There are other auto service centers closer to my home, but I use the Goodyear Center 2587 on Atlantic Boulevard because of Francisco. He s always honest with me and never pressures me to buy services I don t need.

Had a low tire, Gare doesn't have any air. Stopped here and they were more than helpful!! Free air he said, then fixed our valve stem for free!! Awesome guts here!! Definitely recommend their service.

Our family was traveling with our RV from the Florida Keys back home to Ohio with bad tires... One of which blew out on the highway. Fransisco, Victor and Sergio all went out of their way to help us get 4 new tires and, definitely helped us keep our children safe. We are forever grateful for their kindness. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I have no complaints whatsoever. Francisco went above and beyond to explain everything in detail to me. I was never pushed to have services done that could safely wait. The restroom was clean, there was coffee, and the wait was reasonable. I will definitely go back. I was very impressed!

I have been coming here for 2 years. Great customer service. The staff is very professional and take the time to explain things and answer any of my questions. I have dealt with Sergio, Francisco, and Victor. They are always pleasant and patient. Also, they do a great job on my vehicle! They are busy but i never have to wait longer than necessary.

Sergio saved my day. I was traveling when I felt something off with my back left tire. I called the nearest Good Year and Sergio said he had my tires in stock and could fit me in to get me back on the road. My tire was out of warranty but he took such great care of me that I replaced 3 other tires. Had me in and out, safely down the road in less than an hour. I m so very grateful for the time and attention and felt safe to continue y trip.Thank Sergio and the whole crew at Good Year 9927 Atlantic Blvd

After finding this place, we exclusively use it for our tires and maintenance. Sergio and Francisco have high levels of customer service and integrity. They know how to treat people that walk into their shop with dignity and respect and are nothing if not two humble and great dudes. These guys are good and honest. Get your tires here.

While visiting from Michigan, my car basically broke down on the highway at 5:50pm because of an oil temperature problem. Panicking, I called and pulled into this location minutes before closing. Fully expecting to have to leave my car overnight and figure out lodging somehow, instead the technician was able to very quickly and adeptly help me out by replacing the coolant. Not a difficult problem, but the fact that minutes before closing with several cars ahead of me in line they were able to recognize the problem and help me out was a small miracle. Great service.

Francisco is awesome!! I pulled up 30 mins before closing with a screw in my tire that was almost flat. He got it all fixed for me at no charge. He is a hard worker and truly takes pride in the work he does.

We came in last minute almost to closing with a flat tire and everyone was super nice. They were able to get our tire fixed and on our way within 30 minutes. Great service and great staff

Terrible experience, Do Not go here. The service is terrible, They tell you 1.5 hours and it takes over 3 hours. They had some old guy who was trying out for a job who didn't know how to set up a master cylinder. The guy in the tiny waiting room just made excuses, no apologies. People who came in and hour and a half after me were done before me.,again awful customer sevice plus o was overcharged gor what i had done,which is my fault for agrering. If you're smart you will not go here,dont be stupid like i was .This place is AWFUL

Just stopped in to get him to check some stuff, he was real nice, gave me a quote and explained very clearly. I ended up with someonr else cause my siblings paid for it and then i pay them back. Goodwill 's are pretty clean all in all. This one was.I did describe it, it's a car shop, but it was nasty like some i'd say it was clean for a car shop.

Great service and really stand behind their work. I had an issue with a wobble after getting some work done here and when I took it back they could not have been more helpful. The techs checked over everything. They also rebalanced and rotated all 4 corners and got it riding great, all covered from the previous visit. I will recommend this shop to friends and family.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment Francisco Sergio Alfonso all the guys that work at the shop are true professionals they're always nice courteous your car is given back to you when promise there's no additional surprises this is the best place ever and I will continue to shop there and continue to have my car's repair there

I went to check my alignment(I have the three year plan with the company). The manager quoted me over two hundred dollars for rear tire toe shims and wipers. He said that he could not align my rear tires without these shims. Went to San Jose Goodyear and they agreed that these guys were just trying to get me for a quick couple hundred dollars.

Not cheap but excellent quality on all areas...service is backed with a nationwide warranty. If you can afford it, I recommend it.

I am so glad I found this place. Great customer service they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is met. Sergio the manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am now a loyal customer. I highly recommended this place and location.

They take advantage of those who are not very knowledgeable about cars. They recommend services that aren't really necessary. They drained the transmission fluid in my car and caused it to not perform correctly. I had to take my car to another mechanic to repair the mess that they made.

This is an awesome location. Manager is very helpful. Will definitely be back, for future service. Clean waiting area, coffee, quick turnaround on repairs.

they have only a few mechanic's but they do a great job evertime. the wait is well worth it. they didn't try to up sell or try to offer ever flush.
