How does your flagship store that's right front of your corporate office have the worse bathrooms? Gross and smells like pee

It was clean enough but no customer service. I asked the cashier what the prices for all the separate waters that were on display were and he said he thinks they are 6.99 or 7.99 prices but didn't know for sure. Then I asked someone else and she said she doesn't speak English so she told me to ask someone else. Then I asked that person and they said I don't know. I don't work in that department. I'm not going to fight to pay someone or a business for that matter. This is a constant issue with Gate gas stations these days. I'm not even sure why I keep coming to these stops.

I do transportation for a living gate is always clean the bathrooms are always clean I love to stop and get ice and drinks I just wish they had water in their Fountain drinks area

Kudos to ana this morning. She was such a sweet, and attentive person. She literally made my day. I love coming to this gate, but she was so kind, and accommodating it made the stop extra special!

Went to two pumps that didn't work. Chris came out to inform me they had a trouble ticket on them. He went above and beyond and gave me a free coffee for my troubles. He didn't have to do that but I appreciated it!

Walked in to buy some juice for my son. When I walked up to purchase it there was three cashiers. . Two of them immediately walked away so I went to the third person who told me she cannot help me and to use someone else. I let her know she was the only one so who would be checking me out. She looked down and continued to count her register. I waited a minute and she still did not respond so I asked my son to put the juice back. As I was walking out the door I heard her ask the other employees to help me. Why she couldn t do that when I was up there? Beats me.

Completely unprofessional how the fresh kitchen employee complained to the manager about the dogs and proceeded to tell her "I will go with you and handle this" and the manager just followed her allowing this. She was shaking her finger at a customer yelling at him about not being able to have the dogs inside. Customer did bring dogs in but every employee and even the manager watched him walk in without saying a word. Manager should have handled it. Completely poor way of handling an easily resolvable situation!

Came to the store at 3:30pm. I wanted to find something to eat, get gas, and use the bathroom. I saw that the bathroom was being cleaned so I patiently waited. 15-20 mins later. No one asked if I needed help, two employees walked passed me without any offering to help. The employee working on the bathroom didn't ask if i needed to use the bathroom and was walking around. At the end, I decided not to get anything and went to Daily's.

I was paying for my things and a lady came in using a cane clearly having trouble walking and the lady checking me out told her to hold for a second and she would help her, I've never seen that at another store chain ,you have great people

The clerk Looked at my license- I'm from Michigan- and tried to tell me it was an invalid format. I literally got cigarettes here a week prior. I'm 30 by the way- and don't look young at all. And my license is VERY MUCH SO VALID. Wouldn't sell me the cigs.

Stopped at store 1145 at 6:30 pm on 4 /6/22 ; restroom very clean, cashier very polite. She is a credit to your company

Clean and well stocked store. Restrooms are always immaculate. Associates are very welcoming and friendly. Card systems seem to have some issues and that has caused me trouble a few times.

2 weeks in a row I ve gone to the store at Durbin Park on a Sunday morning, around 7:30 and the coffee is over 2 hours old. Now, a week later I go to the store at 9b and US1 and they are out of large and medium soda cups.

Terrible gas pumps and payment interfaces. They desperately need to do some maintenance and repairs so that people can actuslly pay at the pump. It's 2023 not 1987.

Had a friend lock her keys in the car along with her phone and the store wouldn't help her at all not even let her use the phone what horrible people won't help someone that accidentally locks everything in their car after purchasing gas from the place real class folks

Any time in this millennium will you allow your customers to pay debit for lotto? I go to CircleK or Speeedway to buy my lotto. Besides lotto, gas is the only other thing I come to a gas station for and what's the point of making 2 trips to 2 different gas station when I can do everything at 1? Get out the Stone age and let us gamblers start using our debit cards for lotto..

My car was damaged due to barrels that were left at the old St Augustine Rd. Location last month. They have yet to return a phone call to let me know what they are going to do about the damage that was done to my car. I think that is very unprofessional! On their part! I have left many messages and they have never replied back to me!

Beautiful and clean gas station. Friendly staff too! I m giving one star because they force tv playing and volume at the gas pump. I detest forced tv consumption. Please give me a way to mute the tv. I ll just get gas somewhere else until I ve heard you change your system.

So i dont always pay attention... But when i do it can be very valuable. I just went to gate on blanding blvd orange patk fl. Bought $10 in gas and a grandmas oatmeal and raisin cookie... Total came to $11.09Huh? 7% tax... So i look further to see it says $1.09 on package...Whats really going on? Someone somewher is stealing

The men's room always seems to be out of order for months now. Used to get lunch here. No more. Now my coworkers stopped coming too. Spread the word.

Went into store none of the employees had masks on. I relived they dropped the mask mandate but you would think that the employees would try to protect themselves and there customers.

Went here for lunch on my break, after buying my food and sitting on the patio outside I was approached by a red hair lady who asked me if I bought the things I was eating....I was so embarrassed by her asking if I had stolen my lunch in front of everyone on the patio including my crew. Very unprofessional. I went in and asked about why this happened and they told me the register person was not feeling well.... not happy with this at all!!

Don't go here unless you have cash. They don't know how to keep a card system running. Constantly only able to accept cash. This place has tanked since it has opened.

Place could be a little cleaner. Gas is ok. Food is ok. Beer is always cold as other drinks. Bathrooms are average for a gas station.

Open 24 for gas only. No coffee available until 6 am. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!WAWA Is the BEST!!!
