Manager is uncaring and will try to take advantage. One month ago I got my tires balanced and aligned at this Goodyear. Today I went to get two new tires at another shop because there is a 6in gash in my tire, and they could not get the lug nuts off with hand crack or impact. My husband also could not get the lug nuts off. I called Goodyear to work this out with them since it seemed the bolts were on too tight. They denied that it could even be a possibility, and told me to come in and they would see IF they might be able to help me, IF they had time. The front desk was very helpful and understanding when I got there, the crew seemed to be willing to help, but the manager said that he would have to charge me a half hour s labor for +$70 to loosen lug nuts that they put on too tight .

I would watch your pocketbook when you walk into this facility. Customers walk out with $1100 and $1200 worth of tires. Please don t let them TRY to repair your vehicle. Totally CLUELESS.
