Caleb was very helpful. He took the time to explain things and answered my questions. He showed me the old parts that were replaced and how they were defective. He presented several options for me to consider before doing any repairs. Didn't recommend to do work that wasn't needed - brake pads had 50k miles on them but he said they're still good for another 20k miles. Trustworthy and good quality work. Would highly recommend.

Service Manager Caleb earned my business away from the Dodge dealership. An 8:30am appointment at Dodge turned into "we won't get to looking at it until the afternoon". I left, drove to Goodyear, and after a short wait, they had my car in the bay getting the work done. I was back home three hours before the dealership could even look at my car. Not only will our household get our tires from this location, but also oil changes and tire rotations. The vehicle rides the best it has since I purchased it.

I have never had a bad experience here! Caleb Rogers is always such a pleasure to work with!In the past 6 months, I have had to get new tires, new breaks, rotors and oil change.Caleb worked with me on reasonable pricing and made me feel like I was very important to the Goodyear family I'll be back for sure

Great place to deal with. Caleb Rogers was super helpful. Worked to get us the best deal on the best fit for our needs. Came in below quote even with additional alignment added! I will be back for another set of tires on my truck next week!

Just had the best experience at Goodyear tire and service. Caleb was awesome! . I can't say enough about him. A real gentleman and professional. Without going into detail, he went above and beyond for me just because he's a good person. I highly recommend Goodyear Auto service just for Caleb alone. I'll be back when it's time to replace all my tires. Thank you so much Caleb!

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero. We took our granddaughter car this morning to this Goodyear to be fixed. My husband told the gentleman checking us in that he thought it might be the alternator, but we had not had it looked at yet. My husband talked to Caleb a couple of days ago, and he said to bring it in on Saturday. We have dealt with Caleb in the past, and he had always been great to work with. We brought it in today, and Caleb wasn't there yet, and we dealt with a gentleman named Sergio Lozano. We told him what we thought was wrong with it but had not had it looked at yet. We told him Caleb told us to just bring it in on Saturday. He printed out paperwork and asked us to sign, which my husband did. He never discussed price or pointed out any price on the paperwork.. We gave him two numbers to call to let us know. One number was our daughter. She got a call a couple of hours later and said it was ready. She called me and I was alarmed. I told her to call Caleb back and ask what was wrong with it and how much. He told her it was almost 1000.00. We would not have gotten it fixed if we had known that!! No one even called us to tell us it was the alternator for sure. I called up and talked to Caleb, and he pretty much said it is what it is because we signed even though we had no idea what we were signing for.!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!THIS IS NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL!!! WE THOUGHT WE SIGNING A WORK ORDER NOT A SALES AGREEMENT! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MR. LORANO AGAIN!

I have trusted this location location with my car for 10 years. I had a specialized service schedule todayAs there is only 1 person there that can do the service. However when I showed up there was no information on this apt, no record of my conversation. Let's just say it got to the point of me walking out. Did they care they lost a customer of 10 years? Nope, there is no loyalty thereyearnthingthscheduled service.

Great customer service! I was losing air in my back tire and they checked it for free and showed me the nail in my tire. They always do a good job on my car.

I just left the store. Went there to get new tires. Great service by everyone. Andreas was very helpful, and answered all our questions. Some of them for other services not offered by them and he was kind enough to recommend us where to go. Definitely will come back for regular services when the car is due. Thank you

Great tire place, you have to patient they are extremely busy. I think it's a testament to their service. Better to schedule an appointment, there will still be a wait but the work is good and staff is friendly. Thank you Amir for taking good care of my car and being so kind.

Andreas was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be taking my car here for all future repairs going forward. They completed the repairs for half the price that Hyundai estimated it would cost and with a lot less hassle and better top notch customer service.

I was able to set an appointment online to change my 4 tires at this location. They had them there ready to install when I arrived and the service was great by the team at this Goodyear location. I would recommend this location for your vehicle needs...Thank you for my new Goodyear shoes for my vehicle.....

As a retired Truck Shop owner, I'm really big on service. Been going to GY on San Jose for the past few years and never had a bad experience. Today; however, my experience was phenomenal! My valve stem was leaking and even though they were busy that swapped my stem and sent me on my way in less than 5minutes. I tipped (always tip your mechanic!) the tire tech and have time to write this great review.

Had a spare tire replaced; they decided to send me off after paying with a brand new tire that had 18 psi; completely endangering me while on 295; on top of that; my rim was scraped up in several locations. Can t believe I paid $150 for them to strand me on the highway due to their negligence in not filing the tire.

Cannot express my gratitude for this place enough! Especially toward Amir and Denzel. I was making my way down San Jose when an object in the road punctured my tire. I desperately called around 30 minutes before every tire shop in the area was closing, and these guys were gracious enough to see me and take care of my car. Not only that, but they were quick to identify the problem and get it fixed.Thank you, Amir and Denzel, for coming to the rescue and for the excellent service!

I set an 11am appointment, confirmed over the phone, and when I went in for that appointment, nothing was in there system. No problem, stuff happens So I left it there to be checked out/fixed, which they estimated would take about 1.5 hours to get to. I come back 7 hours later that day, after confirming it would be done by the time I was back, and it hadn t been touched in 7 hours after making an appointment over the phone. Left my car there all day to get it fixed and I left with an untouched vehicle that I now have to set an appointment at another business for at least 2 days from now. Do not come here.

Pulled in after going to 5 other tire shops who couldn t help me without a 3hr wait and the Goodyear on 13 got right on it! Awesome customer service

Very good experience. Have been in 3 times. 3 different vehicles. Today, installed 4 new tires. Andre provided excellent price, Caleb and Ryan got them installed in a short period of time. Truck was clean coming in and clean when returned. No scratches on rims - which you expect but seldom see at other tire stores. Thank you guys appreciate your help.

I dropped off my truck today at 1:30 PM for a nail in the tire, TPMS sensor replaced, and tire balancing. I was told they were busy and it would take 2.5-3 hours, 4 at the latest. At 5:30 PM I called to check on the status, simply put they forgot about my truck. No worries, these things happen. The gentleman on the phone spoke with the service manager and they began on it immediately as I was going out of town the next day. I got a call to come look at the vehicle for a possible brake issue.When I arrived, Caleb the technician told me I should not have brought the truck in today as he had told me they were too busy earlier (he hadn't), trying to blame me for their mistake. He then proceeded to tell me how there wasn't a nail in the tire. When I went and showed him the nail in the tire, he said nothing and removed it.I understand things happen and vehicles get missed, but to blame the customer for your work not getting done is a mistake. I have been using this tire shop for years and have great luck in the past, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Fantastic group of people late on a Saturday night after many phone calls to other tire stores about a nail in my tire one gentleman answered the phone and said bring it in. I can t express the gratitude for ths fantastic business. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Being from out of town it was a restore my faith in humanity moment. I would highly recommend this shop. Many many thanks and I do hope to pass it on when I get the opportunity

I ve been coming to this location for a little over 20 years and the service I have been given over the years have been superb! On today I had a matter to come up at a Corp store in GA that was being handled differently than how I have been accustomed. I called Manager Mr. Andreas at this store who was able to assist the GA store in turned the level of service once again was great! Thank you and your team Mr. Andreas for always taking our calls and willingness to help! Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
