I stopped today to see Tom the owner mechanic in the same time. i wanted to show him the noise coming from mu timing belt pulley. he stepped out side and told me leave the car here or have an appointment so i can check it and find out the prize. i said i cant leave the car since i don't have a ride. he stated ok call us set up an appointment speaking to me with attitude. Tom was very disrespectful. i was there at the shop with him and he want me to call lol that makes no sense. he might be a great mechanic but important to survive in the business is costumer service the way you respect and treat your costumers. him and his wife have no clue. i will never go there is plenty of Mercedes mechanics in Jacksonville already. i went to JJauto they treat me correctly and reasonable price maybe cheaper than Tom.

2003 C32 AMG. Brought in because I messed up installing the supercharger pulley bearing. They didn t shame me for messing it up and did a great job getting the car up and running. Tom and his wife are truly a class act. I m facing a very expensive repair (2014 GLK) and they both advised me on my options as if they were my family. Tom has always been straightforward and fair and his pricing is competitive. He stands by his work. He always educated me on the how and why of my repairs and made sure I understand and felt comfortable with the plan. I really appreciate his candor and his passion for cars and people.

I was told by another repair facility there was a crack somewhere causing an oil leak I called and spoke with the owner he told he didn t think that was accurate and told me to bring my car to him he didn t charge me anything he advised there was no leak and that the prior repair facility didn t install the washer on properly and added another quart of oil to my car! He and his wife are excellent

I had heard of this shop and Tom for many years. Finally this month when my 2007 E320 had major diesel smell and smoke issues I took the vehicle to him. This was after a $250 diagnosis from the dealer which Tom challenged just by looking at the diagnostic video from the dealer. Once I got the car over to his shop he was able to quickly diagnose the actual issues. I trusted him with my vehicle just thru phi e conversations. Amazingly polite guy and everyone I spoke to at the shop was very courteous. Hediagnosed all the issues that needed correction and gave me choices as well as explained the urgency on each fix. Very responsive to all my questions. Was very conscious of the duration of the repairs and kept me appraised on the timeline. He has found a new and permanent customer in me. Both my Benz's will be going to his shop this point forward for all needs.

The customer service is amazing, the team is knowledgeable and fast. This is the first shop I ve taken my car to and received it just as clean as I dropped it off!!! I will be back in the future for any needs on my Benz! Thank you for having such competitive pricing and amazing staff!

I stopped by this shop without an appointment Monday morning for my Mercedes and was told they only do appointments, which I figured but was very appreciative for the owner to take some time to talk to me about my car and not rushed whatsoever. I stopped by this place because the dealership was quoting me over 4k and Herdon s was substantially lower. I didn t get my car looked at becauseI didn t have an appointment but the owner was so nice that I wanted to right a review.

I have only had FANTASTIC service here, this was the second time my car needed repair , Kriss and Tom are incredible , Toms unreal ability to diagnose, communicate and repair are second to none . I got better service here than I got from Mercedes Benz In San Diego! Top notch!Trust them with your Benz, they will OVER DELIVER every time!Wonderful shop!!!!

Was greeted and welcomed to the facility. Tom was my service writer and got my car in and on the lift in less than a half hour. Problem was diagnosed and parts and costs were given. Will go back in 48 hours after parts arrive and have repairs made. After safety inspection and COVID wipe down by Kriss I was on my way. Very professional and fair pricing!

Amazing, high quality service! They go above and beyond! I needed a part that was going to take a month to get. They called around to their contacts and were able to get the part in less than a week when most places would've just waited. Being I have an older model diesel, they still took the time and care they would've with any other car. You can tell when you speak with them that they care and are passionate about what they do. Not to mention, they aren't gonna beat you in the head with the price. They are extremely reasonable.

Took my wife s 2009 Mercedes C Class to get worked on after taking it to several shops in Jacksonville and I must say if you have a Benz or Lexus check these guys out! Great service and they are fast. Prices aren t too bad either will be bringing my other Benz here if I ever need work done

Outstanding Service! I dropped off my C250 for service. Tom was excellent.He was kind, thorough and straight forward. When I picked it up, Chris went over everything they found and was great at answering any questions. An incredible experience. Highly recommend for your M-B needs!

I moved to Jax from Atlanta, leaving behind excellent service at RBM. The dealers here aren t as good. A friend recommended Herndon s and they are fantastic. Factory trained, fully equipped and above all honest.I have 3 Mercedes and they service then all. Finding an honest and good mechanic when you move is as important finding a doctor and dentist. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was a faithful customer until I was refused service and was told from the owner that they refuse to service my car and I should seek somewhere else after they did not want to correct a problem in which occurred shortly after they serviced my car, which left me paying hundreds of dollars elsewhere! Never have I felt more insulted as a paying customer! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor give them a dime EVER! This has been the worst and the last experience I have had with this company!

I call request a price for a transmission service. First the lady who answered didn't know that AMG is Mercedes,second she ask for my number cause she couldn't give me price for transmission service. When I told if can call back she hung up on me.. If that is how the treat future customer I definitely will not be going there

I had been to many Mercedes repair services in IL, FL, GA but this is the best of all. They are honest, they tell the truth about your car and they do job that really needs to be done to keep car on the road. They do not tag on other items like typical repair service people.

Always the best service! They are super nice and helpful. Always take the time to answer any questions you have without the feeling of being rushed. All around excellent. I would never take Mercedes to any other place.

I called and told them, namely kriss, that I had an older 300d and that it needed battery assistance to start, because of the glow plugs, which she said was fine. I drop off my car, and they call me frantically the next day while I'm at work. i call them the next morning and they rudely tell me that the keys weren't there and so on. I had them check again, and they wake my up at 7 in the morning the following day. this is four days later, and they ask if it has trouble starting. I said the glow plugs are super dirty, which is partly why i Brought it in in the first place, to have the slots reemed out, and they call back an hour later and tell me it needs a glow plug relay and that the car is beyond what they work on, after I brought it down, empahsized that it needed lots of love, and all I wanted was a an overview of my issues. They wouldnt even bother to start it. They Obviously didnt pay attention to what I was saying, and wouldnt even fufill thier obligation. On top of it all, the lady is a rude b*&^%$. They suck, go somewhere else that has customer service. THEY SUCK.

I have been going to Herndon's for years to service my car - they are the best They do excellent work and are very honest about parts and labor costs. I won't take my car anywhere else!
