Very bad experience. Before I brought my car for tune up, I called COSTCO Auto Program since I m a member of COSTCO. I was referred by them to take my car to the nearest service close to my residence which is Honda of the Avenues. Before driving to Honda service, I called them to make an appointment by 10:30 a.m. and mentioned that I was referred by COSTCO because I have 15% Coupon discount offered by them.I was told to bring my car there. When the Service Advisor Bobby Howard told me the total amount I have to pay, I showed him the email forwarded by COSTCO about the 15% coupon discount.He told me to just come back when they re done.I was told by the service advisor that the car will be ready about 4:30 p.m. I was at their place on time of the time mentioned. The car was done at approximately 5:00 p.m. I got the bill for a total of $678.17. I asked for the the 15% coupon discount, so the service advisor told me to wait for the manager. The said manager came and showed his phone to the service advisor without saying a word then left. The service advisor told me that discount don t apply. I also mentioned that I served in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years and mentioned to him that normally we get 10% discount from various businesses. He told me that don t apply either. Some services even consider a senior discount but I did not mention that anymore. So, I m here to say that why is this big company want more of your hard earned money.Why? Why? Why? Went in for an oil change. Asked them to inflate tires to 38 and to please put washer fluid in. Was told yes and that they always check fluids and top off. Tires were not at correct pressure but didn't have time to wait for them to fix so went home and did it myself. The next day tried to clean off windshield and there was NO fluid after I was told they did it. Now I question if they even changed my oil. Very Disappointing!! Would definitely not trust them with anything major!

I had a great pleasure meeting Jon Mazur and his manager, Eddie, from Honda of the Avenues today. Jon went above and beyond to keep my budget for a new 2024 CRV lease. I couldn't be happier with my choice and all thanks to Jon. Timothy Davis did my paperwork with so much ease worry free. Thank you, Team Honda. You rock!!!

Wow I was super impressed with Dan! In the service department. If you need to get any work done from an oil change to major work on your vehicle go to Honda at the Avenues location!! Ask for Dan he is super nice & knowledgeable. Plus if you have Honda you really won't need much more than an oil change any way. Be safe,and enjoy browsing their selection of vehicles.

They are pricey but very accommodating to get you rides where you need to go. The only reason I am deducting a star is because I was encouraged to take care of some recall work on my Honda Odyssey minivan for the water pump. The service members who encouraged this later told me that they were unaware that it was a partial replacement of the water pump, and it ended breaking the full pump, which cost me $1,000 to replace when it wasn't broken before and I didn't have the extra money. Overall, the service writers I worked with were super nice and I know the work is done correctly which seems harder and harder to find these days. Would go back if I can't find a more affordable reliable mechanic.

The service team, especially Randy Lewis, is great. They are very helpful and want to make sure you get your car back quickly and safely. I also have had great interactions with Rory and Derrick on the sales side... we've purchased / leased 6 cars from Honda of the Avenues... great teams in service and sales!

Has anyone purchased Lifetime alignment was offered here? I bought it in 2015, it was discontinued later. Every time I go for alignment I had to educate them on the product and history, after lots of discussion and back and forth they would finally honor it. Today they refused to honor it and claim that I bought 2x of 3 year alignment packages. I showed them the proof that it was honored in June of 2022 and the original receipt but still refused to honor it. I will go and speak to the GM and ready to take them to court.

I am modifying my previous review from 3 stars to 1 star.Somehow, my maintenance agreement is missing. I paid $2300+ for a maintenance/vehicle protection policy for 5 years and only 3-4 oil changes/rotate tires in 4-years. Initially I was informed it expired and now they say I never had one. Service rep told me to prove it.As I see it, Honda Service would rather lose a customer instead of covering the oil changes/tire rotation, as promised/paid for. They obviously don t want to do the right thing. I would only have 1-2 more oil changes/tire rotations this year and it would be done. It s ridiculous.Go ahead and send the bill to collections, I m not paying for Honda s screw up.I also take back what I said about the staff being friendly below. They are still extremely slow.Priority remarks.Staff is friendly but service is slow.I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change, check fluids and tire rotation. I also asked if they still washed and vacuumed the car, and was told they would.My car wasn t looked at until an hour, because they were behind. There appeared to be only 2 other people ahead of me, based on the number of guests in the waiting area.Then, another hour was needed to complete the routine service request. Also, the car wasn t washed.I didn t say anything about it at the time because I had other errands to do for the day. But, seems pointless to make an appointment if it takes 2 hours to complete a routine service.

