I wanted to comment on my experience with Infiniti of Orange Park. I have to say this was a great experience as I found a used vehicle online and worked with Levi who was Awesome! Everything I asked for he took care of. From pictures of the underneath to engine he did great. I live 5 hours away and he was able to send me a credit app, trade in value(with lots of pictures) and more. We were able to do almost everything before hand. When I arrived he introduced me to Scott who took over as Levi waited to meet me even though I was late due to traffic. Scott was nice and easy to work with as well. When it came time to go into see Matt in the finance department and to finish everything up it was actually another great experience. Matt did not try to push anything that I did not want but explained everything to me and I was able to purchase and extended warranty that was a great deal. I have to say this was great and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I will be a customer again. Oh, by the way they had me in and out in around an hour with test driving and everything because they were so organized.Very Happy customer here! Thanks to all that helped me!!!

Left stranded for 3 hours after picking up car that had been in dealership for 5 months. Batteries were fine before taking to dealership and batteries were said to be checked on the papers given during pickup. Yet, batteries were dead and they sent a salesman to jump me off with a dealership car without jumper cables. Salesman then proceeded to cause sparks to fly from my battery and smoke arose while my car was at a GAS STATION. Tow truck driver came and was able to competently jump my car. Batteries were not put on tenders while at dealership for months. Jeremy was a blessing throughout everything, though.

Super disappointed in this dealership. I was an out of state prospect pretty much willing to work out any type of deals to get into a certain vehicle. I was passed from salesperson to salesperson for over a week. Every time I was connected to a new salesperson, I eagerly provided any necessary information in hopes to FINALLY have one salesman that would get me an answer. It's extremely frustrating having your credit run time after time, just to not get any follow up. Till this day, I STILL have no update on an approval, denial, or any steps needed to take to get approved. A lot of time wasted on sitting around waiting on callbacks from the sales team, multiple inquiries on my credit report, and not a single notation on anything. So I have given up at this point, I won't beg to do business with anyone, but I will certainly make sure it's known how I was treated.

Very professional staff. Quick, knowledgeable and effecient. I want to give a special thanks to Jerry Bennett my sales person, Steve Snyder the Sales Manager and Juan Martinez the General Manager. They are Awesome Professionals that made my experience Great!!! In and out under an hour .... Plus lunch, it was employee appreciation day. Can't beat that. Thank you Infinity of Orange Park!!!!

Had the best car buying experience at this place. Thank you to Matt Fail our super cool car salesman. Usually car buying is a stressful process. Matt over at Infiniti of Orange park was very upfront and honest, listened to what we wanted and got us the best deal. Shopped different dealers around town, none were as kind and friendly as this one. If you are in the market for an Infiniti I would highly recommend going and seeing Matt.

We went to the dealership to get our QX 80 serviced. While we were at the counter checking in the sales manager Mark walked up and said he was going to sell us a new car today. We laughed because we were going to North Carolina the next day to pick up a new car. After talking with Mark and salesman Matt we left with a new QX 60 Autograph. Best car shopping experience ever!

Couldn't be happier with Infiniti of Orange Park! We were on a tight budget and the sales manager Juan accommodated us and gave us an amazing deal on a pre-owned Infiniti. No one was pushy or tried to upsell things we couldn't afford. Scott was super knowledgeable about everything this car was equipped with and made sure we knew how to use it all. I've been driving an Infiniti for 20 years and will be a customer for life.

If I could leave zero stars I would, the employee turn over in the service department led to prolong diagnostics/communication of my vehicle. The other service technicians and manager would dance around the issues- only vague and elusive answers. They had their new car sales manager attempt to buy my vehicle instead of helping me find alternative solutions for my vehicle adding insult to injury. They overcharged me for a 1 hour diagnostic exam of my vehicle. Just go to another dealership. Im on my third Infiniti but I would definitely never purchase from this place.

Aleks the sales representative was amazing! Helped me through every purchase of my beautiful vehicle, was very friendly, FAST, and straight to the point. He was very patient and nice with me and my family. I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family. A plus was he was disgustingly funny. Like ive never met someone that funny! But it was amazing purchase and crew. The finance man (forgot his name) was very sweet with the process and actually saved me a big deal on APR and monthly payments. It actually beat my original NAVY FED's APR and Loan! Thank you :).

