Was ecstatic to run across Hortons in my search locally for some u-bolts for my Jeep, on which I was installing a suspension lift kit. By word of mouth I was recommended to call Hortons and they did not disappoint. I gave some rough dimensions over the phone and they did a stock check to confirm they had the material necessary. After confirmation I headed down and my u-bolts were made on the spot while I waited! 15 mins tops! All of which came with new washers and bolts, top notch service and quality materials!

I had an issue with my RV while on the road. Matt and Harold @ Horton Truck Service were amazing!! They squeezed me in to their schedule and took care of my situation while I waited. During my wait, I noticed they treated all that came through their door like family. On top of that, the vibe in the shop was relaxed and happy. What a great bunch of people. I live in Orlando and will gladly drive my RV to their location in Jacksonville for future service needs.

Out fifth wheel s independent system needed an alignment and Horton Truck Service is an authorized service center for preforming the task. Dropped it off at 8 am and went inside and was greeted by friendly, courteous, and professional staff and actually gelt at home in there. Brad checked me in and after that Leonard and a couple of other guys helped my wife and I back our 50ft home in the bay. Wasn t a whole lot of room for our big rig, but we got it in there. A few hours later, they called and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was explained in detail of the adjustments. Also, talked to Chase, the mechanic that did the alignment and went into greater detail and told me some preventive maintenance and maneuvering info to help prolong the alignment.Overall a wonderful experience at Horton Truck Service!!! Simply a great bunch of guys who know there job and easy and fun to shoot the breeze with.

My old Excursion has 400,000 miles on it and the springs were tired and sagging. Ford no longer makes springs for this truck. I asked Brad to find me some suitable coils for the front and work his magic on the rear. I wanted an F-350 stance and the stiffer ride of a super duty instead of the softer ride of the Excursion. They delivered! I had them install EBC brakes and rotors that I provided and they completely rebuilt the suspension all the way around. I couldn t be happier with how it sits and drives now.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Our Class A RV had a leak in the front passenger wheel hub. I contacted several places about getting it serviced. Horton responded quickly and professionally. They quoted a fair price and had good online reviews so I chose them over the others. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted by everyone I encountered as if I was a longtime customer; every office worker and every mechanic even though they were obviously very busy with a vehicle in every bay. The mechanic that repaired my coach was diligent in thoroughly explaining what needed to be done. Finding competent, friendly service like I received here is a rare find in today s business climate. Horton Truck Service earned my future business for sure!

I've got a Chevy LCF 4500XD and needed an alignment as well as the 2 fuel filters replaced. This shop is run very well, made an appointment and dropped the truck off and picked up at the time they told me it would be ready. They did an excellent job at a price I was very pleased with. They worked on my rv chasis. The experience was great, professional. From setting the appointment to check-out. The communication was solid and happy with the work. I believe the gents name was Harold. We full-time RV, and places like this are hard to find. Great option when we come back to FL.

Not a bad place. The staff are friendly and the guys that turn and burn are the heart and soul of that place. I have to give a shoutout to Brad and Adam those guys there are really good at what they do

Brought my 2005 duramax daullly in for an alignment. Was told to come here by several people and I'm sure glad I did! The mechanics at hortons were honest and up front about parts that I needed to replace 1st so the alignment would be done correctly. Wrote me up a quote to replace the all the parts but I instead decided to replace them myself which they worked with me 100% throughout the process. I asked if they could tighten up idler arm and pitman arm nut to correct torque specs they did it without a problem! when I brought my truck back to get the alignment, The mechanics remembered me and pulled all my info up and got my truck back on the road!! Thanks everyone at hortons!

1st time there today. Took 30' RV for suspected suspension issues. Was quoted a reasonable price for the inspection. Thorough inspection, limited problems, chassis was clean, inspection went quickly and they charged me less!Only 4 stars as no work done.Going back for some service later this month, will reevaluate stars then.Ask for Harold!

While we were setting up at the RV Park we were staying at in the Jacksonville, Fl, I noticed that a bolt on the front sway bar had sheared off at the frame and the bracket was loose of Class C motorhome. I contacted General RV who had referred us to another local mechanic who was not equipped to make the repair, they in turn recommended Horton Truck Service. We went to their shop and spoke with Brad Wilson/General Manager. After explaining our situation as fulltime RVers and needing our rig repaired quickly, we were immediately scheduled. On the day of the repair, we were greeted by Harold Hollingsworth who checked us in quickly and professionally. Several hours later Brad Wilson called to let us know our repairs were done. Harold Hollingsworth and Brad Wilson both explained what repairs were made. The cost was reasonable and time in the shop was minimal. For any RVer who experiences a chassis issue, while on the road, that the RV dealers can t handle when in Jacksonville, FL area I highly recommend Horton Truck Service. Brad Wilson and Harold Hollingsworth were both top notch.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my GMC 3500 in for tier rotation and alignment. I am very happy with the work. I had an appointment for 730am but the bay was not open. Not holding that against them.

I took my Winnebago P30 chassis motorhome in for the replacement of my shock absorbers. The work was excellent, the personnel were pleasant and the price was low. That's where I will take my motorhome if I ever need anymore work done on it. Call these folks first if your motorhome needs work.
