Such amazing service! I know some may believe I m saying this just because but I seriously believe they are top tier. Always educating and advising on all car services. I been coming here for three years and I must say I can t see myself changing locations . For the ladies they are not here to let you overspend on money just because you don t know any better.

Beautiful location, nicest staff you could ever get when getting an oil change. They inform you with everything that is going on in the car, give recommendations that are actually helpful and are friendly. I would say that one of the best thing for coming here is that they work fast and they don t have long lines.Summary: Cheap, nice, fast and friendly environment.

Best oil change experience I ve had! They found a tool that had been left near the engine from another oil change company. They were very nice and took great care of me! The prices were very reasonable. The guys were very professional and kept me well informed throughout the process. Thank you guys!!

It was the first time I didn't use my dealer on my 2017. They were fast and efficient. My drain plug was slightly rounded off. They replaced it. I was surprised they showed me my engine air filter and my cabin air filter. They were fine. I will come back.

Heard some good things about the owners at this Grease Monkey so decided to drive across the state lines to check it out. Employees were extremely knowledgeable about not only the vehicle I brought in but my secondary vehicle as well. The customer service the manager and owner showed was impeccable. Had a great conversation while I waited for my oil change and it almost felt like we had been friends for a while.Oil change, car vacuumed, windows cleaned and fluids changed in like 15 minutes. Seriously, I ve heard that this place had a hometown vibe and those that referred here were correct.I will be back.

New to the area. Both mine and my wife s car needed oil changes. Found this place with good reviews. Couldn t be happier with our experience. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean location, good prices. Will return.

Kaleb was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and didn t overbear us in anyway. He was honest and didn t try to over sell. He listened and had exceptional customer service. Will be back to ONLY see him.

I was very impressed with the services at Grease Monkey. I had 3 kids with me and they completely finished all my services in less than 20 minutes. The kids loved that they could watch from the window. Will definitely be back.

We broke down a few miles away and was able to get to them. They went above and beyond, we were stranded about an hour from our house with a toddler and they took the time out of their busy schedule to help us figure out what was wrong. once they figured it out, they were quick to fix it. it all took an hour or so. i m so grateful they were near by and so kind.

Great people! they inspected everything and didn't push to sell anything I didn't need, I had a $15 coupon so $70 for a full synthetic oil change is a win

Friendly staff, fast service. Great job on working on vehicles such as brakes. They have coupons they send out to you or online. If I could I would give Grease Monkey 10 stars

This place is horrible DO NOT BOTHER. Unreliable, rude, unprofessional and have no experience working on cars. My car needed to get fixed the day after leaving this place.I d give no stars if that were an option

Ivan, Caleb and entire team took great care of me and my car. They were interested in providing valuable feedback and suggestions without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Every recommendation was thoroughly explained and there was no pressure, other than in the tires. They are my new "go to" for oil and minor service needs. Apparently they do brakes and other things too. I will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

I went to this location for a synthetic oil change before traveling out of town for the weekend. During my commute, my car starting making an unusual rattling noise, then my oil light started flashing?? The next morning, I had it inspected and they found the undercarriage wasn't put back on properly, oil filter was loose, and crush washer was leaking oil. I had high hopes for this place because of all the great reviews, but this place put my car in jeopardy, so needless to say I won't be back.

These guys are great, very professional and helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and they charged half the cost of jiffy lube. Highly recommend!!

I have had 2 oil changes in 2022 here, and I am a big fan of Grease Monkey. This location is great and the technicians are helpful. I believe they value me as a returning customer and not a 1-n-done customer. This shop has great hours, there's a Starbucks next door, and you can get a car wash next door when done. You have to take care of your vehicle, and this Grease Monkey delivers 5star service and value -- thank you!Service: Oil change
