PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.AVOID GETTING RIPPED OFF.If I could give a 0 star I would these people are a rip off. I bought tires I thought was ok. But unfortunately when I woke up the next day my tire was flat. I thought it could have been something I ran over. But when we found the leak it is a perfect circle a little smaller than a dime all the way down to the wires. So when I go back I have to wait on the Owner because he is the one who I dealt with. He looks at it and said you had to run something over it wasn't like that! No sir for one I have had to plug many tires (Which he didn't even offer) this was like this when I left. All he had to say is it wasn't like that then when i go to pull off he said where is the receipt? He never even gave me one and I just watched 3 other people pay and get no receipt while sitting and waiting. So long story short he wouldn't replace or fix the tire. This is the WORST place to go for tires please choose wisely. I have a 1 year old and a 10 year old that rides in my vehicle and he don't care if something happens to you or your children as long as he can rip you off and get your money.

Bout 4 tires at 9:00am I was riding on a flat by 1:00pm and they also very very slow took almost 3 hours to put on 4 tires and they still was bad tires..pick your tire shop wisely

This place is amazing. the quality of tires are great for used tiers they looked almost brand new. The customer service is amazing and friendly. I went for 4 tiers and was in and out in about 45 minutes. The prices are the best in town. Before coming here I did my due diligence in the area for prices and I saved$100 per tier.I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family

These men saved my life!! I had a flat tire and I drove all over Jacksonville to look for a used tire. My husband told me to go there after trying 4 different tire shops (who either didn't have the tire I needed or was just too busy to try to help me). I was bawling my eyes out when I pulled in and these amazing gentlemen took care of me. They are a blessing from God, truly!! The prices are very reasonable and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Everyone was so friendly!! I had a tire blow out on me. Thankfully I was like a mile away from Iden Tires and was able to make it to their place. The one guy, the white boy, saw I was having a bad day cuz of the blowout and did his best to make me smile. I liked that. The owner and the guy who put the new tire on my car we're so nice too! And the price wasn't bad at all. Definitely gonna come back next time I need a tire. Thanks!

Good prices, friendly staff. They replaced my front tires and my truck rides smooth again. I m using them from now on.They ve done it again, front tires are still going strong(these are used tires people), I needed back tires replaced. They were swamped this morning but those 2 guys were knocking those tires out left and right. They really operate as a team here. One was jacking up the cars and taking the tires off and putting them back on while the other guy was changing the tires and collecting the payments. More impressed this time than I was the last time. Good tires, great people. Thanks again Iden.

Weve been to this business twice and both times our experience was great. He always treated us with respect and has great prices. Never had to wait more than a few mins and even then he greeted us and let us know he was finishing up with someone.

Came in for 4 matching tires. I was told he had 4 matching tires, half way through I saw the tires were not matching and asked why, to which he said, I only had 3 so I asked him to stop and put my tires I came in with back. He got irate and threw my tires on the ground and said, "take them" I asked him to put my tires back on my car and he refused. so I have 2 unmatching tires on the front and no tires on the back at this point. I told him he was not honest with me and I had asked for 4 matching tires and he did not deliver. He agreed he said he had the matching tires but now he does not. I had threatened to call the police just so he would put my tires back on. He refused. If it was not for the nice guy who worked for him agreeing to put MY tires back on, we would still be sitting there. The owner said he didn't understand why I didn't want the tires. I told him he was not honest with me from the start and I value honesty and I wanted 4 MATCHING tires . He still refused to helpand had a very bad attitude. Just make sure you check that you are getting what you ask for!

If I could give less of a rating I would. The owner is very dishonest and when caught trying to give us different tires he got very irritated. Thank goodness he has decent employees that did the right thing and put the old tires back on.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and gender biased service. They also do not follow tax, and business laws. Providing receipts, policies, and sales tax is unheard of here.. tax evasion I guess. I purchased a tire to have my car tore up, after waiting an hour while the associates all 3 spent all of their time drooling over a man with rims on his car.. the tire was bad, was not secured on the rim, and I got less than 2 miles from the location to be stranded.. I was then told figure out how to get my vehicle to them Monday morning at 8 am, It's Saturday btw.. lol I will Never do business with them again.. this was another tire the first one they sold me 6 weeks ago was dry rotted .. funny thing is they advertise dry rotted tires if you look at the pics on Google... The tire was removed after my initial post and there is a lug nut missing also others were loose

As a single woman it's nice to know that I can have work done in my car and to not worry about being ripped off...hands down the most honest and reliable repair shop that I've ever come across. And their prices are also the best..super friendly ..Thank you again ....

The used tires they sold me were good quality and well priced. They can get a little busy on the weekends, but that's to be expected.

They didn't rotate or balance my tires nor put weights on the rims. Horrible service & they rushed the job! Ridiculous prices for used tires also!!!!
