Excellent customer service! Fixed a couple small issues with my Jeep to include some bumper clips, trailer hitch wiring clips, my air bag sensor light, and completed a recall update. I left there with a bill for $30. Couldnt be more pleased.

Google "Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge". It is the same company with more than 350 reviews and only a 2.5 rating. I do not see any response from the dealer trying to improve things so they obviously do not care. Drive a few more miles to avoid this nightmare.I was sent in to wait for someone but no one informed anyone that I was waiting. Finally I called someone out of their office and they got the person. A one day recall fix took three days and they never communicated with me. I had called them the first day, didn't bother the second day and heard nothing. Called them the third day and found out the car was ready. The people you drop your car off with or pick it up from are not helpful or personable at all. They need to do much better hiring and remind everyone that they are in a customer service business.

Horrible service, only wanted to sit and talk, didn't have a single Fiat (mind you it is a Fiat Dealer)on the lot and told us it was the same as a a Jeep. Didn't want to show us vehicles. The specs online told he was not correct, as we wanted to see the interior and spacing. Then he wanted us to look used cars after I already told them I only wanted new. Wanted to talk but not listen.

Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.

$95 for a front end alignment an still didn't fix the pull. Suggested a longer test drive than in a parking lot. But I have to give them credit, I had no appointment and they worked me in quickly.

Worst place I've ever been to for service! Paid for a 4 wheel alignment and the tech didn't even know how to align the rear. Walked right over to the parts counter and purchased the rear alignment shim kits. It's really sad when you can buy the parts there to do the work but they cannot even perform the work! Sad sad sad!!!!!!!

Horrible service. No loaners. Employees don't seem to understand cars very well or anything that they try to talk to you about.
