Making the appointment was a little bit of a pain, you have to go through a robot but whatever.When I got to the dealership I explained that I purchased the car at 91k miles in June, and now the following January at 103k I was overdue for service. Since I m between the 97k and 105k services they suggested just doing the 105k service early. So I agreed. Essentially paying for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Though my manual says 105k should also mean a new cabin air filter and new spark plugs. I don t feel confident I got a thorough multipoint inspection, because I just got all green checks in every category without even a single note. No other car dealership I ve ever used has given so little detail. As I was leaving the dealership there was a crackling noise on acceleration, and although I don t know the cause (belt, hose, etc) that seems like something that should ve been caught on inspectionFinally the reason I am scared to return to this place is that when I got my car back and went to start it, it cranked in a horrible and unusual way it has NEVER done before. A light came on the dash (a car with key, I think the immobilizer light?). An employee immediately ran over to ask what the heck was wrong with my car and what I had done. When I explained that my car just had an oil change she seemed perplexed and had it rushed back to find a cause. They did some tests and shrugged their shoulders, saying they had no idea why that happened. That did not make me feel confident driving away

I took my ride to the Hyundai service center, thinking it s all good. Boy, was I wrong! Spent the whole darn day waiting, shelled out $200 for an inspection, and then got hit with a $6000 estimate to fix a wire harness.Packed my troubles and headed to Tuffy Auto Services. They not only fixed the issue for just $350 but did it in no time. It s been a year, and my car s still cruising trouble-free. Hyundai, you lost a customer; Tuffy, you gained a fan!

Money stealers... they charge 10 times more for their services and add some extra for the parts price. Just buy the part online, and it will cost you 3 times less than they want for it. I would advise to find some other service

I'm confused by the owner's response to my review and wanted to give them another chance to clarify their response. My first review, I stated specifically what I wanted to as they put it, "improve my experience" and their response was to say if there's anything they can do to improve my experience, to let them know! Huh??? Are you trying to be insulting? I hope not! Please re-read my original review! Thank you!

Our Navigation system has gone out. It needs an update. Dealership is incapable of updating the navigation system. They say it needs an entirely new system. It has been months waiting. They have no idea when the parts will be in. This is a brand-new vehicle. Starting to feel like you sold us a lemon. This is our first Hyundai. Based on this experience, we are VERY DISSATISFIED. This is a very expensive and critical feature to have on cars. We expect some compensation for this very poor situation.

Saturday brought my car in for routine maintenance. I always have the best service with Megan. She makes sure everything is looked over and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her personality is the best and she is always willing to help her customers.

I'm 3 visits in to trying to get something in my steering wheel replaced. Misdiagnosed the first time & waited for the wrong part. Second time: needed to wait for the new right part. I called to make sure the right part would be in on time since I hadn't received a text, was told that it would be & that it was ok for me to drop my car off earlier in the week. They let us drop my car off a third time without mentioning the part wasn't even in yet & told us it would be done by the end of the day... Now we have to leave it there until the weekend hoping it comes, if not I hope the fourth time is a charm. Super dissatisfied with the way this has been handled, but at least they're only charging us for the first diagnostic.

My car had a recall on the valve cover gaskets that was causing the alternator to go out and battery die. They put me in a rental car until a solution was made to correct the recall issue. I was in a rental car for months while this was done. I had finally got the call that I was able to pick my car up . They told me that they washed my car inside and out. I got there and they said the recall wouldn't cover dead batteries even though the recall was what causes the alternator to go out. The inside of my car was full of mold which I have pictures and videos of. My dashboard was cracked from being left in the sun. I got my car back looking like it was in a junk yard. I tried talking to the service manager and they did nothing even with the pictures and videos. I had to have my car detailed so it wouldn't make me or my kids sick. I will never buy another Hyundai after the treatment I received from this dealership.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Came in to get a tire replaced and a recall taken care of and when I got there I asked if they could check my back tires/breaks because they were making a weird sound. I was told it was normal but they would check. Nothing was said but I still heard the sound and had a friend take a look and they said my break pads were gone. I ve called 4 times and have no response. I have only had the car for 3 weeks and havnt made the first car payment and they are not responding. Only care about money. Do not recommend at all, very disappointed and want to rerun the car because of the stress it s causing!Service: Auto maintenance

