Thanks for the quick service today, Christmas Eve, 2002 Honda Civic Head needing shave down and spark plug holes re-tap. Only had to wait 45 minutes. While waiting had a nice conversation with Dana, talk about old school.

I bought a BBC roller motor from a guy that was all new. I found and issue with oiling and the guy agreed to pay J&W to prep another block and swap the parts over to make the deal right. J&W cost me thousands on that deal. They installed two sets of lifters with the tie bar upside down, the oil galleys had hard crud in them so I know the block was not cleaned well, The heads had adjustable guide plates and three rockers were riding on the edge of the valve steams. Metal from the cam went everywhere. It trashed the oil pump, scratched the piston skirts and cylinder walls.

Just had both heads on my '06 Ford 4.6L reconditioned and am very pleased with J&W. Work was done both quickly and professionally!

Rebuilt the cylinder head off my 21 year old MBenz E320. They're honest professional, had it done timely and reasonable on prices. I like dealing with folks such as these.

Would have never purchased an engine if I had known they would refuse to adjust the valves. Push rods that could never be used. Rockers that bottom out on the studs. Total cluster use Brunswick guys

Love this shop. They do the best work. Have a hole motor done there. Still running great and its been 2 1\2 years now. Has 60k on it.
