I brought my car here after an accident and was blown away by the service. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. My car looks amazing!! There were 2 closer locations for me but something told me to choose this location and I am so glad I did. Thank you so much!!

I came all the way from Wisconsin. I got my car fixed at a Gerber there and they gave me a faulty fan. I came here once I moved and they fixed the fan and got me a brand new one. They ran it to make sure it worked right. Plus they are very friendly especially the ladies in at the front desk.

I am having a terrible time with this location so far. I dropped off my car on 9/6/2023 and as of 9/26/23 it s still with them. I was originally given an estimate for about $3600 and was told a 7 day repair. I called today for an update since the rental car was getting expensive- and was told it would be more than another week. Which wouldn t be the worst if I hadn t been told that the repairs are now totaling over $6100 and no one consulted with me when we started going over the original estimate. I am stressed and beyond upset that I ll be paying even more money for a rental and that I was told I won t be getting my keys until I pay for $2500 dollars more than I originally agreed!! Just awful.

Cannot say how these guys preform as far as repairs because I can t get scheduled. But my insurance company referred me to this location to schedule repairs. I Spoke with someone over the phone and they wanted me to send the insurance information over email. Long story short after the phone interaction I waited 2 days to hear back from them and heard nothing. So I called and was very QUICKLY rushed off the phone and told they d have an update for me tomorrow. It s been more than a week and I still haven t heard a peep from these guys mind you this process all started on June 6th.

I can t vouch for the actual work done on the car but the woman who answers the phone definitely has some issues. As of Monday morning Communication was that the car was being repaired and returned today(Monday). The rental car is also being returned. The part came in broken and instead of calling or emailing a message about the situation and extended time needed for repairs, there was no communication. Apparently, as she stated on the phone, she is too busy to handle her work and hung up on the customer. This woman definitely needs a different line of work. Trust the process!!My fianc� and I used this business establishment per insurance claim. The woman at the counter did an exceptional job ironing out all the details with my fianc�. She was transparent in explaining the length of time the part would be in and when the vehicle would be serviced down to the date. Of course, the price is subject to change if any unforeseen damage was discovered. It was about 2/12 months until completion on 9/28/22. We chose the Enterprise car rental on the day we dropped off the vehicle 9/21/22. We both can honestly say this by far was a great experience given the circumstances. Our door replacement is flawless! The color match is perfect! Thank you to all involved helping replace the door!

Had to take my vehicle for some minor bumper damage. The staff was great including Jessica. She took care of us. The whole process was very smooth ans updates were constantly sent. Rental car service is on site and the Stagg was great there too.

Customer Svc w a smile and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Not your typical auto shop cluttered yard. Have a strong Security fence in place, felt comfortable leaving my babe (car) there for repair.

I had a major issue with the billing portion when I dealt with Gerber Collision at this location. I wrote out a personal check for a portion of the bill and paid out the remaining balance by credit card. They wiped out my checking account completely by taking out my written check twice by two different transactions at the same time. One posted as an ACH transaction and the other posted as a paid check for nearly $900 each for a total of nearly $1,800 when it should have been for nearly $900. I wasted half my day the following day after the transaction posted to try and get this matter resolved and a quick reversal back to my checking account for their mistake(s) between Gerber Billing management and my financial institution. Very stressful experience I had to deal with over this billing matter. I highly recommend to not write out a personal check and to just pay by credit card altogether if needed. Otherwise the quality of work on my vehicle was great and I would have given 5 stars instead. I should have been compensated for going through this billing ordeal!Update 11/3/22:I have gone through a complete nightmare with the billing portion from Gerber on Main Street. Someone in their billing/accounting department had the audacity to send me to a collection agency for payment when I paid them by personal check and it cleared twice from my checking account wiping it out and forcing the overdraft from my savings account to cover this for either their mistake or on purpose to try and get paid more. I have been very furious and frustrated and stressed out over this issue for nearly 2 months now which is why I am calling them out on this uncalled for billing matter. I have contacted several attorneys about this matter and fortunately I have a valid lawsuit case if this issue escalates in the near future. I should give them 0 stars instead of 2 stars due to this ridiculous mess I endured but I will still leave the rating as is due to their quality of work. Future customers who pay by personal check beware of their billing practices and make sure sufficient funds are there if this occurs to you.

If there is one huge inconvenience, it's dealing with the original issue of the collision that brought you to this point to begin with. Then you add on the complications with getting the vehicle repaired to your satisfaction, not to the liking of the insurance companies. These Bodyshops are paid by the insurance companies And unfortunately and regardless of using logic to make your point, they will not color outside the line's because the insurance companies turn them into mindless propagandists for their purposes. Simply sad the right thing being done has gone by the wayside to save a couple dollars.Absolutely pathetic!

The repair made to my car was outstanding. The paint was flawless. I waited 3 weeks till I was notified that they had all my parts in that was needed for the repair and once my car was in the shop it took close to a month to get it back. They had text updates which were helpful but not informative. I liked that the enterprise rental was located inside, made pick up & drop off convenient .

