Made an appointment for 0900 for an oil change. Waiting over two hours and car still isn t out yet. This is the second occurrence, I ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Made an appointment for an oil change which comes with a free tire rotation. They said my tires looked good (there is definitely a sidewalk crack in my front tire) which is how I was able to identify they never actually rotated my tires but claimed to. 90 minutes for an oil change with an appointment.. go anywhere else.

I give 5stars + up to George for your professional help and to Corey for his honesty and pointed out exactly what was wrong with my Camry and fixed it . Affordable .These guys looked out for me .. Thank you & I will return..see you my next oil change

The store was great! I got a flat tire and needed a replacement. They had it in stock and replaced it within an hour. Very nice associates too!

Showed up and asked for a replacement tire after hitting a nail, the gentleman ordered a totally different tire from another store and did not tell me that my tire was out of stock/discontinued, I went home and waited for them to call me back. I showed up to pay and get the tire installed, and was suprised when they handed me a totally different tire. They told me they would install it also, another surprise as this did not mean mounting it on the car, they were going to have me wait 3 hours or come back again to get one tire put on. How long does it take to put 1 tire on?? There were plenty of people there and only 2 cars in the bays. But now I have to go home and mount it myself, a totally different tire I did not want but they had already installed on my wheel when I showed up. Wasnt cheap either. 1 tire cost me half of what I paid for 4 tires installed 2 years ago.Sure the techs were nice and cordial but this was incredibly bad service, wont be taking my business here ever again.

Corey the service tech was fast and efficient and did a great job. Was very impressed the General Manager George was helping to keep things going quickly. He was also helping to replace tires and working in shop instead of just being in office. Love to see Managers assisting when needed. This shows the quality of what this store does. Everyone works together. Staff at this location is always great. Will always bring my vehicles here to get serviced as long as these two are at this store. Prices here are better than comparison and clean neat location. Staff was keeping to Covid-19 standards and kept the location and themselves clean. Am extremely happy I did my service here.

I've been coming to this Goodyear location for almost 10yrs for all of my vehicle services, of all types, and I can truly say throughout the years I've never experienced bad service from anyone. George, Corey and Tony (when he was still there) have always been knowledgeable, welcoming and upfront with my best interest first. I've always been advised what's going on with my vehicle. I never felt like they were just trying to "make an extra dollar", nor have I ever felt like I was belittled because I'm a female as most mechanical shops treat women (especially Dealerships).Over the years, even through the pandemic, the Management & Master Mechanic have been consistent with George & Corey. This being said, I know who's working on my vehicle & what to expect therefore I will Always prefer to come to this location. I give the Highest recognition to all of you, and I'll continue to recommend you every chance I get! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR AWESOME WORK!!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1130. Guy called and said it would be 3 or 4 hours instead of the 1 promised. I thanked him for not letting me waste my whole day. Great customer service. Thanks for looking out!

Great service at this location! My mother comes from Fleming Island to make sure she is taken care of. She called prior to coming in. She got an oil change and needed a fuel injection and vents service/air filter change and only took about 1 hr or so. No problem afterwards. Will continue to come into this location in the future.

Originally my rating was 5 stars until I went two days after I got my tires here. They said they checked all my hoses and and fluids. They did not attend I told them I was about to take a trip I knew I needed a oil change. But I needed new hoses and steering wheel fluid and I was almost completely out of coolant. Us they tried to over charge me on a alignment and a acted like they were giving me a deal. So I gave someone else my Monday like pep boys who were great and did all of my work for a great discount.

I will not return to this location. The guy at the front desk is so grumpy and dismissive. The service guys seemed ok. I received an oil change and asked for my tires to be balanced. They didn't provide a sticker for my next top up nor did they reset my maintenance notification. My receipt did not show proof of a tire balance.

I have an appointment which I took 2-3 hours before on same day. Met an old guy at front and he said they don t entertain same day appointments. It s just an oil change and the workshop is not so busy. He seems to have a lot of attitude issues and I have a very unpleasant experience. I asked if they have time and he said yes. So I asked for a quote and it s so expensive and the ETA they told is not good for me. So I said I will take an appointment other day, he again told me to take an appointment 2-3 days before. I was not happy and I removed this place from my saved list. If your website gives me an appointment what is your problem to finish the job? It took sometime to find a good alternative workshop for other works and I m happy now.

I recently received an oil change, new battery, & an alignment on my SUV for a total of $477. I am disappointed because the very next day the back tire was going in the opposite direction and screeching when making turns as if they did not do a proper alignment. My husband did take the vehicle back for them to correct it and the crew that day was courteous and apologetic; however I'm quite certain alignments are a common service that are done quite often & it should not have happened. The technician or manager should have seen that it was not done properly before I left, they are the experts. Nor did I receive a print out showing the corrections made. If you are going to perform a vehicle inspection & up-sale the least that can be done is to make sure everything was done properly and that the consumer has the proper documentation. It was also a learning lesson for myself. In the future I know I need a print out showing the corrections made and I will have the tech or manager do a walk around with me before leaving because the result could have been much worse & my safety was at risk. I suggest the manager to look over the work also before handing the keys over to the owner. I will continue to go only because I have the three year warranty; but with skepticism and more awareness.

Ask for George, he has always taken care of my car and has done a great job explaining any repairs needed. He is my go to guy when I have any questions. He doesn t try to up-sale or push anything onto me that he doesn t think is absolutely necessary. Which is why I have been going here to this location for the pass five years.

