I had body damage from an accident. A friend referred me to Gray's. They are a family owned business. They were very friendly, professional and kind. I'm very pleased with the results! It's so nice to have my van back in order. I highly recommend Gray's Paint & Body! They go above and beyond yet they are also affordable.

Needed a ton of parts painted for my Hummer restoration. Had some body touch up and custom dash panels done. The hood was a tore up mess. Along with the 20+ parts that needed paint. Donnie knocked it out of the park. Matched my 17 year old paint perfectly on the touch up and the metallic black accessories turned out perfect. Very friendly and personable. 5 stars!! Highly recommend. Thank you guys. I will be back.

Family owned! Family run business! Donnie and Angela are great people! They work as a team, and Angela not only answers the phone and handles the paperwork, but she does body work also! This is a mom and pop operation. You are already getting the best price and great work! Don't try to get a discount on your work you need or want done! They are already less expensive than other body shops! That's right!

I had the pleasure of having my Toyota Highlander rear bumper repaired here. Angela was easy to communicate with, the repairs were timely, and done without any complaints from me, as the customer. I'm big on customer service and I'm not disappointed.

I love this place. He and his wife helped me with my car when I needed it the most. In 2024, it's good to still have good people like this with great hearts!!! I appreciate them more than they know!!!

I've had limited interactions with this body shop, My car was taken there after ASAP towing dropped my car. They presented me with a ridiculous repair estimate that didn't cover everything that was damaged. When I brought this to their attention, their excuse was well, we don't know what the car was like before it was damaged. They had not even looked at the underbody for damage, which was scraped all the way as if rolled off and fell off the tow truck. I had it moved to a body shop I trust, and they found an additional $4500 in damaged and said they expected more because it was so torn up. The insurance company ended up totaling out the car, but these people were willing to put a band aid on it to appease the owner of the tow truck company, who was going to pay for the damages out of pocket until I had it taken to another body shop. I believe they must work together. Apparently this sort of thing happens quite often, which I was unaware of. Find an honest body shop that will look at the entire car for any damages and just not the pretty stuff!!

It is rare in this day and age that a business takes care of a customer like the folks at Gray s did for me. Outstanding customer service. If your vehicle is in an accident and you need autobody work in Jacksonville, there is no where more trustworthy and who will serve as a more helpful intermediary between you and your insurance company. 10/10, thank you Grays for repairing my vehicle to even better condition than before my car was damaged. Donny painted my S-10 Blazer for me back in 1990 and did a beautiful job. Gave me a 3 year warranty on it, 6 years later when I sold it the paint was as nice as the day he did. Around 1998 I took him my Yukon and he did a really nice job on that one too. I recommend him to anyone needing paint including a man I just talked to. Thanks for the good work Donny.

Donnie has seen the poor paint job from his shop and wanted to fix it himself and said he needs 24 hours to have my truck. Angela promised a rental while I was without my vehicle. My insurance company provided me a rental while they repaired it the first time. Now she has gone back on her word and said that she wont rent a car. They are always too busy to fix my truck and my insurance company already paid them their 6k. Angela can't seem to stop yelling through the phone long enough to hear the unsatisfied customer trying to schedule a good time to have it handled. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

They did my mustang after I ran in the back of someone and it was soooo messed up my car looks just like the way I bought it. I m so impressed with the work. Great job Donnie !

Had the door and a seatbelt replaced. They messed the tent up. There's oil stains and mildew all over the interior of the car.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They will do terrible work and not fix it ! Not to mention they are very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and go to someone who wont give you a headache
