I have so much respect for the Manager, James and his crew at this location. He always gives me excellent customer service, repairs my vehicles and honest if it can t be repaired. Goodyear is the best place to take your car for anything! I have been going to Goodyear since I started driving. The service at Goodyear in San Juan is by far the best service I ve ever received!!!

I expect these to places to be ruff. This good year was clean, they had charging stations, laptop high tops, and they were on time. Finally a place with integrity. Joseph helped me out and answered all my questions. Defiantly be back to this one!My tires are great 60k mile warranty and lifetime balance and rotation!

James and his team are Freaking Amazing! They are always helpful and treat me with the utmost respect. Today James went above and beyond and got my little battery issue (lol) all fixed up. James you and your team always have my back and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you and your team for all you do!

This was my second trip to a Goodyear tire in Jacksonville, thus one is more on the west side of town at the corner of Jersey and San Juan. Same level of quality. At this location I observed at least 3 customers who were long time customers and new the employees on a name basis. Very pleasant to deal with. The waiting area is not built for comfort

The staff here are great! Our older Rav4 needed a front end alignment. The crew did a good job/ gent stayed a little late so we could pick it up that night. And he was very courteous & kind. I wish I could remember his name but he lives in Macclenny for sure! Thank you for your kindness & going the extra mile!

Our sincere thanks to all involved in your expertise, your customer service and finding and fixing our leak in our rear left tire. We are down from VT because of a death in our family. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.The store manager Allyson could not have been more professional and kind to us. We were in and out in great time. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you very much

If I could leave no star I would. Terrible mechanics with no experience and James the service advisor dosent know a thing about his job , he is confused. I came in with my sienna truck To get the overheating and air conditioning fixed . I was billed for both but they only got the ac fixed . When I asked about the overheating, James said their liability dosent cover it . So if your liability or whatever doesn t cover it why charge me for a what you did not fix. In short I was scammed . Good year s mode of operation is the bill you for what their inexperienced mechanics cannot fix , then tell you their liability doesn t cover the repair and recommend another mechanic shop to you.Any positive review here is most likely fake and written by an employee of Goodyear

Put 1600$ worth of front end work into my car and it still makes the same noises .. also my brakes are making noises they weren t before do not go here they re con artists !!!

Dude at the counter is kinda rude. He told .me 319$ on the phone and then blamed me for not telling me it was really $336.I got my brakes done 2 days after i got my oil change. The lost my brake cap when they did they did the oil change and then WANTED PROPS for now charging me $30 for the new one. Seriously if the cap isn't theretwo 2 days after you did the oil change doesn't take a detective to figure out who lost it. Your not doing me a favor taking the charge off.Then he threatened to not give me some magical discount he was giving me. I asked you guys for a price you act like your doing something special for me. Sales tactic i guess Made me uncomfortable though.

Hey Goodyear, FIX your online scheduling system!! A customer s time is valuable & showing up to an appointment with an expectation of leaving as a satisfied customer is disappointing, all because you failed them! On 08/15/2022 I used Goodyear s online scheduling system to make an early morning appointment for 08/18/2022 for 4 brand new Goodyear tires, however upon arrival I was informed my online scheduled appointment wasn t showing up even after providing my email confirmation information. Then I was told the only thing they could do at this point was to put me on standby & see if they can get the tires in later today. I had to head out of town on business the next day, so rescheduling for a later date wasn t an option. After leaving, I called Discount Tires regarding the exact same Goodyear Tires & I was told to come on in.^^ Sooo this is the 1st & it will also be the last time I do business directly with Goodyear!

James and Todd are real gentleman! This morning I was 10 minutes away from work when I realized that my tire pressure was low. I went to the gate right around the corner and tried to put air in my tires-only to find out that they are broken and deflate your tires instead of filling them up. Luckily for me- this Goodyear was just around the corner- they blew my tires up immediately and I was able to make it to work on time! They truly saved me from having a blow out & having to replace my tire or even worse.. jeopardizing my safety! I d give these guys 10 stars if I could! They were kind, helpful and most of all, exactly how people should treat others!

Came in around 10 minutes before closing with a punctured tire on my way to Georgia. The crew, although closing shop happily took my truck and fixed the hole in 13 minutes of me stepping foot inside. Incredible customer service and extremely quality work. I would highly recommend this place for any and all tire work!

Excellent Service!!!!! So happy they could help.Tire pressure light came on while driving down the street. Saw the Goodyear sign and pulled in. It was right at around 15 minutes before closing time. The assistant said no problem and check my tires and put air in them.

Lee was AMAZING. Helped me get my tires, alignment and the service was fast and great. He makes you feel at ease. As a female you feel a bit uncomfortable you don't know if they are trying to sell something you don't need. But with Lee is not like that. He will take his time explaining why you need it. Really recommend this place. ASK FOR LEE...

Updated 2021: Fantastic service. Allison and her team are detail oriented and i like that. My baby and me are back on the road with confidence.2019: First rate customer service. Plugged my tires for free and gave me a written no hassle quote to replace with no pressure. It's why I come here everytime.

