(What they were told to do)-change the oil pan with supplied parts.(What they did)-tightened my clutch all the way down to where I couldn t shift, put on some random clutch release arm that ain t even mine and broke the bolt head off, changed me more then the agreed price, broke clips on my fairings which were inspected before drop off.Spend more money get more quality work. Won t ever take my bike there again nor will I refer themWOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR

I took my gsx r in for a set of tires and clutch cable replacement. Man those guys were great and treated my line a VIP. The customer service was great. My bike was ready before they initially told me. They kept me posted on everything they did. Great service from great people. And yes, I will be back.

Great experience restoring an older bike! This is the best place in Jacksonville FL to get carbed bikes worked on. I took my early 90s sport bike to garage 0 to see if they could get it running again. It had set in the garage for 15 years and was a mess.They went over the bike and made some general parts and labor suggestions. The called later with an update after getting the engine running, and recomended additional work it needed. They called again as a few more parts and tires were needed. Once they finished the bike they test rode it several more times to help get out the gremlins.I picked up the bike and was able to go on a ride with friends. Good communication, fair pricing, not scared to work on the older stuff. Able to find older parts on project bikes. Good place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Terrible experience Payed for oil change they change my filter not the oil. Bike was not leaking oil when I dropped it off now it is. Mechanic showed no interest when asked about leaking oil. Said it s been leaking oil an told me I ve heard that before. Bike was clean when dropped off had mud from one end to the other. Got an attitude when asked to clean witch they didnt clean.

Garage Zero is amazing. I brought in my KTM Super Duke GT with a long list of things that needed to be done to it and Garage Zero repaired, and even improved, my motorcycle in a prompt and thorough way. The best part is that they charged a fraction of what the dealership would. Garage Zero is the only choice for motorcycle repair in Jacksonville!

I ve been taking my Harley to them since they merged with 904 Cycle a couple of years ago. Great bunch of guys, excellent service, and super fair pricing on their work. I ve recommended them to several people who just don t want to pay dealership premium shop rates. You can get an HD certified mechanic at a much more affordable rate by going to Garage Zero. They have been great to deal with, fairly priced, and always quick and reliable. Best of all, they ll give you an honest assessment, and won t try to upsell you on things you don t need.

The guys at Garage Zero are amazing. Super honest and professional, and really fair pricing. The dealership quoted me almost 3 times what Garage Zero did for the same work. They re also very communicative and kept me updated and informed. All the work they did was perfect. Highly recommend them!

My experiences with this garage are nothing but above average. Knowledgeable staff, honest work and flexibility with drop off/pick up. They don t gouge on pricing and they work on more than just bikes. I ll def be back.

Appreciate yall!!! Got me back in the saddle. Given out nuggets of knowledge. Not overcharging. Listens to the customer to get an understanding of the situation and then access the situation from a professional point of view and then explains what the cause is and remedy to fix it so you can enjoy ur bike. Thanks again. Curt didn't get to see u this time around but really appreciate the whole crew.

Coming here is a no brainer. Five Star experience every time. They are human just like anyone else so they make mistakes. The difference is they take ownership and fix them the first time. Ross and his team are the best in north east Florida. I never have and I never will take my bike anywhere else.

I took my bike in to have the fairings swapped. They kept it for over a week and when they gave it back the job was not even complete. The blinkers were not hooked up, the fender was just hanging about to fall on the tire and they broke the tabs on my seat fairing and left it totally unconnected with no rivets. They are incompetent. I paid them over $400 and then I had to fix it by hooking up the blinkers and fender and changing the seat fairings back to the original and when I took it apart I saw they left 4 bolts that hold the seat together out. I will never go here again .

I have used GZ more than once.I have two motorcycles and they did a great job on both of them They can do anything. I won't be taking my bikes anywhere else. You can't beat the friendly service nor price. Best in Jax.Leon

They did a great job lining my gas tank but don't let them touch carbs. They had the bike on 2 occasions 4 months in total and almost a grand later an idle screw was broke off, floats were wrong so it flooded the bottom end with gas and ruined my clutch.

This place is amazing!! These guys really go out of the way to make sure they get things perfect and safe which is a pretty big deal when your only on 2 wheels lol. I've been to 3 other motorcycle shops in Jacksonville before I found this one and I will never go anywhere else again. The customer service and quality along with pricing at other shops, is nowhere near what they offer here. Ross and Curtis are great guys which is just icing on the cake. Thanks for keeping me rolling guys. I highly recommend this shop if you want your bike fixed correctly the first time! Keep it up guys and thanks again
