Took my truck in for repairs they said they will take 3 weeks to 1 month to complete, 3 weeks dame by no calls from them ever so I call them and they said they took a better look at the truck and under estimated the damages and that they won t be able to do it. No calls ever from them waisted 3 weeks. When I go pick up my truck and be of the employees stole the jump box from inside the truck manager says they are not responsible for loss items but he did say that they recently had to terminate a few employees for taking things from customers vehicles. They never replaced my jump box!

Working with guys in service was a great experience. Although they weren t able to help directly Patrick took the time to help get us in the right direction on an issue we ve been fighting to fix for months! That 10-15 minutes spent via couple phone calls has us better than a shop we were told to take it to that had it for a month.

I had a hydraulic hose bust on my dump trailer, and didn't want to lose the day. Tracy had his team on it in no time and I was back up and going in about an hour. Mr. Jim who is 69 years young knocked it out even with the heat outside. Thank you General for your hard work and dedication.

Blake was extremely accommodating and kept great communication throughout. We had a couple hiccups in the end but they went the extra mile me make sure I was happy. Will be recommending them to everyone and also use them again when the time comes!

Fixed up the truck great! Only downside was the waiting time of over 3 weeks. I will be back for future service

Received a quoted price over the phone, gave CCA info and once part arrived i notice they had charged me more than what I approved. Once i confronted the employee that I originally spoke to, he had an argument for every charge as if I was supposed to know. These charges were not included in the out-the-door price he originally quoted me that encouraged me to buy from him and not the competitor, because of course I thought I was saving money. Look at the reviews be aware. These people have more single stars than five stars. Wish I would have read these reviews in advance before purchasing from this company!

Great people, great service, fast turn around. We buy a lot of bodies from these guys and Blake is always willing to help anyway he can. 2 thumbs up!!

This directs you to lafayette drive and that road is too small for an 18 wheeler or even a box truck......they should be directed Ellis to broadway or edgewood to broadway......for old dominion....and general truck....all on ellis road.......lafayette is a one lane access road and trucks of any kind will bust water mains and pull wires down.....this is a big problem.......just ask j.e.a. how many times they have to address this

They have had my service truck for 4 weeks as of today and when I called them for an update, I was told that they haven t even looked at it yet, with no excuse or explanation of why. It s not ideal...
