Hakki (the owner) will make it seem like he knows how to fix your car when in actuality he doesn t, he just wants your money. He doesn t check anything before picking up your car to make sure it s safe to drive on the road. I spent over 3500$ dollars with him for my car and when it was time to pick up I couldn t even drive down the street, which means he didn t even test drive my car to see if it could drive or anything. When I asked for my money to be returned he acted clueless as if I never gave him any money. My parents haven known Hakki for years & I thought I could trust him with my own car which is why I went to him but boy was I wrong. HAKKI YOU ARE A THIEF! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM! Oh & did I mention that he blocked me when I kept asking for him to return my money but trust me your karma will be way worse. I would ve gave zero stars if that was an option. ILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE OF MY CAR HERE.

I have used H&T for maintenance that is beyond my skill and always a have had a positive experience. One I'll share. Dealership said 2007 Solara needed new shocks and struts and wanted $1200++ to do it. I took it to H&T and the owner and son both gave it quick check and said it's doubtful that's necessary. I asked them to do it if necessary and gave a $250 deposit towards parts. Refundable if not necessary.Parts came in, kept car overnight and it was ready next morning.Shocks and struts that dealership wanted to have me spend $1200, totally not necessary. It did need a new CV joint and boot which was repaired and some other small item. When I arrived to pick up car, $100 of the $250 was returned to me.Do any of you know an auto repair place that wouldn't have found some waybto spend that excess $100?My allegiance was cemented that day. I'd already been using them but everything goes there now.

Hooray for Lexi and his friend who saved us after my car totally quit at the intersection of University and Powers . These two wonderful guys came back to check on us and saw we were still stuck at the light. They immediately took charge, got the car in neutral, stopped traffic and pushed my car into a safe parking lot. I would recommend H & T Auto , wonderful spirit!

The owner helped us out on a whim, my partners wheel bearing was close to going out a day before our road trip, and he helped us in an emergency situation.They had difficult getting the part they needed at 4pm on a Saturday (reasonable), but nonetheless called supplier after supplier until they got it done.I couldn t recommend this shop more.Job well done.

Not just because of the prices, but friendly service as well.I ve been going to this place for 8years. And I started taking my, S550, then my Discovery Land Rover, S500, Tarus, Mini CooperS, 88Cutlass, E528I BMW, Lexus LS 430.From my engine, to electrical issues.Detailing as well. I have been taking my Mercedes Benz S550 there for over 5 years. Awesome place. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They work on all types of vehicles. I highly recommend H&T Automotive. Thank you Haki & Ledi for the many years of wonderful service.