After damaging the front bumper of one of our cars we took it to Gerber to be replaced.We did end up using our insurance, and this aspect of the process with Gerber and State Farm was seamless and flowed without issues.The work completed was great quality and I'd definitely recommend them from this perspective. There was damage done to one of the headlights during the process, but they replaced it and advised after the fact so we were aware.I was torn as to how many stars to give Gerber in this review and the reason I didn't give 5 stars was two-pronged:- The first being the customer service received was abrasive on more than one occasion which did not go unnoticed.- The second being the lack of communication in advising of the delay in completion of work. This was inconvenient to say the least given we had bypassed a rental based on the time-frame we were told the repairs would take.Ultimately we are happy with the work that was completed, which is the primary consideration. I just feel it would be remiss of me to bypass the negative aspects of our experience in this review.When rating Gerber I asked myself how instinctively I would use them in future and paused because I realized I would consider alternative options, and not instantly veer to them - based on the customer service and delay in this transaction. This is why the 3/5 stars - clearly for me personally, customer service and communication is integral. (I'd have rated 3.5 if I could have)

I had a very poor experience with this location of Gerber. It was a recommended/partner repair shop of my insurance company. I went with them being new to the area and not having time to research adequately.My car had some sheet metal damage from a sideswipe accident on the drivers side. First impressions were okay. I expected repairs to take a week and a half or two. After the first week I got update calls a couple times per week.After 2 weeks it all went south. I would get a call saying car was almost done - should be tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went with no further communication. When I called, they started the excuse train. Needed parts, got the wrong parts, had to do over, had to send for alignment, had to send to dealer for another alignment, needed more repairs....This went on for 2 more weeks, and after a month I finally get my car back. I immediately noticed they did not install the rear view mirror correctly - it vibrated like crazy. Had to take it back - very inconvenient - 1/2 hr drive to them. They did fix it without having to drop off, but very irritating.Overall, I cannot recommend them.

My experience with Gerber was amazing. We had our car repaired a couple of months ago. It was done in a timely manner and everyone was friendly and courteous. When we discovered a problem none of us were aware of they went over and beyond to fix it . I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

An easy and seamless experience. The car was fixed perfectly, they handled the insurance, the co-located rental desk made it easy, and they kept me informed of the status by regular texting. The casual and friendly front office made me at ease but never compromised their professionalism. Hopefully I'll never need body/collision services again, but if (when) I do, I know this is where I'll be taking my business.

Business was great in the beginning. Dropped my car off July 2020. Its October 29, 2020. My service is still incomplete. At this point I'm just getting excuse after excuse.My husband and I gave this business both of our cars to service. Neither one of us walked away happy.I'm still waiting for parts, so they say. Was told all parts were paid for by the insurance company in July, but my insurance company was still billed a second time (Sept 2020) for the same parts. Plus, I found incomplete work on my car.... That was overlooked.Also, cords fell from under my husband's car while he was driving. He had to go back to the shop to get them fix.At this point, I'm over dealing with this company. Reckon I'll have to pay another repair shop to finish the job.I will never give this shop my business again.Update: 04 Nov 20After speaking with Nick, everything was squared away. He kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks, Nick.

Excellent Management and staff. Everyone was so polite and went the extra mile to accommodate me. They kept me well informed of the entire process and while my car was getting fixed I rented from Enterprise which was in the building. Everyone was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results and service I received.

While traveling to Jacksonville Fl. from SC for a funeral, a plastic wheel well liner came loose and started flapping and rubbing against the tire. I stopped 3 times along the way to secure, duct tape and bungie the liner just to get to my hotel. First thing this morning I pull into Gerbers, spoke to the Manager, before they actually opened. Explained the situation and he immediately assessed the problem and jumped right on it. I offered to wait until they opened or as long as he needed but he attacked it. In 10 minutes or so he had me patched and ready to go. He was very friendly, as well as his team. On top of his over the top service he wouldn't let me pay him a penny! Amazing! Highly recommend this company! Great folks!

They did a fantastic job on my bumper, they were even able to match the color of the new bumper and my car perfectly (my car has been repainted). They even went the extra mile and detailed my car, so i got in feeling like it was a brand new car. They did a fantastic job and i will rely on them for any further repairs for either of my cars.

Jessica needs customer service training. This location needs a complete overhaul. Gerber corporate, shame on you for not checking on your staff and facility's. I am sure some staff care at this location, but my experience was terrible. I will not recommend this location to my friends or family. The worst part,my truck still has several issues. I would rather deal with the flaws than have to go through what we went through. Gerber corporate, if you care about your reputation, you may want to start with this location.UPDATE....James Oneill from corporate has been in constant touch with me. The hurricanes came and went. I had a lot of damage. Gerber patiently waited for me to get my personal life back to normal. We have picked back up where we left off. I am dealing with Mr. Oneill and Mr. Rodgers. Even though my experience at this Gerber location was a big disappointment, the fact that these very professional gentleman are helping me to get resolve is all that any consumer can ask when in my situation. I have giving them a 3 star rating and if things continue this way, I am certain they will get a 5 star rating.

The people at Gerber were easy to work with, and the communication with the customer was very good. Although there was an issue with my repair, it was not the fault of Gerber Collision , but they still helped me get it resolved, and that s why they have my business going forward. I highly recommend Gerber Collision