If I could rate them lower I would. They gave us three tires that had factory defects. We had a blowout with one pulling a fifth wheel and thankfully we were OK and the other two the tires are separating. We had road hazard on all tires but factory defects were not included. We will never ever purchase Goodyear tires again or do any business with a Goodyear store. We were treated very poorly when dealing with this issue. They have no customer service skills whatsoever.

I went in to have my oil changed. When I dropped off my car I had no problems. The guy I left it with was very nice. An hour or so later I get a call and they were letting me know the things I needed done. I told them I couldn t do it right now but I will keep it in mind. No big deal. They said they would print up an estimate for me so I would have it. I go in to go pick up my car and get the estimate. They were quoting me numbers that where double if not more what they should ve been. They were quoting me $50 for just a cabin filter alone. $130 for a fuel system cleaning. I showed multiple people I know these quotes and they were just as shocked as I was. I only came to this location because my Goodyear I usually go to is closed on saturdays. I won t be coming back to this one though unless it s only for an oil change. I wouldn t get a service done here after being over quotedEDIT: I am aware that the price quotes includes the labor but so do all of the other places i ve looked and they were significantly less. also I spoke with my regular guy and showed him al the papers and told me some of that stuff they told me is nonsense that corporate stores use to kinda create fear in someone who doesn t know since they have quotas to meet.

I had an excepionally positive experience at this Goodyear Store this morning. Had a slow leak that required fixing quickly due to a need to leave town in two hours. Alissa went out of her way to diagnose the problem, put me in a priority position for the repair and did all this with a smile and grace. This kind of customer service is rare but needs to be recognized!!

My family and I have been customers of Lee Rogers FOR YEARS. While I was in town recently, I was having some CONSTANT stalling issues with my new to me vehicle. I had taken it to a few other places because I didn t know Lee was now at Goodyear. The other places were literally just guessing about what the problem could be and anything they replaced didn t fix the problem. The second I found out where Lee was, I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in the next day. Within maybe 30 MINUTES. Lee called me and told me what was wrong with the vehicle. He also told me that my rear brake lines were LEAKING. G&H tire and service on Beach Blvd had done a rear brake job just a few days before. G&H also said I had to replace BOTH calipers because they got the off but could not get them back on! Instead of taking my vehicle back to G&H Tire and (dis)Service, I asked Lee to fix the brake lines. That way I knew it was actually done correctly and with care. My vehicle has not stalled ONCE since Lee and his crew fixed what they said they would. Thank you VERY MUCH to Lee and his crew.They also had my vehicle finished within a few hours!! Absolutely FANTASTIC!!

They incorrectly set the rear alignment and caused undue wear on rear tires . So when I went in to have tires rotated they said it should not be done . Worse thing about the experience was that this location was full of nothing but excuses and then blaming me as being the cause of the situation. Ie maybe I was hauling heavy things in the trunk . The manager failed me because I was a dissatisfied customer after spending over $1000 , he could care less to try and fix the problem. I had to get corporate involved and they were great by directing me to a different location where they replaced the 2 tires and reset the alignment. The car drives nice now . In general I would stay away from this location because you are bound to have a problem there. F on the location but kudos to the help from corporate. Although it got resolved there was a lot of aggravation and wasted time on my part . Hope Goodyear makes some changes at that location.

I came first thing once they opened. Both the service guy and another gentleman were joking with each other and even when I walked in. After they got my information they sat there 10 minutes talking before even getting my car. They were in front of the door should i add. After I seen my car in the parking lot it took 20 mins for them to come back inside to tell me my car was finished! Good customer service? I think not. It took them a hour to do a oil change. I've never had this kind of service at ANY Goodyear shop!!

They were awesome. I work across the street from them and the manager came over and got my truck, took it for the oil change and then brought it back because he knows I can't leave my job. That's the best in customer service.

Went in for a quick alignment after installed a new front end. Shop had a few smart remarks. Not cool. Also, as I drove away. I saw a sign at the tire store for 39.99 alignment. I have to go back as it's not perfect.

It's rare that I receive service that is so fantastic that I set I reminder on my phone to put a 5 star review in.I was completely up a creek with a flat tire and a flight the next day and Allison has been the most helpful, professional and knowledgeable person with this process. Just left this Goodyear shop with my F150 4x4. I came in from a very long road trip and needed an oil change asap. The guys were more than happy to get me in real quick. As the technician was driving my truck into the bay for service,he heard a noise and came in and asked me about it. I informed him that it was a constant problem I had ever since I had my front end rebuilt at the dealership and they can't figure it out. The tech then walked away to perform my oil change. About 20 minites later he came back in with my inspection and informed me that he had figured out what was making the noise and it is taken care of!!!!! He noticed that there were a couple maintenance items that I should take care and I was more then happy to give them the ok. Long story short, after driving the truck home, I have no noise. I will be taking all my vehicles including my fleet trucks to this location from now on.
