The waiting lounge is not the best I have seen or waited. It is open and it is hard to focus if you must work or study while you wait. Staff is polite. I have gone for car service. For some reason I trust them in their recommendations and labor. It has been my second experience as a customer. Appointment are available very fast. And with flexibly. Their website directs you to a disconnected phone number, which is very discouraging. Text message alternative is efficient but not recommended of you are driving or have to while you try to set an appointment with them. As per courtesy, they do a quick clean to the outside of the car.

11/27/23 - I'm an Uber driver and I take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube in Fleming Island for most of my vehicle's maintenance and repairs because they are a shop I know I can trust. I had an issue with my check engine light being on and my T-Mobile Sync Up and Drive throwing codes P0201 and P0301. These codes mean that it could be anywhere from spark plugs to catalytic converter issues. When I took it to Jiffy Lube they pulled their own on diagnostic and a long with same codes they were getting a lean ratio which they determined was a fuel injector. I was informed they don't have the capabilities to change a fuel injector but they could do a 2-step cleaning to see if maybe it was just a dirty injector throwing the code.As I was waiting on the cleaning to get done, I decided to call Cruise at Greenway to see if he could get me an estimate on parts and labor to replace one injector. I was informed Cruise no longer works there. They have a very odd way of getting an estimate. First, service transfers you to parts to get the item cost and then parts is supposed to transfer you back to service to get the labor cost. I don't understand why you can't get the answer from service since the goal was to make the appointment with service for the repair. I could completely understand if I was looking to purchase the part myself but not when I was looking for them to do the repair. I get transferred to parts. The parts guy was cordial but not very knowledgeable. He said my injector was $120. That was great, it lined up with my research. He tries to transfer me back to service but no one answers. I hang up and call back. Finally get someone at service. If I thought the parts guy was not knowledge I don't know what this guy was. He gets the year, make, and model of my vehicle. He's talking out loud as he's working up the estimate. "So, that's 6-8 hours of labor. Yes, and labor rate is... So labor will be $1,700.00" I asked if he was out of his mind. All my research said parts and labor would not be more than $500.00. I informed him that it would only take a couple of hours to change my injector . He apologized and said that, of course, depending on where my injectors were located that it would drastically change the cost of labor. He said he didn't know where the injectors were located on my vehicle. I asked him then why did he ask for my vehicle information if he wasn't going to give an accurate estimate. He didn't have an answer. You know they type in your vehicle info and what the repair is for an estimate. It's the same thing I do when I research on the web what I should be expecting to pay for a repair. I don't think the guy was trying to charge me more because I was a female. I just don't think he was knowledgeable in using their software to give an accurate estimate.I only called Greenway because of the excellent service I received from Cruise. I knew he was honest and trustworthy. I was very sad to hear that he is now gone. As an Uber driver, I will sometimes get people who need to repair their vehicles and they don't have a mechanic so they will ask me if I know someone. One of the numbers I have always given was Cruise's because of the excellent service he provided to me when I had issues with my 2013 Nissan Altima. After this experience, I will no longer be recommending Greenway.P.S. I called Firestone and the estimate they gave me for parts and labor was $467.00. Having knowledgeable people makes a difference.P.S.S. The 2-step injector cleaning worked like a charm. The codes are gone and my vehicle drives smooth again._________________________________________1/20/2022 If you need service, please contact Cruise in the service department. He's absolutely amazing. He listens and he helps. He returns calls. I had an issue with my vehicle the shop I was taking my car to was no help. They were trying to make me pay for things I didn't need. Cruise was a blessing. He's a very honest and helpful person.

It started as a great experience. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox. My salesperson was nice, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. But, after I bought the vehicle, I've had a problem getting help. About 2 weeks after buying it, the AC stopped working. I've called, I've gone up to the dealership and gotten NO RESPONSE. I've been without AC for about 2 months now, in 90 weather. I am going to a different place to get it checked Monday

I've had some major issues with Nissan but John and Chris over here actually respected me and treated me like a customer. Look at my review history, I haven't been happy with many companies. Definitely happy here.

This dealership blocked their only handicap ramp with a few trucks on display. I m pretty sure that violates federal law. They wouldn t move the trucks out of the way and we had to throw my mobility walker over a concrete barrier. It was really disappointing and rude, especially for someone who needs a ramp.We came to buy a car they said they had online, and we called for confirmation, and we were told that the specific car was there. However, they sold it multiple days ago without telling us and we drove 1 1/2 hours to get out there for nothing. It was very weird to be there, it had a negative environment. The people were miserable, especially with their language and facial expressions. We went to Nissan of Orange Park instead, who gave us an absolutely perfect, open and warm experience. They got our business!I would avoid this dealership, especially after reading the other reviews.

Good professional people there to help you in any way they can! Showed my family a couple of cars and got us the best deal we could find considering our credit and background. Gave us a trade in credit for our old car and gave us a car to use until they checked the car we bought for any issues and to clean it. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Juan and Tianna for making our car shopping experience a good one!