Customer service was a little slower starting off, but once they got to use it got better. The price was a little on the high side! But I will always say it over and over; you always get what you pay for. If your looking for cheap service and the cheap nock off tires, go to one of those scary hole in the wall places, not here. The reception area and there shop was very Clean and in order, that is something I pay very close attention to. The mechanics where also clean and not sloppy looking. It looks like they take pride in themselves and the work they do. So hopefully next trip I have there, they will be faster on getting to there customer and get that Big Five Stars! Their very close to it!! I say: Give them a try.Tell them, Big Mike sent you.

I went for brake fluid exchange and coolant flush. Prior to attempting any of that service I was told I need and alignment. Although I just replaced all four tires that were work evenly and the vehicle did not pull while driving. I was very trusting of the technician and said what the hell I ll get it. After the service was completed I drove off to discover my steering was now off center several degrees to the right. I was upsold on an alignment that was properly performed. Also while at the center the technician tore one of my foam side shirts admittedly, which was really a minor issue. While at the register cashing out an employee suggested that it was torn when I arrived and further advised the technician told her it was torn before he started the service. That blatant lie made the transaction terrible for me. I then returned for two days in attempts to get my alignment repair and was told a technician is not available. I generally have had great experiences with Goodyear in this region, and hope this was an isolated incident.

Had an appointment scheduled for today 11/5. Called to verify if this location was the right one due to there being two on San Jose. Guy named Jason picked up and stated there was nothing under my name. Called the one location and there was nothing my name either. Called this location back and I asked if his information he gave me was correct because I know I booked it for today. Jason said sometimes it can get kicked out the system. All I scheduled was for my tire getting looked at due to there being a nail and a oil changed and he seem to have an excuse on everything on not wanting to do it or even fit me in. This location will no longer have my business. I called the other location on San Jose and they are going to be taken care of me . This location has no customer service at all. GET IT TOGETHER

I took my 2013 2500 in to have the tires rotated, balanced with an alignment and wiper blades to be replaced. When I picked my truck up I discovered that the engine had been serviced to the tune of 173 dollars and some change. I had not asked for this service. What adds to the issue is that just 2 weeks ago I serviced the truck with a specific oil and filter; which cost me just under 200 dollars. Now, I have the incorrect filter and oil in my truck that I don't want in it. I got an 'oh sorry'. I was not charged for the service but, I am still out my initial 200 bucks. In addition; they had not replaced the wiper blades so I had to wait while that was done. If you choose to use this location pay attention to what is done. I won't be back. I am not in the habit of tossing 200 bucks with an 'oh sorry' as an excuse. That won't cut it!

I've had a very pleasant experience with this location of Goodyear. My car is 23 years old and I maintain it meticulously. I needed a lot of replacement parts, (starter, relay, belts, hoses, gaskets, alignment, the works) and they really came through for me. I will return to them for future business without a doubt.

Shop is awesome. I stopped in because my tire had low pressure warning. They immediately came outside to look at it, diagnosed a loose valve stem and fixed it in two minutes. They didn't charge me a penny. By the way, this was after stopping by another tire shop in the area that told me it would take two hours to even look at the car. Thank you Goodyear!

Exceptional service! Fixed our tire that had a screw in it for free. It's good to know that there are still companies that want to help others without wanting something in return. Management team (George and Tony) were very pleasant and Jonny the technician worked very fast and hard to make sure our family got back to Savannah safely.

I had a screw in my tire and really appreciate the free tire repair policy. The guys at the shop were friendly and had me in/out in an hour, despite being very busy. I would definitely return if the need arises.

Competitive prices for Goodyear tires. Poor customer service, car service bay was playing very loud extremely offensive music. Technicians are concerned with chatting with each other instead of taking care of your vehicle. Long wait. I will not recommend based on the customer service. I gave one star rating based on cost of tires. Customer service and bad language gets a negative report.

Terrible Service. I called yesterday 10/12/15 at 4:56PM regarding an oil change. I asked if they could get me in because my wife had an unexpected road trip the following morning. He informed me that if I arrived before 6PM, they would take me. I arrived at 5:40PM after leaving work immediately to go grab her vehicle. The service man then told me he could not take me because there were 2 people in front of me and they closed in an hour and a half. I explained to him the situation and what was JUST communicated to me over the phone. He told me there was nothing he could do with a look of satisfaction on his face. This left me no time to find another shop before my wife's roadtrip, I was very upset with the lack of customer service here. I will not be using them again.

Called at 2:30pm for an oil change, was told to come in by 4, no problem. I drive all the way across town and arrive just before 4 and was turned away 3 hours before closing. I understand that it's a busy Saturday, but why tell me it's ok to come in if it isn't? Could have at least called me back to say you're booked now.

I had a bolt stuck in my tire and went here to get my tire fix. He asks me if I think I need a new tire, and I said I m not sure but there s literally a bolt stuck in my tire. He comes out yelling at me you do to need a new tire like I work here or something? Service was rude. I went to Tire-Plus with the bolt still in my tire, and I m already getting better service than this place.

Tony and staff always handle my auto servive and repairs professionally, while also checking for tire wear or other potential problems. My 2014 Verano Air Conditioning system recently required service and it now works better than when I bought the vehicle. Cory is an outstanding mechanic as he not only reads the gauges but has an attuned ear for system performance. ..a gift for an excellent mechanic. I have purchased tires, as well as lube and oul services, always well done. I am a long time customer and they looked after that 2002 LeSabre also. I no longer trust any shop but this one.