1. my trunk latch didn't work.2. I paid $182.69 for the service department to tell me that they needed to replace the Smart Junction Box and Tail gate latch switch.3. repair cost $855.93 for the smart junction box and $524.44 for the tail gate latch switch.4. The service tech could not pin point the exact issue, so it seems like he was guessing at the repair. Why are there two broken parts?4. For $18.99 I purchaseed a Hatch Button Trunk Latch from Amazon.5. It took me about 30 minutes to replace it (I watched a video online).6. I ordered other parts to be on the safe side incase this wasn't the issue. I just happen to choose this part to replace first.7. Now, my trunk works perfect and I only spent $18.99.They wanted to charge me $1,380. 37 for this repair, and they wanted to replace good parts. Also, I am not service technician by trade, so how can I, a novice, figure this out and they cannot?My confidence level for this service department is not there. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me, and I am glad I was confident to tackle this repair on my own saving myself $1,360.38. I am speachless!Service: General repairs & maintenance

i brought my car and there for a recall and then they told me what problems i had with it. i mean they were nice and all. i realize that they are specialists in what they do for your vehicle. but when they told me how much it would cost to replace my timing belt i thought that was a big joke 1,700 dollars. i realize it's important to get your timing belt changed. but come on really!

If I could give them zero stars i would. The waiting area was completely disgusting and felt like a contaminated incubator. I refused to sit in there and wait for my vehicle. The furniture was old and the wait area is right where the staff works....poor set up. There was old pizza boxes sitting around. I will not be returning. I hated spending my money there to get my car serviced, if they don't care enough to make sure their customers have a nice, clean and relaxing place to wait for their vehicle to be serviced why would i want to go there and pay them to have work done on my car? Needless to say i will not be returning.

Poor customer service. I took my vehicle in for an inspection and it came back with the check engine light on. Keep in mind that it wasn t on when I brought it to them and the inspection costs $150. When I brought it to their attention they told me it would be an additional $120 for them to see what s wrong with it. Why didn t it fall under the $150 inspection? They claim it was on when I brought it to them but I know for a fact it wasn t. No one even bothered to speak to the mechanics about it. Poor customer service and service department. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Spencer Cooper is a gem. After waiting way longer than any person should have to for a SCHEDULED oil change, (I was literally the last person to leave), Mr. Cooper surprised me by making my service free! I couldn t believe it. He stated it was for the inconvenience and after a long day at work and then waiting in the shop for 1.5 I was grateful. He s the best.Service: Oil change

Unprofessional, rude stuff specially the manager. They charged me $950 for a fuse that keeps blowing.I spent a week to get my car fixed because of wrong diagnosis.it was short in the sensor wiring unfortunately I paid this amount of money for something very simple.

I went to Hyundai in orange park today and was give excellent service the sales person was welling to work with me on the price of the car it was a Veloster but i wanted to look around more. I never felt pressured or hassled. I also went to Westside Hyundai the difference in customer service is amazing!!! I did not have a large budget under 10,000 cash but were orange park Hyundai never made me feel like this was not enough. The West Hyundai's sales rep and finance manger discussed my budget in front of the store for all to hear and told me that although the car I was looking at was under 8,000 they were unwilling to work with me and I would need 10,500 to get the car. I just walked out. I understand that they have the right to charge the price they want to but I would it recommend you go to Orange park for better customer service!!!

My husband and I just bought a Hyundai Kona. We worked with Joe. He was awesome. He made buying a vehicle very easy, smooth and painless. It went pretty fast too. Mario in finance was awesome too. He made it go smoothly and fast. This is our second purchase from Hyundai. There great!

I understand that a business has to make money but to run a diagnosis for $200.00 to see about a check engine light. Then you're just given a bill with no mention of the check engine light cause or the fact that it's still on! Also, the "complimentary oil change" if the cars history indicates that you're using a higher quality oil and the service department puts in low-grade sludge! Scammers they just trying to get your money from you told me to change the fuse box because it was the fuse box issue and then after they changed and made me pay for it they told me its not the fuse box issue and they made me pay $1500 for nothing.