The team at Infiniti of Orange Park made my car buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined. We started out as customer and sales representatives and parties as friends. Vernon the sales manager and his team are a ball of knowledge and fun. Let me not forget how easy my sale rep Stephen was to work with. I suffer from extreme anxiety and I didn t feel pressured at all. He didn t push me or become aggressive for me to buy. He allowed the car to sale itself with all of its great features and his product knowledge. They were extremely patient with me and we moved at my pace. I enjoyed my experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased a 2023 Qx60 for a great price. It was actually cheaper than what I had researched. If you re looking to buy new or pre owned go to Infinity of Orange Park and ask for Vernon or Stephen, tell them Erica sent you.

I booked a service appt for my 2012 fx35 due to temperature gage running hot and windshield fluid is full but alert will not shut off. I received multi-inspection report listing five items ECM Repro Module , Rear brake job, right front fog lamp cracked, 4 new tires, and an alignment. I chose ONLY to have the ECM fixed due to this was the root cause of the truck running hot and would also explain why the windshield fluid alert keeps misfiring. I paid $552 which I felt was a slap in the face due to the diagnostic was not rolled over into the price as I was told if they fix the main issue, it would. I was told due to me not agreeing to have all the five items fixed they could not. I paid and picked up my truck and only got half a block away and the alert for windshield fluid came on. I immediately turned around took the truck back to inquire due to ECM being fixed. The mechanic informed me it's a sensor not the ECM. I explained my inspection report did not include a sensor just the ECM which I took as being included. The mechanic shrubbed his shoulders stated they can fix for $600. He also mentioned they have allot of vehicles coming in for that and unsure why it's not a recall yet. I repeated again this was not included on my report and no one was even going to mention that the light was still on. I received very poor customer service and no kind of professionalism when I returned the vehicle to inquire why the light is still on. I will be writing a letter to the main office.

I bought an Infinity Qx50. They sold me an Extended Warranty and told me whenever I want to cancel the warranty they will cancel and make a refund.Now I am trying to cancel but they avoiding my calls etc. It was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had.

My visit to this dealership was a complete disaster. I was met with dishonest tactics, leading to an unwanted charge of nearly $400. The unprofessionalism was amplified by the rude behavior of two employees, Jeremy and Stacy. Instead of providing assistance, they chose to argue, making the situation even worse. I strongly recommend anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Their practices are questionable and their customer service, especially from Jeremy and Stacy, is extremely poor.

I was not pleased with the way that the Service Manager handled my situation with my vehicle. This was definitely a negative experience and wouldn't recommend anyone from getting their vehicle serviced at that location.

DO NOT GO TO OR TALK TO JEREMY NOR THE MANGER STACEY W, they charged me 370$ for alignment and i didnt even ask for that. Very unprofessional and not understanding after i told them its Jeremy s fault for misunderstanding and doing stuff on his own without specifying whats being done to the car. Very unprofessional it got me very heated do not service your car here at all !!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. Not only did they attempt to mislead me with their pricing, but their response when I confronted them was utterly unprofessional. Instead of rectifying the situation, they chose to argue, making the situation even worse. I would advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with caution. Do not go here!

Was quoted $280 for a full diagnostic of my FX35 , and told 2 hours , dropped off around noon , no call and next day handed a bill for $580 . Shame

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Infiniti of OP. My salesman (Thomas) took care of me the minute I stepped foot on the showroom floor. I told him about the vehicle I saw online. He brought that out, I test drove it but didn t like it. I saw another vehicle, similar to the one I inquired about and asked if I could test drive it. Thomas, without hesitation got the keys and informed me the vehicle had just been traded in and it was still like new. I test drove it, loved it and got right to negotiating and left with what I wanted. Thomas listened to my needs and how much my budget was and went to bat for me with the sales and finance manager. The entire process was seamless and I will definitely go back again!! Thanks Thomas!

My experience at this dealer was with service, does not recommend going, it suppose to be a Luxury brand but it felt like I was at a cheap service center, they had the car 4 month and didn't even wash it for pick up, the service manager should be fired, the lack of customer service of this business is astronomical.

Do business somewhere else, dealership credibility is just trash not bad TRASH, they don t care about customers they only care about ripping off people, not making business just take your money and don t care what s best for you to keep making more business