Management is very horrible! If I could give this a zero I would!! I wouldn t recommend any one to shop from them ( Sales Services). I recently visited Greenway Nissan location and received terrible customer service i waited 5 hours to receive a false diagnostic for my car from Mr Joseph Stramaglia ( please double check his work) he told me I would need a new motor for my car. Mr. Joe informed me before They could do a real diagnostic I would have to pay at least 1,000 and after that was fixed he would be able to tell me what else was wrong with my car so I had it towed to another Nissan location ( Avenue of Nissan ) Hight recommend them. They told me the problem within 1-2 hours and it wasn t what he stated and It was less expensive and the car is up and running now. I ve been trying to contact the manager David Hires for nearly a week before I had to come back to the Nissan place for a refund. I sent out a email never responded I called I got re routed every time. I m still waiting on a so call refund from them and it s now 2 weeks. Please don t be cheap!!! & take your money else where!!

Saleman was very friendly and got me the deal I was after. Offered a very fair value for my trade and priced the car I was looking at perfectly. In the end I did not make the purchase only because I could not give up my car that I love. When I am ready to make my trade and purchase I will definitely be back.

I had the worst experience in my life! This dealership does not make sure you, you are on the same page. Tharius the sales rep is new and was so focused on my eyes he was unable to properly help me. He had me under the impression that they were accepting my trade for my new ride. Come to find out he didn t understand the paperwork no more than I did. The owner/assistant manager George was no help at all, he came over and didn t fully explain the situation so when I signed my paperwork I thought we all was on the same page and once I realized we were not they refuse to cancel my paperwork and forced me into another car loan. I wouldn t recommend this place if my life depended on it!!!!!!! They don t care about people only who they can swindle!!

I would not recommend selling a car here. I requested offers for my car via the Kelly Blue Book website and was contacted by this dealership. Someone texted me and asked what price I was looking to get for my car. I told them what I had already been offered from another business and they replied that they could beat that price. So, I drive across the city to have my car looked at to get their offer. After I arrive, they tell me that although it's in great shape , they can only offer me half the price of what they previously told me they could beat (due to the year, make and model of the car...which they were aware of when they told me they could beat the price).

My experiences so far with Greenway have been mostly positive. In a short span I have bought three vehicles from them. Only not so positive experience was my second vehicle had mechanical issues, it was used and they provided all the support to try and solve the issue, but in the end had to trade in the vehicle that I only had for a 2 days out of 2 weeks and buy another. Otherwise, had been a painless experience with all three vehicles, would recommend if looking for a Nissan to give this dealership a shot.

Took one of my vehicles in for service. Waited 5+ hours for an oil change and cabin filter to be replaced. We were expecting a call/text message when it was ready, as this was an option provided. Nothing. I had to call them and find out what was happening. It came back to me with scratches in the paint and back glass from the complementary car wash. Extra perk we were not expecting. To top it off customer service manager Nicole was dismissive about the issue, stating i guess we can take a look at it. Nope. Done. 3-4 years ago this was the dealership that sold me on my 3 nissans. I won t be back with this current level of non-performance being their standard.

John Herrington was eager to earn my fleet business, however after the vehicles arrived damaged he won't return calls or text now. He insisted he would make the deal right but its been 14 days and no reply after calling multiple times a day. The general manager (George) didn't bother to help make the deal right either. I've dealt with many dealerships and this one tops the worst experience I've ever had in 59 years of business.

My husband and I drove from Georgia to Jacksonville, FL, to see three cars at Greenway Nissan of Jacksonville. (We were most interested in a pre-owned Nissan Murano.) My husband chatted extensively with someone online at the dealership named Priscilla, and he told her what cars we wanted to see and when we would arrive. She directly confirmed that all three vehicles would be available for us to see.Upon arrival, Priscilla, who apparently only deals with internet inquires, quickly passed us on to a salesperson. He had no idea what we wanted to see or where to find it. We walked around the dealership's large lot with him while he haphazardly looked for the cars we wanted to see. We eventually found two of the vehicles ourselves, but not the Murano. The salesperson hemmed and hawed and wandered the lot for a while more (with us in tow again) before saying he couldn't find it. We waited while he checked the garage, but he came out and said it wasn't there, and he didn't know its location. By this point, we were frustrated at the wasted time (a little over an hour to drive down and then wandering around the lot), and we left. The salesperson tried to get us to go inside the building to meet the manager, but we elected not to waste any more time at this dealership. They didn't seem to care at all about our appointment or our needs. We will look for a car elsewhere.

If you're looking for the best, smoothest sales experience look no further than Kenneth P. Not only did he save me a fortune, he was clear and honest, kept me under budget, and even got me the best package deals to keep my car up and running! Definitely will be buying all my future cars from this guy.

I ve been to this dealership in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the last time I went it was WORST experience at a dealership I ve ever had. They try to push you in vehicles you are not interested in and the person we had was not knowledgeable about their vehicles or their own warranty.

Only delership that does not give you free oil change on the new car that was purchased there. Also when you schedule appointment over the phone they will not tell you the price, so they can drop a bomb on you the last minue.

No service. The sales department commits fraud, violates Georgia laws using deceptive sales practices and the lies even when proven wrong. They were caught in multiple lies and when shown they were they just laugh at customers