Original purchase of CRV in 2022 had a recurring rattling sound.I've been in and out of this service center over this issue many times and am happy to say the issue is gone.Jimmy, the service manager, became directly involved and was very helpful especially since minor paint damage was discovered during our final visit. A rental vehicle was complimentary (I had to pay for gas) and we are happy with the body work.Thank you Jimmy and the other techs for resolving this issue.

I ve been to this location several times and haven t had a good experience. The past 2 times as of today my Pilot was done, sitting n the lot and I wasn t notified! I walked out both times to see my car sitting outside! I came today and there was another Pilot that pulled in at the same time I did. He was done in 45mins while I sat there for another 30 mins and my car was done. When I walked up to Marcellis he said I m so sorry. He said he was busy and blah blah. I told him u did the same thing to me last time. He never notified me my car was done! I will be taking my business somewhere else. I was going to St. Aug for years and decided to give yall a chance but the last several visits I had there, I have not been pleased. Also the last time I was there Marcellis argued with me that my car was washed while I rubbed my finger on the side and dirt was everywhere. He still insisted my car was washed. I took him to the back window and he said, oh, Yea it doesn t look washed . Then proceeded to tell me the car wash closed and that s why. I just can t deal with the customer service I ve been given there. They fact that I have bought my last 8 or 9 cars there as I don t keep my cars over 2 yrs and this is the customer service I get!! Lol what a shame! Get it together!!Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and they did that. BUT- my car was returned to me smelling terrible and there are oil/grease stains in my seat and floor as they did not use any coverings before driving it, and my windshield wipers were disconnected.A lesser concern was the 2+ hours I waited despite being told it would be a max of 1 hour.This is why I try to do car things myself- I was just using up my remaining "free" oil changes I got when I purchased my vehicle. 0/8 would not recommend. Do it yourself or go literally anywhere else.

Car they lied about not getting clean , dead battery , broken gas cap , broke window wiper sprayer mechanism but also the fact how we were FORCED to finance through them although we had already been pre approved for a loan (from the same bank they LIED and said we got denied from ) and already had a interest rate of 10% for them to say it s such a high amount when they give us a 12% interest rate and try to bambozle us the whole time

Marcellis our Service advisor was very friendly and informative on how to maintain our Accord. We bought it there and received two free oil changes as well as a complimentary tire rotation. They also provided free transportation to and from home! Where does this ever happen? Honda at the Avenues thats where and they washed our car too!! 5 s!!

I came in for oil change. They text back with list that said immediately be done. On there was restore headlights.... Now my paint has to be restored. They buffed off my paint looks horrible. On both sides. AND IT LOOKS NO BETTER THAN BEFORE. Looks exactly the same . But now my paintis scratched All around headlights. Ridiculous I have photos

Employees vaping inside the building. Long waits. The waiting room is disgusting and stunk. Got stuck waiting so long my baby's diaper leaked all over me and then there was no changing table in the bathroom.Two bad experiences here. Had more I was upset with but I lost my temper and got that out of my system already. First visit was even worse tried to give this place a second chance but regret it.

Do not come here. Should have read reviews first. I had an 8:30 appt for a diagnostic for road noise that was worrying me. After 4 hours of crickets, I got a text that they were still working on it. Another hour, they tell me that they found the source of the noise but want me to come back to test drive it to confirm before moving forward with the repairs. I come all the way back, get in the car, ask the technician what he found and what he thought needed to be repaired and he looked at me like I had 2 heads. He told me he was never able to reproduce the noise . So the service manager lied? And had my car sitting on the lot for over 4 hours before they even took it for a drive? At the end, there s nothing wrong and there are no repairs . I go to pay for the diagnostic plus tax, which is expensive but I accept that. They charged me $23 in shop supplies . When I asked the service manager what that charge was, he said It s a standard fee. I know we didn t use any supplies on your car today, but you have to pay it. So they wasted 6 hours of my time, for me to come drive it myself and have them tell me it s nothing, and then charge me for supplies they didn t use. Technician was a nice enough guy, the service manager and customer service was awful. They don t respect your time and wouldn t even give me a loaner since they were taking so long. Go somewhere else.

I should have read reviews before going there. The worst experience I had. Don't bother making an appointment, I waited 4 hours instead of quoted 2. Needed an oil change and to get cruise control checked out which ended up being 2 $1 clips missing and Honda Avenues wants $500 to fix and realign radar to see the road. Also,I asked for longevity package when I made appointment and got bare minimum oil change and tire rotation.i guess I am used to other places actually looking at other things when changing oil and rotating otires...nobody came and talked to me about any other maintenance things coming up, fluids, brakes etc. I also have a service plan that came with the car and they failed to submit a service claim to them, so I have to go through reimbursement process with the warranty company to get money back for oil change and tire rotation.i informed them of this service plan when I arrived and they assured me that once they scan VIN number in, they are able to see it. Avoid! I do not recommend at all.

I have taken my 2021 Honda Pilot into Honda of the Avenues 5 times for the same complaint, and no one seems to be able to get it fixed. I have delt with the service manager Chris and several shop Forman's to no avail. My last visit was December 7th for an oil change, and they asked me to bring the car back on Monday the 12th to look at the front left wheel issue again. I agreed to leave the car with them so they could do what had to be done to fix the noise. When I dropped the car off, I told Eric the advisor that I had someone coming to get me in about 2 hours so I would wait in the lobby. Before my ride came, Eric advised me that the shop foreman needs to call tech support and get some answers so he could move forward. Eric also told me that he would call me that afternoon or within a day or two. It has now been nine days since and I haven't heard a word from them as if they had forgotten about me.I have dealt with this noise in the left front wheel since we purchased the car, and no one seems to know how to fix it. I agreed to leave it with them but yet they still come up with excuses to delay and put me off. They have never offered me a courtesy vehicle but yet want me to continue to drive 10 miles up and 10 miles back there every time and then put me off again. I highly recommend they give us a courtesy car and keep this one until it is fixed. Please make this $40K car right so my wife and I don't have to worry about it anymore.Sincerely,Aaron Cole

They don t go over all the different charges up front that they will apply to your bill . Also, you can spend all day trying to get a hold of someone in the service department and if you re so lucky they ll pick up and then put you on hold before it disconnects.Its really mind blowing how bad the costumer service is let alone the outrageous added charges The worst experience all time at a place of business

Service was prompt and professional, but a bit steep in price (nearly $800) considering they checked out many items for a 60K mile service but replaced very, very little. This seemed exorbitant for a 60 to 90 minute job, and is one reason I so rarely take my vehicles to dealership service centers.

Terrible service department with zero customer service. Why bother make an appointment when they won t even get to your car for literally hours. This has happened on two occasions and upset customers could be better handled and even avoided if the little service guys had some customer service skills to let me know what to expect. They flat out lie to you when dropping off your car saying it ll only take 1.5-2 hours; a long but doable amount of time to fix a running light .seems easy but whatever. What they need to tell you is that they do not suggest waiting at the dealership but to drop off the car for a day if you are able. Also they facility is disgusting and super dirty and germy. Shame on them.

I requested to have a thorough inspection of my car so I know everything that needs to be repaired. I got a decent inspection, but I've had better more thorough at independent shops.They didn't list key tumbler, running light, or did they tell me where my water leak was coming from, they said they didn't see any leaks. Head gasket blew 3 days later.I mean, I got the basics, but I expected more coming from the dealership of the type of car I own. I guess independent is the better choice.

John was very helpful and friendly! This was my first maintenance due and my first visit to the service dept for my vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation were covered on the plan we had already purchased. Husband and I stayed nearby and vehicle was done very timely, especially for us being a walk-in. John (aka Captain Redbeard ) called me when it was all set. He was there to answer any questions when we picked up the vehicle.

Don't bother making an appointment for your service. It doesn't make a difference, according to the service advisor I spoke to.Ended up waiting over two hours regardless of my 1pm appointment.In addition, they wanted to charge $350 + $160 labor to replace a $15 piece of plastic. Gotta love the margins they're pushing for their service department, InFLaTioN is real.

I had an appointment for 7:15am today. I arrived a few mins early and checked in. I asked how long (because I work 6 days a week my time is limited). They said 1hr to 1 1/2 hours. I told them that I just moved back but kept up service at another Honda while away. They did not ask me for my phone number (I said I would wait in the lobby and I checked that box online with my appointment too). I checked the link that gives you updates on your vehicle after and hour and a half. It didn t even show my vehicle was in the shop. So I asked the guy who checked me in and he said he had my paperwork there already ready! I asked why he didn t come get me, he said a text was sent. So I asked why was a text sent when you didn t ask for my number and I said I m in the lobby waiting? He just said he should have asked for a number and left it at that. Then my bill was not for the right amount and I asked about the coupon and he went back and fixed it. Oil change is done but this was frustrating. I will just use jiffy lube from now on.Service: Oil change

Well, now I see that Honda services are here to rip you off, a diagnostic test cost 197.17 with a cost of 22.90 of supplies, what supplies are those?Not only that but they should tell you that they are going to charge twice as much as any other place.I spoke to one of the managers and he said it would be applied to the repair but is not our fall that we don t have the part.

Terrible service, they kept lying to me about the state of my car and then left my car on and killed the battery so I had to get it jumped to even get my car back. Awful place.
